She explained everything thoroughly about the process itself and about all of the health and safety practices in place in her business. It is impeccably clean and the instruments are one use which put my mind at ease. I had a piece done by Blake today to start my right arm. And now I want her to create my entire arm. Not only is she incredibly talented but she is so nice. It was a 3 hour piece and felt so fast. I had an original flash piece done. The shop is also all vegan super clean and all female! It was so kind and opening and welcoming. The owner was amazing and gave me a beverage and chatted me up which made me very comfortable. They also have Netflix to watch and give you the remote to choose whatever you want! A big plus to pass the time. As I am used to just staring at a wall when I get work done. The whole team is so talented and patient. I can't say enough good things. I feel like I finally found the place that will create all the body art I could dream up! Deff check them out!

The reviews don't lie, this place is wonderful. My artist (Blake) and the owner (Lee) were incredibly professional and hospitable. Blake was very diligent in explaining every step of the process to me (which, believe it or not in this day and age, alot of shops fail to do, especially if they see you are not a first-timer). These folks are genuinely awesome people and stand miles apart from the jaded/lazy tattoo artists you'll find in some of the more popular downtown spots. Red Dragon is worth the travel!

The tattoo studio is super clean and Lee walked me through every step of the process to make sure I feel comfortable with hygiene and safety rules in place. Lee is great at listening to your idea, making sure you're on the same page. They were also willing to make an exception for my finger tattoo as it was a fix-up of an existing one which I really appreciate. They use vegan ink and vegan aftercare too if that's something you look for in a tattoo place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STUDIO. I recently got my first tattoo done by Lee at Red Dragon Tattoo Parlour. I cannot say enough good things about this tattoo parlour and the staff. When I first called to make my appointment, I spoke with the owner, Lee and she was very friendly and answered all of my questions. On the day of my appointment, I showed up to the wrong location by mistake so when I called to let Lee know that I would be 30 minutes late, she was very understanding! When I arrived, Lee was again super friendly and made me feel very comfortable which calmed my nerves. I was very impressed with how thorough she is in her explanation of the entire tattoo process. She explained everything she was doing throughout the entire process which made me feel very comfortable. She also went into great detail regarding the aftercare of the tattoo which was very helpful. I was also very impressed with how clean the shop is! They make sure to do a thorough clean of the area before and after each client. There was no sign of dust or anything. They even show you how they dispose of the equipment afterwards. Most importantly, the tattoo turned out so much better than I was expecting and I am beyond thrilled with my tattoo!! Lee is an incredibly talented artist and I would recommend her to everyone! I will be coming back here for my next tattoo!

I recently had a tattoo done here. It was my first time at Red Dragon but not my first tattoo ever. I am planning to have future work done at this shop, even though it's not in my neighbourhood. I would recommend this shop to anyone wishing to get inked. I got exactly the design I wanted. My appointment was on time and actually we ended up finishing faster than expected. I watched two movies on netflix, which was better for distracting me from the pain than just chatting with the artist. My healing process has also seemed faster (and less painful itchiness) than my past tattoos. Overall, I don't have anything negative to say about this experience.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Red Dragon Tattoo Parlor. I came in for a consultation (to which the tattoo artist, Kat, was late), and then two different appointments to get a tattoo, and was sent home both times without a tattoo due to their poor scheduling and unprofessionalism. Over both appointment days, I was in the shop for a total of about 5 hours, and I would estimate that I spent 4 of them sitting and waiting for Kat. It was very disrespectful of my time, especially considering I took a day off work to go to the second appointment. I wish I could say that despite the unprofessionalism, everyone was very nice, but unfortunately, that was not the case. Kat was quite rude to me while I was asking her questions about the tattoo during the second appointment. It made me feel like she did not want to tattoo me, and that I had to settle for something that I didn’t want to make her job easier. I don’t usually write bad reviews, but felt I had to make an exception because one of the biggest reasons I chose to go to this studio was all the great reviews online. I have since learned that the shop was sold to a new owner in June 2021, and now has an entirely different roster of artists, essentially nullifying all the reviews before June 2021. The other reason I chose this shop was that I loved that it’s all vegan and all female. The irony is not lost on me that when I arrived, I learned this shop, which boasts about having all female artists, is owned and operated by a man. I am extremely grateful I did not let them tattoo me.

My husband and I got custom matching tattoos done in the same day thanks to the wonderful Lee. She was very patient with our design, offered great input and we got a design that was perfectly us. At the shop she willingly spent 5+ hours tattooing us because she wanted us happy. one of the most amazing people and spaces ive ever visited, so friendly, clean, and makes you feel so comfortable when you get the tattoo itself. The people that work at The Red Dragon have such chill vibes and really make the tattoo an original peice of art for your skin. They have the best ways of keeping the area super clean by starolizing the WHOLE area and all their tools after they are done except for the needles which they dispose of and use a new one with every new person, The Red Dragon uses only and all vegan products from the ink that goes into your skin to the cream they use afterwords everything is vegan, how can you even ask for better?

I got my cover-up tattoo from Blake and it has been the best experience I have had getting a tattoo. Blake listened to all my ideas during the consultation, which were basically all over the place and delivered more than I could have ever asked for. As a person of colour, I have had the hardest time getting an artist to even agree to do colour on me. Blake delivered an amazing killer badass tattoo, which was not only in colour but beautiful and covered my previous tattoo without a trace. I am so thankful that Blake took on the challenge and went above and beyond to make my dreams come true. In terms of the shop itself, Lee provides a uniquely welcoming ambience and is a total angel herself. During my own tattoo session, which was 5ish hours she took care of 2 clients who both got some really lovely pieces themselves. The shop is super clean and just the right temperature. There is a tv for netflix and just great music for distraction. Lee is so sweet and takes her time talking to everyone in the shop making sure they are comfortable, have nourishment so as to not pass out during their tattoo. I am also thankful that she uses vegan products as well, as someone who cannot have vaseline I found this super critical in selecting this shop. I can't wait to come back and get my next piece done here! Lee and Blake are wonderful and they will treat you just right <3 I admire their ethos and would hope that anyone wanting a custom piece at least check them out for their talent alone.

I am on cloud nine after getting my first tattoo on my back from the parlour owner,LEE.She has done really a great job and I like the way she interacts with her clients and makes them comfortable.My first tattoo experience is marvellous just because of her.I appreciate her work and she definitely deserves 5 stars rating.She uses vegan ink and new sterilised tools everytime to do tattoo.I would recommend others too to visit her tattoo parlour.

5+ stars hands down, had the best experience at Red Dragon. My brother, sister and I got a siblings tattoo and it was my sisters first time getting a tattoo. Theresa and Jack made her feel so comfortable during the entire process. They took their time answering all the questions and genuinely care about their customers. We love the work Theresa did, it’s the only place we would recommend and definitely going back. They took covid protocols extremely serious ~ the shop was clean, and were constantly sanitizing, overall we were impressed.

I recently got a tattoo done by Lee, the shop owner. My experience from start to finish with Red Dragon Tattoo Parlour was excellent!!! Lee was extremely personable, knowledgeable, informative and very patient. She is very skilled and talented at what she does. Although it was a quick tattoo, she took her time to go through the entire process and explained everything- while making sure I was satisfied with the end result. I wouldn’t hesitate to return one day and recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their “first” or “next” tattoo!!! Thanks again Lee!!!

Can't say enough good things about this place! Got my first tattoo at Red Dragon and Lee was amazing. Absolutely love my tattoo - the lines are super clean and my tattoo is healing perfectly. She made me feel comfortable, talked my through every step and was very thorough. Beautiful shop, super clean.. will definitely be going back for my second :).
