My partner and I went in to Standard Tattoo for me to get some work done by Dave, and we also got some Flash Friday sales done by Presley. Without a doubt it was the best experience either of us have had with any tat parlour!! From the relaxed and immaculately clean environment, to the conversation and company from all the staff, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and the art.. Well lol the talent in this shop speaks for itself. I LOVE my pieces by both of them as does my partner. Highly recommend this shop! I know I will return and if you want quality work done there is no place better.

I have been in twice now, and both times the artists were professional, tidy and the whole place was immaculately kept. Christian has been the artist for both of my visits. I have more in the works with him and I am very excited for the next series of ink. Everyone there is kind, accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

Takes a long time to hear back from anyone on their Facebook. They fit me in within a few weeks but when I got to my apt I had to wait another half hour for my artist to finish. The tattoo had some technical issues and I wasn’t super satisfied with it, felt like the artist just did whatever they wanted and not what I wanted.

Had my first tattoo at Standard tattoo company in FSJ today. Dave was my artist. He was super friendly and easy to chat with. I had a great experience over all. The shop is clean and hygienic. The work was great, I’m am beyond happy with it. I can’t wait to go back. Might book again for next weekend. Definitely my go to in fort St. John from now on.

I finally caved to my 16 yr olds request for a tattoo and I am extremely impressed that she chose to have it done here. We entered a clean, sanitary location and Dave listened carefully to what was wanted. He even asked what kind of music we wanted to listen to while he worked. The supplies were meticulously gathered and the process began. He free handedly drew the design and the tattoo gradually came to life. His attention to detail and design was incredible. He is a very personable artist too! After he gave precise instructions on the aftercare to keep it at its best. Definitely a very professional and upfront studio. Extremely pleased with the results! ????
