I’ve gotten tattooed here twice, she was super sweet and kind. Everyone else at the shop was chill and nice when I interacted with them as well. The more senior artists checked in a few times as my artist was an apprentice. I have a third booking in august too I’m very excited excited about.

I have been tattooed by Emy multiple times and she never disappoints. She is so talented and unique, and has always made me feel safe and respected. Lots of people like to review shops they have not been to personally. I find that to be silly and odd. Maybe go and play candy crush instead Karen?

First, I want to give a shout out to Britt who recently tattooed me for the shops fundraiser flash day! She is the absolute sweetest human, and I felt super comfortable the entire time. In terms of her work, her lines are beautiful, her flash is to die for, and the tattoo she gave me is healing very well. This was my third tattoo, and by far the best experience I've had. I would definitely go back to see her! Thanks Britt <3 As for the studio itself, the vibes from the other artists are calming and friendly, the decor is EVERYTHING, and they have free ice cream which is just the cutest thing. While being tattooed I was facing a beautiful monstera plant and listening to the artists joking around with each other and with me. AMAZING ENERGY. I have another couple tattoos booked with a different artist (Emy) at this same studio in the new year, who's flash is also perfection. Can't wait to come back!

I recently got my first tattoo done by Sara! It was such an amazing experience, she is so talented and so are all the other artists. The building was super clean and they never have too many people in at once. When I went I was the only one in the room and there was only one other client in the building. I'm so glad I came here for my first (and I hope to come back for all my other ones too)

I’ve also been tattooed by one other artist at pls hurt me (she has moved on to another studio) and she also did incredible work! I had a great day here! My artist was super clean and professional; and the entire studio was super airy, stylish, spacious, and comfortable! Great cleanliness and space so even though I got a tattoo in a pandemic it felt super safe and clean as you could possibly be in covid times. Now to the experience: It was my first tattoo appointment and the piece was about 3-4"×6" and a snake. I had scars in the area tattooed and so I did have a couple fears that I might be turned away on account of the severity of my scars. However, I didn't need to worry at all! She took it all in stride and it made for a very lovely and stress-free time! I had an appointment with Émy and she was a pro; she made my tattoo of a snake over my scars look amazing and I'm so impressed by her talent and ability to work around and over my scars. I'm used to seeing those places in malls that look dingy and unsafe; this place made me feel immediately safe and comfortable and the tattoo was pretty painless which was probably helped by the fact that I felt super relaxed and safe here. Plus, I got an icecream sandwich at the end and who can really complain about that? Please do yourself a favour and get your tattoos here! I will definitely be coming back, and I don't think I really would consider another place to get tattoos in Alberta; especially after the year or so I spent comparing places and following plshurtme and doing my research. I can safely say I don't think my tattoo experience could have been any better!

I originally had a little flash piece done by Émy and I love it, it’s very cute. Loving what she did I booked a custom piece with her, she was very patient with me while I struggled to explain what was in my head, she let me make changes to her freehand outline multiple times. It’s a reasonably large piece and I’m blown away by it. Its amazing, one of my fav tattoos on me. She is very talented. The studio is extremely clean, everyone I have met is always friendly. The price of the tattoo was very reasonable and previously explained through an email quote. Having multiple tattoos I loved that there are no surprises with cost. 10/10 will book with Émy And the studio again!

I got tattooed by Korbi about 10 months ago. She was very nice and easy to talk to. But the atmosphere in the shop was weird. She was an apprentice and not once did her mentor come check on her to see how things were going. We were having a hard time finding a good placement for my little mushroom tat to go amongst my other work, this is where her boss/mentor should have been there to lend a helping hand/assist her.

I got tattooed by @plantboys.tattoo (Sean) and was told he’d been tattooing as long as Èmy but my tattoo ended up very blown out. Something that an experienced tattoo artist would be more mindful of. To anyone reading this I’d suggest you look elsewhere in Edmonton to get your tattoos from, and give your support to a more reputable tattoo artist and shop.

I was traveling out of town when I got my tattoo. I honestly did not know at the time shops shouldn’t be taking out of town clients. My mom lives in Edmonton so I wanted to get a tattoo. I got tattooed by one of the apprentices (I won’t name to keep safe). They vented to me concerns about the drama environment in the studio and how they wanted to Leave. I found the environment to have toxic energy and was an anxiety inducing experiment. Trust the bad reviews here. I’ve seen on Instagram the owner who has a large Instagram following begs her followers to leave good reviews to balance the negative ones. A good place shouldn’t have to beg for good reviews. It’s just not clean and I didn’t find covid protocols up to plate. I wouldn’t come back or recommend
