Adam was very forgiving about the fact I never been pierced before other than my ears, he took it easy with me and let me know each step and he was very patient. I got a medusa piercing, it turned out great and I've gotten many compliments! I recommend this place any chance I get.

Just had a couple tattoos done by Miles. I expected a pretty basic pencil-sketched Peggy’s Cove lighthouse and the Confederation bridge but ended up getting an amazing combo that was designed by Miles himself. And the super fine and awesome details and artwork!! For a smaller lighthouse on my ankle, you even get a “light” for it!! I’ve never seen one possible for this scale but Miles made it happen - with ease! He turned something basic into life-like and with a lot of depth and richness added! Miles takes his work very seriously and pricing is also good and reasonable! The shop is also spacious and very clean. Definitely want to go back again for more! Thank you Miles for all the giggles too! ????

Adam Grant came to my rescue after my first labret piercing had problems. Someone else did that piercing and couldn't be bothered to fix the problem that had arose - so i called Adam and he had me come in - fixed the problem - was gentle and calm - was so professional! I can't even say enough good things about this man. Today, January 2nd 2019 and I'm tickled pink with my piercing and jewelry and this second visit with Adam. He knows what he's doing and I trust him Completely!! Love the new studio they are in, it's Incredible! Really classy cool bunch of guys.

I went in to see Linsay today and she was great! Super chill and I’m super happy with my tattoos (and for a good price too!) The shop is also very safe for Covid (temperature checks, separate rooms for each customer & artist). Would definitely recommend Linsay and this shop in general! :)

I had finger/hand tattoos done by Lexie and she was amazing! Her line work is precise and really beautiful. Super friendly and had a really cute, clean work area. Of course, hands and fingers take a lot of abuse in the day to day, so my tattoos didn't heal well despite wearing gloves (to avoid sanitizer), but Lexie was quick to get me in to touch them up for the first time, and told me that she expected that we'd have to go over them again.. That said, she's extremely hard to get a hold of and 7th House doesn't book appts for artists, the artists book their own work so getting in to see her has been a struggle! I've messaged her numerous times without response to get them touched up again, as well as add some new work to the mix, and I really hoped that she'd be down to collaborate with me for a bunch of pieces because I loved her vibe. Very talented and sweet artist, so would be cool if I could book another appt!

Piercing itself went well enough, but when I went to finally switch out the earrings 3 months later it turned out I'd been given some earrings where it seems you have to twist and pull at the same time to remove - but you have to do this on the ball part, which slips constantly out of your fingers. And it was stuck, despite no discharge from the piercings. Took two hours, two family members' help, and a lot of blood (because the piercing obviously gets aggravated from being fiddled with too much, and two hours of this ended up basically tearing at one of my piercings, so my ear was covered in blood) to remove it and insert one with a back that you can easily pull off. We switched to using pliers halfway through, even that did not work. Would not recommend, now I know why I've been told to go to the other place in town for piercing and would go there next time to avoid this place at all costs, even though the other is more expensive.

Adam has pierced me twice now- 1st was a dermal at the base of my throat, and the 2nd was for the Christina/venus (whichever you want to call it) he has also pierced my daughter and partner! I got a tattoo here a year ago and absolutely feel in love with the work and detail that was put into it. Being so pleased with there work This year I decided to get another wanting something much bigger on my shoulder about a $400-$600 (as later I got quotes from different shops) so I reached out to the same artist after 2 weeks of no reply I contacted the shop and which I was told the artist still worked there but was behind on messages. Being patient I waited 2 more weeks with still no reply. I reached out to the shop again saying I would take a different artist who maybe interested in doing the piece I wanted. This time it was read via facebook messenger and I did not even get a reply back from the shop. This has been 3 months ago with still no reply. To me this is very unprofessional I would have rather been told "sorry no one is interested in doing that piece" than a no reply. My first experience I would have highly recommend this place but after my recent experience I would no recommend and I will not be going back.
