My husband recently got a tattoo here. Both artists are fantastic, caring, and deeply amazing people. You leave the studio feeling better than when you came in (even after being poked for a few hours). The place is clean and quiet, there are beautiful plants everywhere and views of the Byward Market courtyard. The experience was fantastic and we will definitely be back.

The staff are soooo warm and welcoming! I went during their winter solstice event and was greated with many different treats and some hot apple cider. Talk about feeling at home. I got a beautiful piece from Sarah on the back of my arm. She was very patient and took her time in placing the stencil, ensuring that it was in the perfect spot. I will absolutely be a returning customer.

Sarah has been my artist since 2012 and she is the absolute best. Have done many pieces with her including a full sleeve and her talent and attention to detail are out of this world. Add to that she’s an overall amazing human being who is extremely knowledgeable on so many topics that not only will your consultation put you at ease, your session will fly by! I love this shop, it is owned by a fabulous artist. Beautiful art on the walls, and visibly follows health and safety protocols. I’ve got some beautiful flowers being added to my skin. Sarah obviously loves her work and spend the time needed to place the artwork where it needs to be. She creates beautiful images and imagery, ensures the right scale for the space being covered. Her fine line work is outstanding And balances the colouring and shading. Love this place and love the artist, worth every penny.

A couple of years ago, I had reached out to Sarah to help improve an existing tattoo created by another shop that had faded after a very short time. Sarah put a lot of thought into how to bring the tattoo back to life and fit more of my original vision. I was so thrilled with her work that I am on her wait list for two more pieces involving birds flowers, and insects..all the good stuff! Her botanical and wildlife works are beautiful and the shop is very welcoming, with a totally respectful and no bs vibe. She knows how to work well with clients and I can't wait to work with her again. I have tried other artists in Ottawa and Boston, but Sarah is my top choice now.

Allicia is an amazing artist who really cares about her art and her clients. Accommodating and will work you to achieve incredible results and create stunning art ! Had a great time chatting with her, she was meticulous about cleanliness and was extra careful because of the pandemic, my tattoo turned out incredible...and I can't wait for my next one!
