I would give zero stars if I could. Mel was super unprofessional when I was there for a piercing that I now have removed and redone by a different artist. I asked for a refund since I required professional correction and was not comfortable returning to her. Was given a run around and still have not recieved my money back. Completely unsatisfied. Ps. My sister also had to have a piercing redone that she did the same day I got mine done.

Been here twice now for piercings. Walk-ins are available. Staff was very friendly both times around. Clean and professional environment, still with a good vibe from staff and building. Will definitely come back for piercings or tattoos.

I went to Sarnia to visit a friend who I hadn't seen for 7yrs for her birthday. Once I got there is had the crazy idea of us getting tattoos (honestly, I had that itching for a new one but needed a good reason to get one). We searched online and my friend knew a few people who had only good things to say about the artists here and the cleanliness that they maintain at this shop so we went down to see if they had any walk in availability for the day. We ended up getting Jessa. My friend got one of the "up for grabs" tattoos she fell in love with that was in Jessa's binder, she decided to do the stencil now and shading later as that's what she could afford. Jessa put 2+hrs just in the outline and took the most time and patience I have ever seen to make sure all the fine lines of this tattoo were connected and perfect. She then went on to design a small little rose tattoo for me and gave me 2 options of which she beautiful captured my style. An elegant, simple design that suited me perfectly. Overall I have to thank her for my friend's first tattoo experience being amazing and her tattoo looks awesome so far I can't wait to see how it turns out once it's done. Parking was easy to get and staff were very friendly. Overall I would recommend this tattoo shop to anyone interested in getting some work done.

super dope shop, amazing staff, very clean. but i do have to say i am quite upset with my septum piercing. im not able to flip my piercing because my piercer did not properly pierce me right when i had gotten my septum done. I went to robins to get a new one changed out and she explained to me that i had way to big of a gauge in my nose and that the piercer did not do a proper job. i would come in and have it redone but the first time hurt well enough! p.s the lady who pierced me legit stared at me for a minute after like something was off but decided to just let me walk out :-)

Neon Crab in Fort Erie a great location to get a tattoo. Brandon does amazing work. Took the time to design something I love and is worth the drive! We come from Ottawa and will continue to do so as we love the atmosphere at the artists at this location. We have had Andrew tatoo us as well and are very happy with the results. Looking forward to our next visit! ????

Absolutely love the shop. They have an "up for grabs" board with each artist sectioned out with killer tattoo ideas. If you're feeling especially adventurous they have a gumball machine, to which you pay $80 for the tattoo, turn the crank and get a little tattoo at random. I went in on a Saturday, just looking for something small, no appointment or anything either. They were busy, but scheduled me in later the same day. I got Jessa, and she was amazing. All the lines are crisp and beautiful, and she even added in some highlight colour for an extra pop. I would recommend Neon Crab to EVERYONE looking for a new tattoo, and I will be back again for more! Edited to add photo.

See Phil and staff for amazing artwork that you will be proud to wear on your body for life. Whether you are looking for something small or something big, Neon Crab Fort Erie is the place to go!! Black and grey, full colour, whatever you like they can do it wonderfully. Artists are very calm and friendly considering your tolerances. I've had over 9 hours of tattooing here and the work is the best I have ever had. I cannot recommend enough!!

Would definitely recommend! That staff was very friendly and patient. The process was very quick and smooth. The only thing is that my piercer didn’t not inform me if my daith piercing was a 14 or 16 gauge so I do not know what to look for.
