I have never been disappointed with Burkes, they always have what I'm looking for and then some. Dave is super and always there to help. I go here first because I find they usually have items in stock, and the big box stores make you wait months for your items, also its locally owned. I have purchased items from here several times this past year so I highly recommend them.

The guy we dealt with was awesome. We got a great deal on our sectional sofa that was a combination of two events. Saved close to $500 on a $1500 sofa (including things like pillows, tax, and delivery charges). He was super helpful, not pushy at all, and we got a great deal on a sofa set love. What else can you ask for?

Bought a dryer from them in November, by April it was broke. They won't help me because it's been under a year and is still under manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer (Whirlpool) says parts are on backorder. Its now July and my dryer is still broke. Sales guy Dave at Burke's didn't return my phone call. I think they should stand behind what they sell, at least call Whirlpool on my behalf from a sellers point of view.

The service was excellent, Mr. Matheson showed my mom a number of beds and recommended an awesome bed at a competitive price. My Mom now sleeps through the night without pain. She says she can't believe how much the bed has made a difference in her sleep and the way she feels in the morning. We went to other stores in the area but we decided on Burke's because of the service/knowledge to help my mom with the purchase.

This place may look small from outside but it is much bigger once you enter. They have a great selection of all the furnishings you need for a home. I love the appliance selection and their Sealy mattresses are the most comfortable in town. Staff is always great to deal with, always seem genuinely happy to see you.

I will NEVER step foot in this store again after the way these people treated my parents (regular customers). They are a bunch of crooked individuals who DO NOT value there customers al all. After purchasing an appliance in which they made it look like they were giving a deal, this item after having it approx a month or so has had 2 recalls already. Burke's refuses to do anything for them and will not allow the return of the fridge. Also this type of fridge is still on their floor for retail even though the recalls have been issued on them and the price is ALOT cheaper than the price they charged my parents. Why would anyone want to pay top dollar for something that was a dud from word go???? People shouls make sure they pay close attention to what you are buying when dealing with this company and also watch the fees and other charges they put in on top of a price that makes them seem like they're doing you a favour. Make sure you ask what each fee is for or they will take advantage of you

Great place to shop for quality home furnishings. Great staff also. Was there for a new washer last week. Dave is the greatest. Had it my house and hooked up by suppertime. Lovely machine, great price!
