The only bad experience I had was when I went through their Facebook page to book an appointment and there was a miscommunication with my booking. Love the new location, beautiful work is done. They always make sure everything is sealed and new, always ask if I need a break how I'm doing. Great place to get tattoos done.

This pertains to one particular artist at this tattoo shop. I got 6 tattoos here from one person and she does great work but her professionalism is horrible. I love her work but my last tattoo she did I was told she would touch up a tattoo from someone else. When I went in for my tattoo she didn't have time to touch up my other which is fine. I made an appointment for it to be done and I showed up 25 mins early for it. I let her know I was there by text she told me she's running behind it would be a bit after 6 (my appointment was for 6:15). I messaged her after if we were still ok for 6:15, I never heard back, I decided to leave at 20 after 6 seeing i never got a reply. I messaged and asked her to reschedule as I had other stuff to do and wasn't sure how long it would be. She replied back saying, "You couldn't wait 15 minutes?" I tried to explain, I never heard back for a half an hour and would like to reschedule, she got super upset and argued with me. I've tried to set up the rest of my touch ups for her work she's done on me, seeing I get one free touch up and its been 2 days with no response. She is still posting photos of her work she just did to other customers on social media. Another situation with the artist i had was that she made it apparent to me she was interested in me personally, I politely let her know I was not interested. During our last conversation via text, regarding rescheduling for the touch up, I had mentioned I had to go meet up with my girlfriend. Her response was very unprofessional and it seemed like she took it very personal. When getting work done by a tattoo artist I'd expect full professionalism whether I knew them personally or not. I don't recommend her based on her unprofessionalism, but her art work is good

Got a quote tattoo done here and while it was a walk in and they were super friendly - I’m not happy with the results. Letters on a word are spaced so far it looks like a separate word (didn’t look this way with the stencil) and some lines are thicker than others Getting it covered elsewhere.

First of all thank you to -->Roxanne Guenette for your post as i feel very comfortable at this time for my future appointment with Chris. after the phone call I just had with him (which he returned my call within 10 mins) he sounds EXACTLY how you explained in your review. :) so thank you very much, as that gave me a little more reassurance. I had my very first tattoo done at this establishment almost 10 years ago and still looks amazing today! :) also had a pricing done as well, which went over great no infection healed perfectly. (I have an autoimmune disorder so I tend to get infections easily) that piercing was the only one out of the many i have to NOT get infected!) so of course I chose to go here when last minute I wanted to surprise the love of my life with his name. This was my first time at the new location. The tattoo was quickly done, & a lot less painful then I expected. Everything was done professionally. They were very respectful & patient with me as I walked in not completely knowing what font I wanted ect. After the tattoo I was so excited to go home and show my partner, I missed some things with it that i wasn't very fond of. I was told by other tattooist & friends to wait for it to heal and see how I feel. still not completely satisfied, I called in today to speak with either Rob owner, or Chris management. I spoke with Chris & he was also very professional, polite and understanding. Offered to see me as early as tomorrow, also very generously offered to amend the situation. which I am very grateful for. The shop appearance, and staff I would give 5/5 (new shop is very nice and CLEAN) Professionalism 5/5 Phone calls/questions/timely manor in which calls were returned 5/5!!! so once I meet with Chris and finish my piece, I will do an update!!! :) SIDE NOTE "google user" no matter what your email is (gmail,outlook,hotmail ect) your able to sign in and put your name beside it. by writing a nasty complaint (which i find very hard to believe because 10 years ago until now they have great customer service) is just a cowardly thing to do. Your review is more then likely fabricated or not even true at all. I personally do not believe "anonymous/user" posts because in most cases its ridiculously false postings and some cases people trying to up sell there business. SO ANYONE LOOKING AT THESE REVIEWS I personally would only pay any attention to those who have there name attached :) chow for now update soon :) (Kaycie s. Brant)

Awful experience on one of my first tattoos. Has many flaws, patchy in spots, ratios and sizes are off, when finished didn’t look anything like the tattoo I had agreed on. When I felt nervous they pressured me into going through with it. Would not recommend anyone go to this tattoo shop for any reason ever! Awful awful awful awful awful awful awful awful awful awful.

Followed lots of advice and booked Sabrina. I expected a great tattoo and experience. What I got was above and beyond that. I'm blown away by the line work and attention to detail that Sabrina payed. She took the idea I sent over and make it both unique and world's better. Ill be back for sure. Even if you don't get yourwork done here, it's worth the check in before going somewhere else.

Chris was able to see me last minute on July 9th while I was in town for an unrelated appointment. He took his time, very professional and friendly. He even redid another tattoo that wasn't well done a couple months prior (by another tattooist in Brockville). I will definitely go back when I get my next tattoo, it healed much better than my last two done elsewhere. Would recommend to anyone, especially someone's who is looking for their first tattoo. Higher quality equipment by a tattooist that does fantastic work! Definitely worth the one hour drive!! 5 stars PLUS!

Went to get a tattoo quote/get an impression of the shop, it was dirty, the artist tried to up sell me like crazy on a small tattoo, I have lots of tattoos and I knew it was all BS. The artist wasn't very polite either, and then accused me of taking their ridiculous sizing to another shop. I didn't get the tattoo there obviously, that's why its 2 instead of 1 star simply for the sake of benefit of the doubt. Thanks but no thanks.

Don't recommend this place, avoid Chris he did a tattoo for me. There was alot of messy lines and areas missed for colour. While he was finishing up the face for my tattoo he missed the eye detail and I said "What about the eyes?" He said "Oh yea" Not sure if he was high or just not wanting to do the job but not worth the money to have to go get it "fixed" by another shop.

Sabrina is an absolute sweetheart and works very hard, even on bad days (which everyone has) I've gotten my 2 most recent ones done by her, and I plan on getting all of my tatts from here on out done by her. Super gentle, easy to book with, she genuinely cares about all of her clients and makes it a warm and welcoming experience. Makes sure that you are comfortable and always lets you know you can take breaks whenever you want.
