Super responsive with email bookings, both counter staff and piercer were very professional and friendly and kind. My friend and I were a little nervous but they set us at ease, allowed my friend's husband to sit beside her and hold her hand. Our piercings were very well done - there was hardly any blood and no swelling, done quickly and ensured we were happy with placement before piercing. All equipment were in clean sterile packages. After care instructions are concise and specific. All around would recommend. Thank you so much!

The artist was super cold and almost unwilling to do the simple tat I wanted. When he made the stencil bigger than I wanted and asked for a smaller he seemed very agitated. On top of that, he didn't even introduce himself or even mention his name. 3 stars because when I came back for a re-do touchup when the tat was healed, they did it.

My daughter and I went in for helix piercings by Pip and had a wonderful experience. He is knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely go back and see him again! I can't recommended him enough. He gave us suggestions on proper placements and had a wide variety of jewelry, with the option to colour customize many of them through the magic of science. If you plan on going anywhere else, you are making a huge mistake. He's just a cool guy who knows exactly what he is doing!

I've gotten everything from my first peircing done here when I was a teen to my most recent tattoos. This place is definitely close to my heart as I always feel at home and loved by the wonderful artists whom are basically a little family. The place is spotless and theres always someone to greet you and answer any of your questions or concerns. The artists are extremely flexible and very open. They never disappoint in bringing an idea to life. I highly recommend coming here for any of your tattoo or piercing related needs you won't be disappointed.

Made an appointment to get a piercing done, drove over an hour to get to the store. When I arrived there were no piercers in, and the store was closed. No one bothered to let me know they couldn’t accommodate me. Waste of my time. I do not recommend getting any piercing done here because odds are no one will be there to do them.

My daughter and her friend recently went in to get piercings- my daughter got an industrial and her friend got a double helix. Shocked to find out the industrial bar was just shoved through her ear and no needle was used (same with double helix- earrings just shoved through the cartilage). My daughters ear blew up to three times the size on day two. Bar was also not placed properly and she already had indents in two places. Needless to say we went elsewhere to get it removed and they were horrified to hear of her entire experience

I meant to write this about a month ago, but lost track of time - I'd like to say thank you to the girl (I believe her name was Michaela?) who removed a piercing for me that wasn't budging. Every time my friends and I have come here for piercings, we've had a great experience. Even when we were nervous, the staff made us feel at ease and we were greatly taken care of! I remember leaving this place and the one thing on my mind was "I'm going to write a five star review". I came here for a nose piercing and I was nervous because it was my first time, but I quickly realized I was in good hands. The process was quick, relatively painless (considering I have a low pain tolerance), and so amazing. The initial piercing experience was wonderful! A couple weeks later, I pulled out the piercing before it was healed and the hole closed up. I was so panicked and I called here to get some help. They gave me really helpful tips and offered to help me if I came in the store. I went in and had a woman help me put it back in, super easy and super quick. I left relieved and then she told me that I didn't need to pay anything. I was so impressed and it was refreshing to find a place that wasn't money-hungry and that genuinely cares about their customers. 1000% recommend, even for hesitant first-timers.

Awesome Staff, Service is great and they know their stuff. They are probably the ONLY tattoo shop of this calibre on the North Shore. They are locally owned and have no plans of relocating soon despite the rising cost of land here, so that's a plus for me.

I did a short booked appointment today and I just have to say Olya did an AMAZING job. The lining on my tattoos was exceptional and the care and detail was of that of an expert. She did a great job and also kept a good conversation the whole time. I would always recommend her anytime and will be back for my 10th tattoo for sure. 5 stars + keep on killing it Olya!

NEVER go to this store. Unbelievably rude. Zero customer service. How can a small business afford to be so deliberately obstreperous as to turn away potential custom? Madness. Treat people like that and, like me, they will bother to get on tbe seabus and go overtown to find a store where new customers, and tbeir revenue are welcome. Shame on you Millenium. Zero points for customer service.

Horrible experience. I was told my brother and myself could have our tattoos done and completed within about a week. I emailed in what we wanted, with pictures, where we wanted them and the size. I was passed from artist to artist, one had drawn up something completely different and another kept telling he would get me his drawings tomorrow. This was a time sensitive tattoo and that is why I called to see how long it would take, by 3 weeks i gave up and went else where. I paid these guys my deposit and got one drawing that was nothing like what I asked for and I only finally received what looked like a 5 min job from my third artist after telling him I was no longer waiting. Would not recommend as I found very unreliable.

Pip is amazing! He went above and beyond for me when I didn’t love the placement of the first piercing and redid the whole thing at no cost to make sure I was happy with my piercing. He made me laugh and feel super comfortable and explained the whole process really well. Would highly recommend!

Terrible experience with piercing. Just had my lobes and helix done, and one of my lobes was so much higher than the other that I now have to wait until it grows over and get it repierced. They also use extremely cheap earrings, so just 4 days later 2 of them fell off. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and reach out to them, even to just be acknowledged, but did not receive any kind of response. Not a great way to run a business! Extremely disappointing.

My mom and I went for piercings a few weeks ago. She got a nose piercing and the guy (Pip) put in a plastic end, meaning it wouldn’t heal properly. After a few days the piercing had stuff around it and a risen scar, it also wasn’t pushed in/ sizes properly. We went to another shop downtown Vancouver (7 weeks after problems started to accure) and they knew right away that it was all done incorrectly and with improper jewellery.They put in a new stud that was a type of proper metal. When he checked mine, it was also not healing at all, he took the bar out (got it on the the cartilage of my ear) and it was bleeding and hadn’t heal at all. The bar was a low grade stud and that’s the reason it was messed up. The bar was also pierced at an angle so when I slept on it, it would rub and irritate the skin around it. Piercings are supposed to be pierced stait not on an awkward angle. I had to take mine out and let it heal over. I reccomend going downtown Granville street for piercings, DO NOT GO HERE, waste of money and time!

PIP IS AMAZING! He was so calm and professional, and was super 'lax with me being anxious and wanting to back out 50 times (I didn't.) He told me some stories about being a paramedic and being a firefighter and it calmed me down. He pierced my septum, and I have a deviated septum and he pierced my septum so it looks straight! It's so pretty, I love it so much. 100% coming back to him for more piercings! He's one of the few piercers that I have encountered that knows what they're doing and loves what they do!

I would not hesitate to recommend this place! Got some work done by Jay last week and not only was it perfect and done in a reasonable time, he also booked me in about a week after my consult. The consult itself took about 5 minutes and he knew exactly what I wanted even though I really didn't have a clue (steered me away from a bad idea and provided a better idea!)...the guy knows his stuff and he's a talented tattoo artist!

Closes early more often than not with unprofessional reasons/no warning from their Facebook page or any media. If you're going for a tattoo, I would only suggest Justin, as he has given the most professional/welcoming service. Millenium does not answer their phone half the time so it is hard to find out Jewel Inventory, Artists, Store Hours etc. The owner, Jay, can be aggressive and not so understanding with people he doesn't vibe with more often than not (confirmed with 3 other Millenium Regulars). I like to think I'm an understanding person, I have given Millenium a shot
