Very professional, I had laser removal 3 times somewhere else and here was better. I was given the option of the treatment to go slow or fast. Very informative with info regarding the healing process. Would recommend to anyone needing tattoo removal.

After my experience with microblading, I never thought I would like my brows again. The orang-ish tint of my eyebrows impacted my self confidence. I tried saline removal, which did not work and honestly I had lost hope. When I first visited May, she was kind, comforting and explained the process in detail, which made me a lot less nervous. After my first session, my eyebrows had oxidized (as May thoroughly explained would happen) and turned from orange to a light gray, which was already 100 x better. After my second appointment, my tattoo was almost instantly gone, I could not believe my eyes, I wanted to stare in the mirror and cry! May is highly trained and knows exactly what she is doing, not only was she kind, patient and professional but she also gave me back my confidence, which I can’t thank her enough for. I highly recommend May at Reversal, do not wait any longer!

Went to Reversal to remove a tattoo on my arm. May was super informative and answered all my questions. The chair during the treatment was really comfortable and the business was very clean.The laser service followed with a wrap that was not too tight and super detailed after care instructions. I would definitely go again and I would recommend this studio. I have been to 2 other laser treatment places in Edmonton and Sherwood Park prior which had inconsistency between the treatment from each staff. With Reversal, you are guaranteed the same quality each time.

The procedure was very quick and not as painful as I thought it would be. I was there a few weeks ago and since then the results have been great. I highly reccomend Reversal Laser Studio to anyone looking to remove a tattoo. They were knowledgeable and very professional. They answered all my questions, quoted me on pictures of my tattoos, explained what kind of expectations I should have and why. The day I went in they explained what would happen prior, during and after the session. The tech asked me how I was doing throughout the process and I appreciated her attentiveness. They were very respectful with privacy and ensuring I was completely comfortable. One session and my husband says he noticed a significant fade in color.

I went to see May for my microblading removing. I was so nervous after watching laser removal YouTube videos the night before. May put me at ease and explained everything that would happen before she started the procedure.. all that panic and i didn’t feel a thing. May cools your skin before she uses the laser, and because of this I didn’t need any numbing cream. May removed the dark ink this time round, and I will be going back in 8 weeks to have the old micro blading removed that had faded to a pinkish colour that was under the dark ink. I am happy so far with the results I’m seeing, and would 100% totally recommend going to see may at reversal laser studio.

I came to this spot to get a tattoo removed and the first thing that came to mind was that the studio was very clean. I was nervous at first but Alex went over what to expect in a calming and professional manner. It's only been couple of weeks since my laser session but its noticeably fading! As expected there are more appointments to be booked but it is definitely an improvement. It was a great experience overall and I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I recently visited Reversal Laser Studio and received amazing service! It being my first time getting a tattoo removed, I was a little anxious about the whole procedure, but May did a phenomenal job explaining everything and making sure you understood the process and was comfortable. The actual procedure was not long at all, and she would always consult with you to see how you are doing. I actually am now not anxious for my next appointment as I now know what I will be up against and to have a kind caring attentive tech, helps the whole process!
