I got a tattoo here on June 5th of 2020. It was an amazing experience and I loved the atmosphere. I will come back every time I want anything done whether it’s a piercing or a tattoo. They are kind, compassionate and understanding. They made sure the tattoo was exactly what I wanted and explained the entire process to me. I recommend this place to anyone. Underground Ink is one of the best places to go to for tattoos and piercings! Their rates are more than fair for the quality in service I’ve received. I’ve been tattooed by Victoria a few weeks ago and pierced by Logan today and they’re both genuine, fun and personable individuals. They gave me clear and understandable aftercare instructions for their services respectively. I’ve never had a more positive experience at a tattoo/ piercing shop! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Highly recommend this place. Got my first tattoo here today. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Got mine done by Blake who made me feel super comfortable and talked me through each step of the way, including showing me him taking out a new and sterile needle straight from a new and sealed package. Very friendly, professional staff! Got my nose pierced here for 1/2 off during a charity drive for ASPCA! My piercer was so sweet. She gave me water and cleaned my very bloody nose for me post piercing. (I got a repierce so i bled more bc if scar tissue.) My friend went with me, and it was easy and painless even for her. (Someone afraid of needles who faints easily) highly recommend.

Let me just say this shop is very nice, clean and inviting. We had Logan as a piercer and he was fantastic. He let us know everything that he was doing before and while he was piercing. Logan told her how to care for her new piercings and if she wanted to change her earrings out she could stop in, call or message them and he said he would change them out for free for her. I’ll definitely be back to get more work done. Thank you

I went here for a jack-o-lantern tattoo the size of a quarter on my wrist. It was early evening & the artist made comments about having been working nonstop all day; I was his last client for the day. I told him multiple times that I was perfectly fine waiting for another artist & that I was concerned that my tattoo wouldn’t turn out well if he was tired. The artist kept assuring me that he was fine & that my tattoo was small & simple, so he would have no problem giving me exactly what I came for. A young woman drew up the tattoo & created the stencil & I was very happy with it. However, the tattoo that I received looks NOTHING at all like the stencil did. Its a frikn pumpkin but it just looks like a blob with weird lines on the inside. Its completely unrecognizable as a pumpkin & I’m pissed. I would have preferred to just wait for a different artist who wasn’t already tired & in a hurry to go home but this self-righteous jerk kept insisting that he was fine. Next time I’ll go to a tattoo shop where the artists are professionals & can keep their egos under control!

I got my septum done by the owner of underground ink and it was my first facial sort of piercing and was incredibly nervous. But before we even did the piecing he showed my how everything worked and what he was doing as he pierced it! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Logan was fantastic! He pierced mine & my daughters noses. He is very clean and professional. We were comfortable the whole time and laughing. He explains everything the whole way through. He has a wealth of knowledge in piercings and explained how to not get keloids and what metals to use and why. Logan also explained the aftercare in great detail. We will definitely be back!

I definitely wouldn’t recommend. I planned on coming here to get a piercing. I called when they opened to ask about times and if I needed an appointment. I was told the piercer would be there at 2 o’clock so that’s when I planned to be there. When I got there I spoke with a woman at the desk. She told me he was running late and wouldn’t be there until five. First of all, who runs three hours late? That’s just completely unprofessional and ridiculous! I will find somewhere else to get my piercing and I suggest everyone else do the same because obviously the piercer is unreliable.

Turtle tats very good , but ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS has an excuse to not tattoo or cancel your appointment. I have had multiple appointments for the same tattoo since June and every appointment time and date we set he has canceled. Will never be going back ! I’m not the type to write reviews but I am annoyed as he canceled my 92827484 appointment we set up together.

All I have to say is this place is the most AMAZING PLACE EVER! Mellisa has done two of my piercings and they feel amazing and look amazing! They do quality work! Blake did my tattoo that means a lot to me, was always making sure I was okay, showed me the needles were clean and explained everything before!! Please go here if you’re looking to get a good tattoo. I went here to get a tattoo touched up that was done at a different place, and they completely fixed it. I went to Bryan and he did an amazing job. Don’t hesitate to give them your business like seriously just go there. It was so worth it, they are amazing. If I could it would be a negative review. I called before making an hour and a half drive. They told me they were open until 9. When I pulled in they literally flipped their signed closed. Completely unprofessional since I told them I was driving an hour and a half and they said I would be good.
