The women here are awesome. I got my Daith pierced to relieve chronic migraines and it worked almost instantaneously! The piercer Sam is wonderful and was very knowledgeable! This place is awesome.

First time that I've been to the shop for a tattoo. I saw Ms. Ashlee for a bit of a cover up. I can't wait for it to be done, I love how its turning out. Very sterile, clean environment, the staff are very nice. Lots of communication and comradery. Thank you Ashlee for doing the tattoo!

This place is great. My mom took me to get my first piercing for my birthday at spirit.The nice women explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable. My mom has gotten four piercings and two tattoos there, my dad also enjoyed a good space to feel at home. The artist made sure that I was creatine about my decisions and made it quick and painless as possible. Thanks spirit art!

These two sisters are amazing! This first tatoo I've decided to get was very personal to me. I've been struggling with my scar on my chest which makes me feel very insecure. Sam and Lou knew right away what and how I wanted my tatoo to look like. They were both very understanding and very patient. I was so comfortable and at ease I couldn't wait another week. I highly recommend this place,trust me these ladies know what they are doing. Thanks you so much now I can finally wear some cute tank tops.???? I almost fogot Sam even hooked me up with my beauty mark.????

My neice went here for a memorial tattoo for her dad. This tattoo is jacked up. The lining is horrible and the artist Lou used a liner to color it in. The skin is horribly overworked and the tattoo does not have the design of what she wanted. Took advantage of my young niece during one of the darkest times of her life. Disgusting. I only wish she would have told us before she went because based off these reviews and pictures I seen here, I would never have let her go.

I've gone to Sam three times to have my nostrils pierced, she has always been very friendly, gentle and knowledgeable. She makes sure you are comfortable, and the atmosphere is very relaxed. I will definitely be returning for future piercings and tattoos.

do not go to Spirit Art 2 for piercings, i paid $60 for both sides of my nose. went and sat in the chair and he did them, immediately noticed one side was super far back and insanely noticeable so i made him re-pierce it and he did it way to far up and kept telling me it looks perfect and its that way my nose is shaped. i asked him 3 times if i could get my money back or atleast when it healed come back and possibly get it re-done he said "no all sales on piercings are final" i would not recommend anyone going here it was the biggest waste of my money and time

I got my second tattoo done here i reallu liked it but there were a few imperfections that i got fixed later. Everyone in the shop was very nice and they were honest when it came to the intricate design with my tattoo. They didn't say they could do it then not keep the promise whih i was very thankful for. I will definitly go back!

Got two small tattoos done. Not of good quality, done so bad that I can still feel the lines and bumps when I run my finger over them. Definitely not worth your money. Lines are very uneven and wobbly.

Today my friend went to get her tongue pierced and the lady ABSOLUTELY DID HER WRONG! My friend asked for the woman to move the piercing up a little bit more, she refused claiming that "she would gag" ???? so basically, we went back within hours to ask for a refund and they denied us our money saying there's no refunds. Even though the no refunds policy was not made clear to us verbally nor was it written in the contract...it's just good customer service to give a refund if the person didn't receive the desired product. She didn't even offer to re-do the piercing!!! These ladies lack customer service and quality products. We went to a different tattoo shop (Shout out to Bare Knuckle Tattoo) got the piercing where she wanted it and guess what y'all??? MY FRIEND DIDN'T GAG! Long story short, don't waste your time or money on these people.

I got a piercing here a few years ago and the old lady 1. Argued with me about what gauge I wanted and 2. Opened the jewelry and put it in my face without sanitizing it. Would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

My mom and I went to sam for our piercings, she did an amazing job, the equipment was sterile, she made us feel calm, comfortable and welcome and talked both us through our desired procedures. Asked me if she liked where she was going to place the jewelry where she marked it. Everything was sterile, she told me what everything was for and what she was doing!

Horrible, 20 yrs experience and they can't even manage to do a little coloring to fill in my sleeve hah. Then they tell me it's my fault and I didn't take care of it mind you I have many tattoos and never had this problem. Total waste of time and money I don't know how their even a shop.

The two ladies that work here are amazing! I went in yesterday to talk to them about my idea and the tattoo artist (Lou) made sure to help me figure out exactly what I wanted. She was so friendly and helpful, that it made my first tattoo experience fantastic! The tattoo turned out even better than I imagined and I definitely will be going back for my next one!

I was looking for a good piercing and tattoo place where I lived but couldn’t find one. However, I looked at different places here in Watertown and found this place. I came all the way from North Carolina and the piercing artist Sam was wonderful. She explained the whole procedure and made you very comfortable. Would recommend to everyone.

I asked for a tattoo and the lady in the front laughed at the design. The person that did my tattoo and my friends tattoo did not do a good job but he was very nice but was shaking when he did the tattoo even when he was pausing to change color. I was so disappointed and regret getting it done. Now for my piercing ... I feel like it was done slanted because I can’t even were a stud without it not reaching the bottom. I don’t recommend this place ... good luck

Got a rook piercing done here with a friend. She was thorough in explaining cleaning but unfortunately was not hygienic, removed gloves while piercing, and both of our piercings got terribly infected despite our cleaning it as she suggested. When I went to a piercer months later to see what was wrong with my piercing because it was super inflamed, the piercer was horrified at the work and said not only did the Spirit Art Tat lady pierce it crookedly, she also used the wrong type of jewelry (size) and the skin had started to grow over it. AVOID.

These women are very friendly and very professional. They stayed open late to do my tattoos even though I came in after closing hours. I've gotten 3 piercings and 2 tattoos there and I am extremely satisfied! My son wanted his nose pierced and I made him think on it for a year. On his 13th birthday they explained everything in detail to him and they made sure he was responsible enough to take care of it and made him very comfortable. I have never had a long wait and the tattoo work is amazing . Very cool talented artists and piercers and make the whole experience comfortable. And the prices are extremely reasonable. If you are in the market for tattoos or piercings definitely go to spirit art!

They say the little things we do mean the most. I like to say Lou at spirit art tattoo did this shamrock for me it represents my heritage. I have others that do to done by other tattoo places but this by far is my favorite no pain very professional and very clean and comfortable place and prices very reasonable.
