I had an exceptional experience at Mahihkan tattoo! Myself and a few close friends had a spur of the moment idea to get tattoos done together. We called around a few tattoo shops and weren't able to get in anywhere within the weekend. Luckily, when we got a hold of Mahihkan, Mason was eager to help us out. Although he was fully booked, Mason was able to accommodate the four of us and made time for us in his busy schedule. I was impressed by the whole experience. The environment in the tattoo shop was friendly and inviting, and most importantly, clean. I come from a family of nurses, so this is something I’m very keen on and the shop and procedures were all top notch. Our tattoos healed well and turned out great - a memory I will never forget. Mason and Catlyn were both at the shop at the time of our tattoos, and they were kind, fun, and professional. We were all comfortable the entire time. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for your next tattoo! I will 100% be back to get another one.

Mason did a beautiful tattoo on my sister many years ago and I knew then that I wanted him to do work on me. Finally the time was right and in the last 12 months he's done 3 pieces on me. First one, I gave him a ridiculously bad sketch of what I wanted and he did a gorgeous job interpreting it. Second one, I had a vague idea what I was after and the idea he came up with was amazing, breathing life back into a 30 year old tattoo. The third was a small one on my hand and it carries a lot of sentimental value as it connects me to my sister. I'm loving the new cozy shop and Mason's gentle energy and sense of humour make you feel comfortable and at home. There are more tattoos at Mahihkan in my future for sure.
