I had initially had a negative experience with trying to make an appointment but I was since contacted and received phenomenal customer service. People and businesses make mistakes and all it takes is some accountability and good customer service to remedy poor experiences- and Aurora Dodge did just that! My original review: Literally called 4 times, left messages to book an appointment - basically begging them to take my money and never received a call back.

I just done my 10000 oil change service, after They finished the service I paid the Amount they charge to me. So I walk to my SUV I pop the hood and open to check the oil, it was good but on my surprised I've noticed that my engine cover was damaged, cracked for about 10inches long the technician put to much pressure to close the cover. then I decided to go back to the service personnel, what she did was she just took a picture with said damaged and sounds like maybe it was already broken before you brought your vehicle here. For me it was unpolite attitude for a client like me. She (Denise) told me that bring back again your vehicle on Monday next week. I assume that they will resolve this incident on my Favour.

Just purchased a new car through Dodge, and overall it was a great experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, accommodating with my schedule, and were able to get me off in my Jeep within the week of showing initial interest. Truly impressed with the service at Dodge. My wife wait to your shop to get her Jeep fixed she was taken advantage of two trips into Yellowknife to get her Jeep fixed and never happen you guys charged her 1,800 dollars your shop broke the back door motor windshield was never fixed still we got charged she travelled all the way from Fort Liard 10 hours drive she’s got cancer but you guys are big company don’t really care about people just her money we keep calling you guys tell her you call back and you guys never she call you guys about this over and over her name is Laura diamondc from Fort Liard
