I called this morning when the shop opened, to see if they had any openings for a smaller tattoo, expecting not to, but they happened to squeeze me in at the end of the day to get it done! Kurt did an excellent job with the sizing, and the quality is excellent! I have plans to get a sleeve done here with Will, and I'm looking forward to getting more work done in the future. My experience at mutiny was so amazing I will definitely go back for any future ink. Lindsay fixed up a tattoo for me, and the result was so much better than I had ever hoped for. Not only is she super talented with her art, but so kind and accommodating, really making me feel comfortable the entire time. I'm still obsessed with the art she did for me, and I would very highly recommend anyone to go here. My friend also came with me to get a piercing, and notably had a perfectly good experience with the piercing as well!

I went here a few weeks ago to get my ears pierced and everyone there was very nice. I specifically liked that the piercer made sure I was happy with the marking before they actually pierced my ears. They also gave me a free hair tie because I didn’t have one and my hair was in the way. They also provided an after care pamphlet which was very helpful. Lastly, they let me choose which earrings I wanted and they gave options that are actually nice.

I have heard good things about them as far as the tattooing. I visit for coils and ejuice. They have some great selections for starting in the vaporizer field. Very eager to help and able to order in anything they aren't currently stocking. Overall great place, laidback feel. Plus you can get a hot shave here. What more could you want?

This place is not good. As much as it seems very friendly and the people are nice they do not have proper practices. They have dogs in the store/are dog friendly where they do piercings and tattoos. The woman at the counter was vaping. One of my friends got a piercing and it was all sorts of messed up. They also have inconsistant hours. The woman said it would be open the following day to do my other friends piercing but when we went there at the time they specified it was closed. We went to a diffrent place down the road (blackstar body piercing). He was very nice and did my other friend piercing he also looked at my first friend piercing and confirmed our bad feelings.

She was super friendly, made good conversation and made sure we were both comfortable and okay through the whole process. Definitely the best piercer we’ve had! Went in sometime in December to have my bridge repierced, it had to be done over scar tissue, and the original piercing had migrated before it had grown over. I had it repierced by a piercer here and it went through the old hole making the piercing crooked again (which was nearly unavoidable), the piercer said at no extra cost if I wasn’t happy I could remove it and come back in a few weeks to have it done again. Second time (technically third) went smoothly! They pierced it behind the scar tissue, so it’s good and snug. 7 months so far and it had yet to migrate again! So happy with the work. Absolutely stellar customer service 100/10 would recommend to anyone!

Great staff, and amazing artists. I personally shop here, but the work I have seen walk out if this shop is amazing, and I live across the street. They are really friendly and polite. I have never once felt awkward walking in here, always a warm atmosphere. The vape prices are pretty choice as well. Always a fan of Twelve Monkeys ejuice, and they carry many flavors here.

Just thursday I was in getting a tattoo done for my late mother and kurt nailed it perfectly. Had a cover up over lettering done and had a Toronto Maple Leafs Emblem put in replace by Will. My Husband had his very first Tattoo done with his Fire Fighter Symbol and his Auto Extrication Symbol of a Bulldog sitting on an Airbag with his Fire Fighter number on the bulldogs fire hat. I’ve been here twice now with my friend. Once to watch her get tattooed, and once to get pierced myself! I was super excited for my nipple piercing, but that excitement quickly turned into fear. When I first walked in I could tell that there was obvious tension between the lady piercing me, “Krystin” I believe her name was, and the male tattooer there that I can only assume is her husband . I could tell she was angry as she was repeatedly puffing on a vaporizer , to the point I almost couldn’t believe she wasn’t suffocating from the amount of vape cloud! This kind of threw me off at first but I decided since I was already there, I should just go ahead and get the piercing done, everyone does have off days after all! Everything seemed to be going normal , I’ve been pierced before and I know the general routine. Once she actually pierced me however, I immediately felt that something was wrong. They hurt of course, but this was more of a...fish hook tug feeling instead of the usual pinchy type pain. I was rather worried , but I thought maybe I just didn’t correctly recall the pain. That worry only increased days later, when my nipple was literally swollen to the size of a walnut!!!! I waited for the swelling to go down , went back to mutiny, and was told basically to let the healing run it’s course... As stated before I was already quite worried so I decided to go ahead and get a second opinion. I’m so glad I did this ! The other piercer I went to immediately removed the jewelry and basically informed me that I was at a high risk to develop an infection! Worse yet , he said that I likely can’t get my Nipple pierced again for quite awhile, if ever again due to the damage done by mutiny ! I am more than unimpressed! Great place to go if you’d like a botched piercing stuffed with cheap jewelry. Needless to say, I won’t be returning, and I’ll certainly be advising everyone I know to avoid this shop and this particular piercer like the flu!

I normally recommend this place but this time I will not. My original appointment for a tattoo was for Jan 19th but was cancelled due to the weather which I get. So they rebooked me for today Jan 30th and now I have to wait till February 8th cause they double booked for today... I get things happen but I have a life too and had to get a sitter for today. I have children that I take to school and appointments and I have a baby at home as well. My husband is in school and works so it’s hard to coordinate schedules. Hopefully my next appointment doesn’t get cancelled... ????My past experiences have been great I’ve gotten one tattoo by Jess, daith by lily and double conch by Tyler...
