I went for a walk in piercings, on a Sunday around 2, and though I had to wait a little bit it was truly worth the wait. When you are back there with him, he spends such detailed time with you going over placement, size, after care and the procedure. The studio was so clean and welcoming. The staff were warm and knowledgeable about all aspects of the experience. I over heard the client before me, a apprehensive 12 year old girl get her ear done, and I can attest that the same care and grace is given to every client. 10/10 will be going back to complete my look, as a face can only handle about three new holes at a time. But I will definitely be goin back on a Sunday as they have deals, and "sets" are $100 on Sundays and I got double high nose and a Medusa today for 175 including jewelry and after care. Would recommend to anyone young or seasoned to go here.

I searched most of western Canada for 2 years, looking for an artist who would take what I had in my head and put it into an applicable format. This piece was insanely important to me, a memorial to my dad and brother, and I wasn't going to settle. Every other artist would either add way too much of what THEY wanted to the point where it didn't match what I envisioned (still paid them for their time), or they would simply forget or not even communicate with me (wont name names, but a well known local artist made a big deal publicly about working with me on this then had absolute zero follow up outside of the one social media post). Then Ryan Durda took EXACTLY what i described to him and made my imagination real. He was professional and kind (as was the rest of the staff), quick and clean, and his artwork stands out. I've received nothing but compliments on my half sleeve, and I wont be wasting my time searching in the future, I'll be going straight to these guys.

Called an hour before asking if they did drop-ins for piercings and the woman on the phone said yes they do. When I came into the shop and asked about the drop in the woman I spoke to said I’d have to make an appointment and can come back later. I thought “drop-in” was exactly how it sounds but apparently not. Didn’t get the piercing.

I went to cree8iv to get a tattoo that has both meaning and purpose, I suffer from disabilities so I ended up getting a tattoo to remind myself that things will get better. Ryan was my artist and he was amazing, I went in with an idea and he brought it to life with a custom drawing, his lines were perfect and he was a joy to deal with. Highly recommend!

The experience at Cree8iv Ink has been a whirlwind of pleasant and poor. I went to the for a piercing. To book my appointment I already had difficulty. They had a month of deals posted on their Facebook so I chose one and messages them to book in for that day. They responded quickly and answered all my questions about piercings so I was impressed! When I tried to book my appointment for 7:30 I was informed that despite being open until 8 they couldn't do it at that time. I didn't think much of it, people have lives and I understand that. But they wouldn't honour the deal on a different day despite it being their fault I couldn't book in for their open hours. Again, I wasn't too upset about it because it was only a $5 difference. I'm just a student trying to save money, but I'm also in customer service and don't like to get mad at people. When I got to my appointment booked for another day I was very impressed, I believe the piercer was named Sean, and he was so professional. He answered all my questions, made the experience quick and fairly painless, and he obviously knew what he was doing. I thought he was wonderful and I still do. The issue arose when about two weeks later, the jewel fell out of my piercing. I figured surely they'd replace it since they used a cheap material or it was just a andbad one in the batch and businesses like to help make things right where they can. It took me a while to get to them because I lived an hour away from Grande Prairie so I had to wait until I had a whole day. But when I did I called in advance to make sure, and the woman on the phone said it likely shouldn't be a problem and to come to the shop and they'd help me out. Once I arrived at the shop I was informed that actually no they couldn't help. They wouldn't give me a new jewelry but they would sell me one of theirs for full price. I had multiple friends suggest this business to me when I was thinking of getting a piercing so I'm sad to say that I had a bad experience with them because obviously they give great experiences to other customers.

I got my nose pierced at cree8iv this evening and it was a really great experience. The staff is all really friendly and easy going, fun to talk to. But they're also incredibly sanitary and give tons of information, dont rush anything, and are all about your comfort. The price was also positively unbeatable. I'd for sure recommend this place to anyone who wants a piercing!

I hate to do this but I have to give 4 stars instead of 5. My experience for my piercing with Erick was unbelievable! Professional, patient, very very accommodating and gentle. I had questions and was hesitant and he made me feel safe will all the explanation that i was able to go ahead with it and i don't regret it a bit!! I would go back in a heart beat! Like 6 stars for that!!! But wow. The Indigenous older lady at the front desk is something else. Jesus is she ever rude and bossy, and good about covid rules and doesnt wear a mask no matter where she goes. At one point she said that my questions had to stop and i had to decided to get pierced or not cause she said someone else had call and was planning on coming. This is a first come first serve basis and no appointment. And before that i was trying to look at jewelry for my ears as well and she was in a hurry to come tell me i cant be in there and proceeded to be SO rude to that poor front staff girl giving her quite the lecture about only one person at the time and such. This lady as ZERO customer skills and if it wasn't for Erick, when she came to tell me to make up my mind, i would of walked out. Easy business to loose with someone like that wow!

I took my daughter for her first tattoo today. We got matching tattoos at my daughters request. Bobbi Jo was our artist and was fantastic! Being my girls first tatt and covid being here, she had to go in by herself. Bobbi Jo was amazing at making her feel comfortable and was very informative with everything she did. I highly recommend if you are looking for ink, this is the place you want! There are several artists ranging from junior to senior to choose from. Thank you so much Bobbi Jo! We will definitely be returning for future tattoos :)
