Derek and Krista are AMAZING!!!!! He is such an amazing artist I recommend anyone and everyone to go there! They are so sweet and kind and make ur experience so great! He was the first person to give me a tatt and although I have gone to a couple other artists I keep coming back because he is absolutely amazing!!! Thank you both SO much!!! I love coming here, you both make it so enjoyable!!???????? JULY 25 UPDATE - I have added 2 new pics of my tatt totally healed and looking SOO good!! Love this place!! Such friendly staff, Buzz does very clean proffesional line work, he did what I requested and my tattoo turned out great! They have these awesome healing bandages for the tattoos that are so worth it

The worst experience ever. Went in for a consultation and paid a deposit. They never called me back and I emailed several times asking for an update and drawing of my tattoo. They responded saying that they're computer was broken down and that could not answer anyone. I called them back again and no answer. I could not get my deposit back and did not get a tattoo from them since they never even sent me a sketch of my design. I do not recommend anyone using their services.

Krista and Derek are nice people. When they first opened I was a regular client who brought family in as well. I was ready for a very personal tattoo and it was very dear to my heart. I told them how important it was to me and how hard it was to get it . I booked my appointment and waited a month to get it done cause Derek was very busy (it was fine tho) I ended up having a family reunion that day as well and I decided I was just going to say a quick hi an take off so I could make my appointment with Derek. I ended up getting to the store and everything was locked up and closed. Thinking something happened I waited an hour. No one showed. I ended up leaving and sending Krista a Facebook message and email just asking what was up , Facebook message for sure was read. Well I never got a response. They didn’t care enough to apologize or even just try to re book. I’m an easy going person but considering they knew me on a personal level at least I thought so , I was very very upset and disappointed. Have not been back since ... my family neither...

Derek and Krista are lovely people and provide a great atmosphere but I have gotten a few tattoos here and have had to get them all reworked by other artists due to crooked lines and patchy black. I initially went back to this shop for a touch up but it ended up scaring and healing worse than the first time.

Derek and Krista are absolutely wonderful! It was my first time getting a tattoo so I was quite nervous and apprehensive but when I called and spoke to Krista she made me feel so calm! She walked me through the whole process and then I came to the shop for the initial consult and met Derek. He was so friendly and professional I felt so at ease. When I went back for the tattoo he walked me through each step and kept making sure I was okay. Krista talked to me the whole time and the tattoo went painlessly. It meant a lot to me the time Derek took to plan out the memorial dog paw tattoo I showed him I wanted and he tailored it perfectly to my needs. Their shop was so clean and their aftercare instructions helped my tattoo heal perfectly after I got it done. I would recommend Derek and Krista for anyone looking for a wonderfully done tattoo with people who really care about their clients!

I thought it looked awesome; I got home and saw the lining is all crooked and done wrong, the nose is horrible and this guy told me he has been doing tattoos for 21 years... People keep asking me if it still has to be finished. Charged me 100$ for the worst wrist tattoo ever. Cool guy, but he has no talent for Suns or moons, or straight lines, or circles.
