I got some tattoos done by an apprentice by the name of Jasmine.
I had a number of different things tattooed on my arm as I liked her work and I trusted her to do her best.
I went back to see her again to do colour in 3 of the 6 tattoos she gave me, and they didn't come out the way I had hoped for.
The colouring wasn't as vibrant and was blotchy in many places.
At first, I had hoped it was just how it was looking while healing and it would look better after.
I went back to her again, and I expressed my unhappiness with how it turned out.
She attempted to fix it for me, but I just left with an extremely bloody and inflamed arm that was sore for days, and had become infected.
All that for it to still look how it did before.
I also left that day with a new tattoo of a tea cup from her flash sale, which turned out horrible and nothing like the original piece.
I wrote the owner personally because I felt that maybe Jasmine wasn't talented enough yet for colouring, and asked what could be done about this situation.
He only wrote "I will talk to her and see what we can work out", and then instead of writing me back he had Jasmine text me.
Jasmine both seemed calm and cool with helping, but she was also so rude and aggressive about the situation. She said she would no long be able to do work for me as well.
I was looking to have my tattoo fixed, not spend more money again on something that wasn't going to work yet again.
I feel this isn't very professional as I wasn't looking for "tattoo parlor drama".
I'm just looking to have my tattoo fixed by someone else with a little more expensive or get my money back for my 3 colours that didn't even work.
This is my arm, I'm the one who has to live with this art for the rest of my life and I was promised it would look a certain way, and it doesn't even look half like it.
