Very clean shop. super friendly, they make you feel like family, if you are unsure on a tattoo or placement of a tattoo they are very supportive and offer advice if needed, the lighting is great, and the music is awesome, they are kind and gentle. overall it was an excellent experience and I will definitely be back in th future, I have already recommended friends and family and I will continue to do so. oh and did I mention they have the best hours around and also accept walk ins!!! My friend and I decided to do a last minute trip to Niagara Falls for tattoos. We read reviews on every place around and did our homework as there’s no going back once you’re inked, unless you wanna pay a fortune for tattoo removal. We found Wise Guys tattoos. Absolutely the best tattoo shop in Niagara. We entered the shop and we’re greeted immediately with a warm welcome. I had Brandon do my tattoo and the experience of being tattooed was amazing. Brandon did a custom tattoo for me of a hummingbird and one of my granddaughters name. He is an incredible artist!!!!! He also did a custom piece for my friend on her arm and shoulder. Pics below. Brandon is professional, humble and extremely respectful. Ohhhh and I should mention he’s very cute & sweet. Thank you Wise Guys & Brandon for the ultimate experience. See u guys in 6 weeks and then after for our annual tattoos.

From the beautiful woman behind the desk, to the picture perfect work that Brandon did; this shop makes getting a tattoo the most comfortable experience possible. I’m a firm believer in “you get what you pay for” and coming from out of town to get pieced up by Brandon was 1000000% worth it!! Not only is the shop unbelievably clean/sanitary - they are super accommodating with anything you can possibly need. They even offered to get me a drink and food from Tim Horton’s!! (That’s just how kind the culture is there) If you’re a fresh canvas getting your first piece or someone adding to your collection: Wise Guys is 10/10 across the board. I came to Niagara on a trip with my friends and decided to have a spontaneous tattoo done, so I came here. Although it was my first tattoo and I was not completely prepared, obviously in the first hour there were some complications occurring. Despite that, they were professional and patient through it all. I was surprised and happy throughout that whole experience! You can tell that they are very passionate, love what they do, and do their best to provide you the best experience and best art they can produce, whether its a walk in or a booked appointment. So every year the wife and myself come to niagra falls for a get away. this year we came and did some other exploring stumbled upon wise guys tattoo studio , after talking with the wife we decided to see about getting matching his and hers tattoos , and wow ???? 10/10 to this location the service and the quality of the work was just amazing so if ever in niagra and wanna tattoo this is the location to go to you will be well taken care of Come see maddog and dimitri the two guys there killed it and even worked later as we didn't have time for two sittings we did both pieces in the night thanks wise guys tattoo studio amazing customer service and will be back soon for more

Walking into wise guys, everyone was so welcoming and the studio is so clean! They open everything up in front of you and ensure that you’re comfortable. They listened to everything that I wanted and understood everything that I wanted in my tattoo. It came out better than I expected. Wise guys is by far my favourite studio in the falls. I went to wise guys to get a memorial tattoo done for my mom. I got a wing on the side of my hand. They were very welcoming, and listened to exactly what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. They sympathized my situation and made sure that I was comfortable and made sure that I like the way the stencil came out and where it was placed. The studio is so clean, they sanitized before and after my tattoo. Everything was set up and opened in front of me. Throughout the couple of hours that I was there they made sure that I was ok, happy with how it was coming out, made sure that I didn’t need anything. They are so friendly and made sure that I had a great experience. I am so happy and in love with the way that my tattoo came out. And want to thank everyone at wise guys for giving me the beautiful memory that I will always carry for my mom forever. I can’t wait to finish the rest of my tattoo’s. I recommend their shop to anyone who is getting their first tattoo or wants to get tattoos with intricate designs. The artists are phenomenal and my experience with them was amazing!

I booked a tattoo, impulsively, at 830pm one night. I wanted to cover a scar on my forearm with a pretty lilac bundle. I was asked to come in because of a cancelation. I was asked to send the specific tattoo I wanted. I was shocked by this because usually the artist will take your ideas and make their own image. This artist (no one told me his name or showed me his artwork) copied the image i liked the most and drew over parts of it with pen and this was his stensil. I was charged $450 for an hour and 20 minutes of work. The place was full of fruit flies getting stuck in my hair and mask. Even annoying the artist that was regularly expressing his frustration with the bugs. After it was done a man came up to me saying the the artist did awesome and that I had to give a 5 star review on any social media I had. He could have just asked me to review my experience and not tell me what my experience was. Needless to say I began to really dislike my tattoo upon closer inspection at home. I was welcomed back to have it fixed/covered by another artist Carlos. He was confident he could do something to cover the tattoo and booked me in when it was healed. As the date was approaching I emailed a few times to get information on what Carlos was thinking in design as well as confirm the time i was to come in. I was emailed back once just being asked to send what I was thinking and it would be forwarded to Carlos, thats it. So I did not go. I have been in contact with another artist at another shop and he has taken time and sent me images on ideas to fix my aweful tattoo and I go next week! I feel like I was ripped off and left with a tattoo I wasn't satisfied with. The shop was not good at communication with their customers making me feel they didn't care about satisfying me. I have attached the image he was copying and what I ended up with ...????

Manager and artists were both unprofessional. They were fighting (screaming and banging on the storefront glass) while we were waiting for them to draw our tattoos. We got there at 7pm and sat for nearly 2 hours (in an empty shop) with no drawings, stencils, anything... We left when the employees all started fighting outside the shop instead of providing the service we were paying for

The owner spoke to us and was very helpful in giving us options and incredibly nice to deal with. We got fairly small tattoos, but they turned out exactly how we wanted them to. Our artist was Brittney and she not only did a great job, but was also just a really nice and great person. All and all, our experience here was great and if you're looking for a tattoo this is a great spot to pick.

Being my first experience, I didn't know what to expect. Right from the beginning, I was put at ease. From the clean and inviting seating area, to the owner greeting me, they make you feel conformable at Wiseguys. With it being my first tattoo, I had lots of ideas, but wasn't certain about how it would turn out. I was introduced to their senior artist, Carlos Sanchez, who collaborated with me and made me feel confident and connected in the tattoo that I was getting. From the first collaboration and ink session to the 2nd session and aftercare program. It has been an incredible experience. I've had the owner call me after each session to check on my satisfaction and comfort. Carlos, the Senior artist (and my go to for the next tattoo) stopped often to check on my comfort and thoughts on the progress of the tattoo. Most of all, my tattoo is stunning. The realism is off the charts and he accommodated all of my asks. I often get compliments when I'm at the gym and that is a testament to what a great job Carlos did. I would recommend Wiseguys Tattoo studio to anyone. Before you get your first or next tattoo, make sure to check them out. You won't be disappointed. I know I'm looking forward to my next one.

Me and my friends got a few small tattoos from Brandon. We absolutely loves are experience. The other staff was amazing and friendly. i would highly recommend the vibe was amazing and are artist make sure to take his time to ensure it looked perfect. Hoping to get another tattoo by them soon!
