Seven was amazing to deal with throughout getting my dream tattoo! He made it come to life better than I ever could have imagined! I had thought about, planned and wanted this tattoo for 4 years before finding the perfect artist in Seven to do it for me. His work speaks for itself, simply amazing! He is very pleasant and patient to deal with while in the design process and we couldn’t have had better conversations during the 6-8 hour session. I highly recommend Seven for your next tattoo!

My boyfriend is in the middle of a beautiful sleeve by Seven. We absolutely love Seven and his dogs and wife......through this process we have made friends with Seven. We have taken time out of our family travels to dine with Seven on days he isn’t even tattooing us........He is in the process of drawing up a back piece for me and I absolutely can’t wait! I enjoy catching up and sitting with Seven while he tattoos my boyfriend.....Seven is a world class gentleman with great conversation skills and a hilarious personality. I met Seven through my work a few years back and found out through some other people that he was a tattoo artist. I decided to look into his tattoos and I was blown away with the detail and quality of his work. 2 years ago, Seven tattooed my sisters eye in the ditch of my arm. I wanted it smaller originally, but Seven insisted on it being larger and placed slightly different. I trusted his judgment and I’m extremely happy with how it turned out and I’m glad that he insisted on a couple of changes. After a few years, the quality hasn’t changed and still looks like he did it yesterday. I constantly receive compliments on his work. Even people who aren’t fond of tattoos, still go out of their way to comment on my tattoo and tell me how amazing and realistic it is. Hands down the best tattoo artist in Edmonton.

I’ve been tattooed by Seven multiple times and I constantly get compliments on the level of detail and textural nuance of the tattoo. His work is premium and you get what you pay for. He also drove me to the studio, so I could have free parking and then drove me back to my car after the session. I had a great time getting tattooed and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time and even gave me candy when I got a bit faint. He is passionate about his work and it shows through the quality of the art he produces. Would recommend 5/5!!

15 years of dedication to quality. One bad google review. Morgan did not finish her commitment plain and simple. She messaged me to ask for her deposit back on a tattoo that was NOT finish nearly to what she committed to when she commissioned me. In fact She told me she wanted to come in and finish up what we had started and I agreed to apply the deposit to that session. No problem. Well, that was well over a year ago. I don’t know anybody who will give a deposit back( my wife is a tattooer in the cosmetics industry and also a high level medical esthetics company manager) and she absolutely has the same policy in both industries. Quite simply Morgan is entitled and “woke” (Joe Rogan, the biggest podcast in the world was offensive? you poor thing ) I won’t reveal details about her tattoo, but I was very emotionally invested in this piece as my brother has Cerebral Palsy. When people email me with tattoo ideas which will help them feel more confident about themselves I take that very seriously and I’m very dedicated to my clients ..it’s too bad that she decided that she had to try and smear my name and try and hurt my ability to care my family. I have the most amazing clients. Morgan started out as one of them. Sorry I had to hit the store for something I just ran out of... my bad. Unlike many tattooers, I’m not a smoker, so no frequent breaks, and that I don’t take 15 minute breaks of which I’m legally entitled to 2..as far as stencil I never ever said I charge only for tattoo time. A stencil is an art form in itself and is part of YOUR tattoo... so yes it’s part of your day. Morgan if you think one sided business bullying is acceptable I feel sorry for you. You simply bailed on your commitment, and are acting like an entitled child. Not at all like my awesome clientele. No one can please everyone all the time. Peace.

I ran into someone several years ago with what I thought was a cool long sleeved shirt, but it turned out it was a forearm tattoo by Seven. I was blown away by the quality and photo realism. Now that I'm in a place where I can afford a piece of art on my body, I connected with Seven to see if he wanted to work together. He responded promptly and we're part way through my tattoo. Getting someone like Seven to tattoo you is like commissioning a piece of fine art. You get them to do what they do because they're the expert. You provide the subject, they do the work. Same with Seven -- he works with you on what you want, then uses his years of experience to translate that onto your body. Not many people can do what Seven does, and not everyone's personality mesh, but if you want the best, you want to work with Seven. Seven is very easy to get along with and creates an instant rapport making you feel like you've known him forever.

Seven is a great artist! He was on time, professional, and had a very clean space. I appreciated a pick up at a nearby shopping mall so that I could save on parking. At no time did I ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe. He's a super chill guy and I'm sure he would be more than happy to change up the music or podcasts for any client who wasn't enjoying the material. The only thing stopping me from finishing the piece we started is getting the right time off work to travel to Edmonton to get it done (that and COVID). Honestly, I understand not crediting a deposit back until he's happy with the work... as a client you are a walking billboard of his artistry so when people ask where you got your art, he obviously wants it to be complete to his standards.

When I first met Seven to discuss my tattoo idea he was professional, easy going and kind. Seven was very clear on what I could expect moving forward with my tattoo idea. When we started tattooing Seven went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and gave me options on what to watch to distract myself from the long tattooing sessions. Seven and I had many hours of great conversations and laughs.The whole tattooing process with Seven was a great experience. More importantly he is an amazing artist and takes great pride in his work. I can't count how many people have complimented me on the piece he did and asked who did the work. I would recommend Seven to anyone interested in getting high quality work done.

I have had 4 sessions with Seven, working on a half sleeve. He is extremely talented and has made my vison, into an awesome tattoo. I am impressed that he takes very few breaks, and works diligently in the allotted time you have, and does his best to engage you by playing movies, music, and podcasts to pass the time while he works on you. If you want a high quality black and grey realism tattoo, Seven is definitely the artist for you. When you book with Seven he is very clear about the fact that he isn't the cheapest tattoo artist around, but your paying for quality not speed. He is also very clear that he takes a $500.00 deposit, applied to your last appointment, but the deposit is forfeit if you miss an appointment without due notice or you don't finish the tattoo. (his work is pretty amazing even 1/2 finished so I can see how some people may not want to finish it, but there is a huge difference between what you think is done, and when Seven says its done...trust your artist, that's what your paying him for) When booking, Seven says frequently that its important that you to finish the tattoo, as his reputation relies on the quality of the art he produces, and if your not ok with that, then find another artist. Again Seven makes this very clear, prior to working with you, so there are no surprises. I work with 3 other people that have had work done by Seven, and his art speaks for itself. If you want a quality tattoo, that will look amazing go see Seven. If you want a cheap fast tattoo, find someone else.

I had two sessions with Seven. During those sessions to be honest I was quite uncomfortable as he listened to some very sexist Joe Rogan podcasts. One time he insisted he pick me up so I don't have to pay for parking, and brought me to Shoppers Drug Mart to buy more isopropyl alcohol during which this time ate into our session time. He finished right on time, which means I paid for him to shop for supplies having not been ready for my appointment. I also paid for him to get the stencil ready, which I have never experienced from a tattoo artist. They normally begin charging once the tattooing has begun. Seven has refused to give back my 500$ deposit because he feels as if my tattoo is not complete. I feel as if it is complete and I don't want to add on. Never in my life (20 tattoos) have I experienced a tattoo artist taking a deposit they refuse to give back because they're unsatisfied with their own work. Overall, I wouldn't even accept that 500$ back as a credit to get another tattoo with him. I would rather loose 500$ than get tattooed by Seven Beckham again.

I first met Seven after he completed my lovely lil woman's sleeve. It is AMAZING????!! People stop her all the time to view it. Its not just ink, its art. I reached out to him to see what he would like to do on a full sleeve “MOVIE!!” We started our first session with 3 ideas and I wanted him to choose the best one, he’s the professional after all. I feel like I commissioned a piece of artwork. I love it and I’m only 3/4 done. He is easy to work with and understanding. I called 1/2 before a session to let him know I had an emergency at work I had to deal with and it would take 2 hours☹️“No prob, see you in 2 hours.” He stayed till 10:30 that night. Please tell me where you ever see flexibility like that? Speaking of service,He picks me up so I don’t have to pay $30 a session or have to walk 10 blocks, its almost paid for another full session ????! He’s thoughtful, funny and quite the character.If you have the time you will likely end up with a friend and fantastic piece of art????????

If your looking for a great experience from a really solid no bs guy I recommend using Seven, his work is excellent and he goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy and comfortable, I have presented him with a vert challenging highly detailed piece and he is delivering exactly what I want. I will be working wit him for years to come! he's not just an artist he has become my friend. he is certainly not the cheapest guy to use but keep in mind you get what you pay for!

Why I chose not professional, my fiancee decided to get a tattoo done by Seven, got it partially done and decided to put a pause on the project due to financial reasons, 500$ deposit was declined by Seven because "he wasn't happy with how the art was left" so he decided to keep the 500$ deposit after agreeing to give it back once the tattoo had healed.
