This is the owner of S & S Custom tattooing, we have never told people what to write, we have suggested people leave comments here as they wish and what they write is up to them and there experience. We hope all S & S clients are also aware that if they ever had a concern or a problem with the shop they can feel free to make us aware of it and we will assist them as professionally and courteously as possible.

I went in with a vague idea and some sigils. I came out with Art. I felt accepted, welcomed, and even LIKED. That's rare in any sort of retail situation...Robert put the sigils together in a way that really shows thought about where this could go. I didn't have to tell this man beforehand...he just knew it was going to end up a sleeve. I really like these people...ALL of them. I will be back. Forever. Highly recommend.

Went in for a Wednesday walk in small tattoo and everything about it was incredible ???? the staff were all professional but really easy to talk to, I was getting a tattoo in a super painful place and the tattoo artist was so great about helping with the pain. And the tattoo turned out absolutely perfect. Will definitely come here again and recommend to friends.

I went in to S&S Tattoo after working with the artist Tralee to create the piece I wanted. She was very professional, fun, and made me feel comfortable. She did an AMAZING job on my tattoo, her line work is better than some of the other tattoos I have from other artists that have more years of experience. Tralee is very talented, I would highly recommend seeing her for your next tattoo. I'll will be going back to S&S Tattoo to work with Tralee on many other pieces. 10/10!

Unbelievable experience! Went here to go with a friend for her tattoo and she introduced me to Tralee. A few weeks down the road I contacted her and she worked with me to get a large piece done. She was in constant contact with me. Asking questions, updating me, if I would be open to this or that, and so on. No wondering if she was going to to get back to me as she always did. Went to the shop, she was very in-depth with how everything was going to go down. Always asked how I was feeling/how I was doing. She's super focused but also loves to conversate. She holds that balance way better than I could. The atmosphere feels like a large family. Break time.. everyone jokes around, talks and tries to get to know you better. It's really positive vibes all around.

I went in with my tattoo planned out in my head i asked for something with detail and i got in return a 3 hour pop up tattoo. Aswell 30 minutes of trying to be forced to get a tattoo that i didn’t like. I got told Shawn would tattoo me i ended up with a 1st year apprentice i would have not have let an apprentice do such a large piece on me. But in the apprentices defence he was very kind and played great music while tattooing me and explained everything in detail ahead of time.

I went in to this shop today to get a consult for a couple of tattoos I had been thinking about for a little while. I had an awesome experience with every person in the shop. The atmosphere was welcoming and there was a positive energy to everyone I met. I had a chance to just chat with the owner about the shop and the different types of tattoos that they do (for the record they do basically anything). They were able to get me in for my tattoos today and Dawson did a great job; the experience was one of the most comfortable I have ever had with a tattoo. I would highly recommend S&S.

These people are AMAZING!! I haven’t even gotten my tattoo yet and I’m already excited to work with this group! Shawn was super helpful, I was going in for a consultation thinking it would be 10 minutes ( like the rest I’ve been at ) nope! He talked me through EVERYTHING to make sure I got an idea of something that I absolutely wanted and didn’t end up regretting! I was there for about an hour and half and he was a delight to talk to! He made me feel very comfortable with my ideas and made me think about a bunch of ideas rather than jump on one. I have never met a group of people that were this nice. I would rate more than 5 stars if i could!!

ok for these people that are writing bad reviews yeah wtf the shop isnt small has private rooms and professional but fun staff and the work is clean shop prices are cheaper for edmonton and the staff wish to make everyone and everything comfortable but are also honest and wont let anyone put the wrong tattoo on them Also to the last comment you definatley dont know what your talking about cause they dont even pierce lol why the hate sheesh
