If I could give this store zero stars I would. Not once, not twice but three times they have sold me the wrong size gauges. They’re trying to pass off 7/16 as 1/2”. When you’re paying $50-$100 for earrings you’d think you’d be able to trust what you’re getting. And of course once you get home and realize they gave you the wrong size you can’t go back and exchange them or return them so you’re out $100 for something you can’t even wear. This is so disappointing and I’m tired of being taken advantage of by this company after shopping here for YEARS. Do better.

I was in town visiting when I realized I had a plug missing on one of my ears. I came to this shop without a clue of what size plug I needed, but the girls here were so helpful! They had me put my plug in a bag to be sanitary as they measured, and they talked me through all of my options at different price points. I’d be back every single day If I lived closer!

There are a ton of different options for unique jewelry and they have sales and deals all the time. The customer service is very good, and the employees are quite knowledgeable about piercings. The only reason I haven't rated five stars is because it is usually quite expensive even for one piece of jewelry, so I would recommend you buy when there's a sale (their Friday the 13th sales are awesome)

Came in yesterday, was greeted by this very kind curly hair boy, I think his name is Jordan. He was very patient with me, I couldn't figure out my piercing size for the life of me. He definitely made me a return customer, now a days people only review when it's negative, but for once I'd like to give recognition to someone who deserves it. Keep up the great service!

Absolutely fantastic! They have amazing body jewelry and some really cool clothing! The manager is very friendly there and knowledgeable about the products, she was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. The staff are polite. I would 100% recommend CULTure Grande Prairie to friends and family as a great "go-to" for unique gift ideas or for something special for themselves!

bought belly button jewellry. i asked the lady working if thwy were stainless steel she said yes. wore it less than a week and already its rubbed down to copper. they say it is, sell it at price like it is, but it aint. pretty poor service especially when you cant return a product when they said it was something else. good place for gauges but everything else is a knockoff imo.

These people sold me 6G plugs one is light green the other is dark blue but argues with me they're the same color. Then she changes her mind and agrees they're the different color but it's because the amount of glitter. One has red glitter the other does not, one has dark glitter the other does not. They refuse to exchange or return them even though I've never warn them. rude and unprofessional! Order online it's less hassle.

I went in and took my nose ring off to compare gauge sizes and I asked the lady working what gauge size she thinks this is. I told the lady I feel I got pierced with a 16 gauge but the one I showed her seems thinner and I don't want the diameter too small. She sold me a smaller diameter and I wasn't able get it through my nose. I go back to get a smaller gauge size and she said she can only exchange if there was a defect, so then I had to buy a spacer for an extra 10 bucks after paying 50. Clients need to be more informed about sizes there. I had lots of questions and I felt the answers weren't fulfilled.

I've bought lots of jewelry from Culture Crazy. They always have good quality stuff that lasts, the only down side is that since it is a smaller store they dont always what you want in stock, but the staff are super friendly and if your willing to wait they can always get you what you're looking for.

I’ve been buying my nose rings there for years. Recently we met a lovely staff member named Hennessy who has left quite the impression on my son! My son is 8, autistic, and has social anxiety. She has made him feel so welcome and loved that we have to stop in to see her every time we are at the mall. He has a really hard time meeting people and making friends but she’s really broken him out of his shell. It speaks volumes to me that he likes her so much. She remembers his name and interests and let’s him know when she’s in so we can see her again. I will keep going back there for my piercings and anything else just for her! She is so wonderful and I am grateful for the small relationship she’s built with my kiddo.

I have been shopping at Culture Craze for quite some time now. I started at the Regina location back in high school but have since moved to Kelowna and it is always my go to place for body jewelry. I absolutely love the nose rings they have (you can usually get some sort of deal on them and they last a long time). Don't let the idea of a kiosk in the mall deter you from such an awesome place, I always recommend this little store to my friends and have been satisfied with every purchase.
