I have been tattooed in many tattoo shops over the years, and by far, the service, cleanliness, atmosphere and customer service at Rabbit Rabbit is second to none! (Natasha and Ben run a GREAT shop!) Immediately upon walking through the doors and up the stairs I felt welcome, valued and genuinely appreciated. The decor and set up of the shop is wonderful, right down to the flickering human-sized lady lamp (an amazing piece of functional art) that graces the entrance of the shop. Each artist’s station is clean, organized, updated and showing NO signs of wear and tear. Sterilization practices are top-notch, as is made evident by the many examples of certification posted around the shop, and never at any time did I experience concern for my health or well-being. I appreciated the detailed and thorough waiver/information sheet I had to fill in upon arrival, and the fact that there was a designated place for outdoor shoes, (those little blue boot covers were readily available for those people who may not want to remove their shoes.). The staff AND building exude such professionalism as would be experienced at any high-end boutique shop, that it is an honest pleasure to get to hang out there, (PLUS, you get to have beautiful and unique pieces of art put onto your body while enjoying the atmosphere and great conversation!). If you are you looking for a tattoo shop with exceptional service, incredible talented artists, AND a great place to hang out, I highly suggest checking out the people and portfolios of Rabbit Rabbit Most Auspicious Tattoo! (And while I can say my fair share of good about ALL the artists that call Rabbit Rabbit home, I must give a special shout-out to Erin Rietze @erinrietzetattoo for the countless hours of drawing, ink time (and genuine conversation) she has put into my sleeve so far. Ben seemed very rushed in our first meeting, only talking about my tattoo ideas for literally 5 mins before he pushed us out the door. After putting down a deposit, a month of communicating, and waiting patiently for sketches, a few days before the appointment he phoned me to confirm the appointment and when asked if I was getting sketches he said within a few more days (mind you this is two days before our appointment). I NEVER GOT THE SKETCHES and on the day of I never heard anything back. If you can not handle the workload then DO NOT STRING ALONG CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT. BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE YOU MAY OR MAY NOT ACTUALLY RECIEVE A TATTOO (even when putting a deposit down for it).

Natasha and Ben have created a warm, inviting parlour that is as unique as the two of them, and certainly has NO health concerns. They take great care to maintain high health standards in their shop and equipment. I have pieces from both of them, and my husband is in the process of a large half sleeve from Natasha that amazes me every time he comes home. We wouldn't trust anyone else to do our work!

I have been getting tattooed by Natasha since November 2013. That was before they opened Rabbit Rabbit. I followed her to their new establishment because from day one she was profession, creative, practical, and straight forward about what I could expect from her and what she expected from me. Natasha has tattooed almost my entire back and she is currently working on a large piece on my upper stomach. I have always been impressed by the level of hygiene at her work station and in their shop. Her attention to detail and how accommodating she has been continues to amaze me. I haven’t yet been tattooed by Ben but I look forward to it in the future. The two tattoos Natasha has done for me are not my first but I don’t see myself looking for a new shop any time soon. I have been so impressed with her work that she is my go to tattooist even though I now live a few thousand km away. When ever hashing out details for each piece she always comes up with amazing creative choices that I would have never have thought of. Her and Her husband Ben are also incredibly kind and super welcoming. They both have a pretty awesome sense of humour and are not afraid to joke around with someone when they feel comfortable. The shop is always spotless and the décor is pretty awesome with some of the artwork they have inside.
