Mike pierced my nostril and he was very kind and put my mind at ease as I was very worried about it. I’m not a fan of needles. Bailey also did my helix and my industrial a little over a month after my nose. Also did a fantastic job and I would definitely reccomend this place! I then returned 2 months after those to get my frenulum and navel pierced & Bailey did those as well. Never felt more taken care off and would definitely reccomend, prices are also very good!

I have been to this shop a few times and not once have I had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and the store is cleaner than a hospital. I've had several piercings done here over the last 4 years and I absolutely love this shop. The piercers have always come across as professional and knowledgeable to me. I had my rook and second helix pierced by Bailey this afternoon and she was great. The jewelry is good quality, piercing area is sanitary and the prices are more than fair. Dont go here for cartilage ear peiricngs my boyfriends got one from here they peirced it in the wrong spot it was bleeding after and a few weeks after he got it dont he had a klond and we went back there to get them to remove it and they kept telling us to do different treatments on it that didnt work its been a year now since he had it and them refusing us to remove it even though they told us they will after we got it done if anything happens now it got infeacted and i had to remove it i learn how to peirce ears at my job at my work we peirced the other side to see the different and he didnt got a keylode its not infeacted it never bleed after he got it peirced and he had to got the the hospital last night to because of it i also got my bridge done there and same thing happen withbme got it redone some where else and its healed and they said they perice that part wrong to im so mad at them im going to be calling them today to complain about this to

My tongue piercing was done with little to no care or regard. Now that it has healed I can not use regular bars on it because the way it was pierced isn’t straight up and down it’s slanted and the regular bars won’t fit. I had to go back to pitbull in excruciating pain for jewelry resizing during the healing because the way it was pierced slanted made it tug from either side if I let my tongue rest causing a permanent crater in my tongue as well as a lot of pain and suffering. I am so disappointed with the experience. My piercing is botched !

Went here for walk-in piercings with my sister & friend! We all got piercings from Mike & were so, so happy with the service & the piercings themselves! He let us know he would mark us as many times as it took until it was in the spot we wanted, & made me more comfortable by keeping me talking & cracking jokes when I was nervous if my tragus was going to hurt. I drive approximately 3 hours out of my city to come to Pitbull. I've gotten 3 piercings done here, and all of them went off without any complications and healed beautifully. They DO NOT use cheap jewelry, and everything is sterilized and sanitized very well. The staff are super friendly and understanding. They know their stuff, and educate you on the healing and aftercare very well, and give you aftercare for the piercings as well. They explain everything they do before they even start, so that you'll always know what and when things are happening. Absolutely phenomenal place. Can't thank you guys enough.

Today I went and got my bridge and tongue pierced; my piercer was Autumn and she was sooo good. honestly best piercer I've ever had and I have been to many piercer's. She is by far the most professional I've ever had, she makes you feel welcome and comfortable, and she is very kind and easy to talk to. She's great at piercing angles and making sure your piercing is symmetrical. Her station is very neat and clean, and well organized. Definitely reccomend her and Pitbull Studio in general.

I would not recommend going to see Mike at Pitbull. I’ve gone to this place multiple times and saw the female piercer with no problems. I went to go get a micro dermal done. He lined everything up and looked okay at the time. But when the actual piercing was done it was extremely crooked and much lower than the placement had been marked. I told him that it looked crooked and my friend agreed. He gave me nothing but attitude and told me I would just have to “live with it”. I than had a third non biased friend look at it just to be sure and he told me it was extremely crooked upon first glance at it. I than asked to speak to an owner who looked at the piercing. She was reluctant to give me money back or do anything about the situation. It took a while before they than offered to remove it. They removed the microdermal 10 minutes after putting it in which is extremely invasive. I will say I was given my money back after having to argue with the owner. They did resolve it somewhat however I am left with a removed piercing/ open wound and don’t want anyone to go through the same experience which is why I’m posting this review. Please don’t waste your money or time here.

Got pierced here twice now, both times by Baylie. She did a great job and my piercings healed so well compares to my previous piercing experience. They typically have a deal running that is BOGO on all piercings. You can do both on yourself or you and a friend can share - makes going with a friend that much more fun! The front end staff never seem overly impressed, maybe it's just me but they seem like they don't like their job.

Our piercer Mike (I think that was his name) was awesome, funny & friendly! Went into a lot of detail and made sure that all our questions were answered. The only downside would be that they're cash only. Although they do have an atm available it's still pretty inconvenient. Also not sure if they're renovating or what but the area looked quite unfinished which was unsettling at first, but overall the small area where the piercings get done was sanitised really well.

This shop is really good. My girlfriend and I got some work done by Jess and it looks fantastic. The other staff are really friendly as well and you can tell they like making sure you have a good experience. The only bad thing about this shop is the guy who works the counter. His customer service is at floor level and I got the vibe he only opened a shop so he could have free work. But don't let his demeaner stop you the quality of work that comes out of this shop is top shelf, and Jess will be doing a lot more tattoos on us.

So far, I've gotten my septum, both of my tragus(s), and second holes in either ear lobe done here. The receptionists are always super kind and friendly and I have to have issues with any of them. Some people mention the gent with the horns as being a bit rude, but honestly I found him just as warm as the other employees. (If a bit intimidating, lol) Both my septum and my tragus were done by Bailey. She's very sweet and professional, and made the experience very swift. Now, unfortunately I have Crohn's Disease, which is a disease that attacks your digestive tract. How is this relevant? Well I take immunosupressents, and as a result, can really easily get infections/skin issues! When one of my piercings got a keloid (scar tissue bubble near the piercing site) I went in to get it fixed. Mike happened to be the man who helped me out, putting a compression disk on it. It was unfortunately very swollen, which meant it required some not-so-fun tough love, but it healed wonderfully afterwards and he kept me laughing through the rather uncomfortable experience. I also thought I had some signs of infection in my septum and saw Mike, and he checked everything else, gave it a cursory clean, and sent me on my way, assuring me it was fine. (It was!) I also went in with my own jewelry as I wanted to stretch my septum. Bailey once again helped me out, getting the new bad boy in for only 5$, despite it being a larger piece, she actually got it in with little to no pain. Then this weekend I got my second lobe piercings done with by boyfriend by the Talented Autumn. Once again, very profession and fast- the experience was comfortable and they're healing up nicely. All in all; the prices are fantastic, the piercers are darlings, the front end staff are sweet-hearts and the whole place is clean. (If a little bit empty at the moment) I largely recommend it to anyone wanting to get work done. The thing most people seem to forget is that the staff are people, treat them nice and they'll (shocker) be nice too!

I got my ear (flat cartilage) pierced back in the spring of 2021 and I wasn't going to leave a review, but the piercing I got done was so bad and it's been bothering me A LOT. The guy went through my ear at a very bad angle and my ear developed a small keloid almost immediately after (despite all my efforts to keep that ear from being disturbed). The piercing is still giving me problems and I only wear jewellery in it to hide the keloid bump. The guy who did it was very rude and seemed super impatient (don't remember his name, but i remember what he looked like; bald, lots of piercings and tattoos). This was the first and last time I go to Pitbull. I have 6 other piercings done at other shops, so this wasn't a first time piercing for me. Edit: forgot to mention that my ear was gushing blood which is very unusual for a flat cartilage piercing; I've never bled like that for my other piercings.

Customer service was okay defiantly could be better. As for getting a piercing done. Never ever will I go back to Pitbull. The piercer Mike was the toughest/hurtful experience I’ve had. I went to get my eyebrow done and was nervous to get it re done & he was grabbing my eyebrow to the point it was pulsing and now bruising. I said ready and he didn’t bother to pierce it when I clarified I was ready since he saw me move my feet so he poked the tip of the needle in and just left it there as I tried to calm down and now my eyebrow is in a lot of pain and left without a piercing. As for my friend getting her cartilage (daith) pierced it is red in the area he was holding and also bruised from his strength in his arm. Told us to ask any questions if needed and we asked a few and didnt understand what we were asking so didn’t answer when they were very clearly asked. Also needs to stop with the dirty comments to everything we asked and was slightly sexual about everything we would do or say. Made us super uncomfortable.

It was my first time in a long time getting piercings so I was a little nervous but the piercer was so nice and it honestly was a great experience. I would highly recommend this place for people who want piercings. They have a great 2 for one deal that's $65 with jewelry included which I got and would highly recommend. 100% go here, they were so incredibly kind and honestly they were some of the nicest people I've met.

Nothing but amazing experiences every time I come in. The staff up front is super friendly and Autumn is a phenomenal piercer. This is genuinely the only place I’ll get piercings done at. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait and they run behind on appointment time but the delay is always because they are giving their full attention to whomever they’re in the room with and ensuring all bases are covered. While some people may find this potential for delay an inconvenience, I see the dedication given to the client in the room as a sign of superior service and is exactly the reason I love pitbull as much as I do. I will absolutely, undoubtedly be coming back time and time over!

Tattoo was so poorly done that I have to have it Laser removed. Line work was choppy, giant gaps where they weren’t supposed to be. Just awful. Shading was in terrible places, I got a Lilly the colours were wrong. I had a reference picture and part of the tattoo was unfinished and paid for the full amount of time and she finished early. It’s god awful, flat, dull, terribly done. A 4th grader could have done better. Do not go here.

I pierced here for 8 times (4 visits), this time was the worst service that I ever got. A gentleman who said himself with 20 something years of his experience doing in this job didn't even listen to what client like me needed. I just wanted to show him a pic from my phone what I wanted for my new piercing. Not only he didnt even take a look but also he ignored me and kept saying no phone allowed! Plus, He complained when I touched where he marked on my ear that he had to clean it again which I understood but his word and attitude was unacceptable. And not surprise, I didnt get any opinion or idea about piercing from him at all. After piercing done, I asked if he could put my new hoop at my nose as I couldn't do it myself, he said people always ask him to do free stuff !!! (Even though I got that nose piercing done here.) After I received lots of bad attitude and that unimpressive treats from him, so I said nevermind and left that place. I won't go back there again and never recommend this place to any of my friend or anyone.

After many positive referrals on Facebook to see Autumn, I took my male friend in for both earlobes to be pierced. We both noticed upon arriving that the place smelled and looked really clean. Remove shoes upon entering, ok no problem just another way of keeping it clean. We were greeted by a young lady who asked for ID, then she asked a few questions regarding the health and safety of my friend. Autumn introduced herself and took us to her booth. She was very polite and friendly. Very informative and helpful as my friend has never had any piercings before. She was relaxed which kept my friend relaxed too. Before we both realized it was finished. Autumn explained the aftercare for the new piercings as well have him a pamphlet which explained what she just talked about. I would totally recommend this place as well as Autumn again. Only negative I found in the entire place was the volume of the music on the front waiting area - but as they say "if the music is too loud maybe you're too old" I get it!! ????

I’ve had five piercings done at pitbull, four of which are amazing, done by Autumn. The last one I got on Saturday I had been pierced by mike. He was very rough and rude and made a comment to my girlfriend when she got her tongue pierced about it “being the best prick” she’d ever had in her mouth. I have a very high pain tolerance for piercings, I got my nipps pierced by Autumn, but nothing will compare to how much pain I got getting my ear done by mike. Will never get another piercing done by mike. Will only go to Autumn.

Went and got my nipples pierced with a friend as well as two ear piercings the other week and it was an amazing experience! We had Autumn who was super professional and friendly. The pricings really good and autumn is really great at piercing placement and angles. She walks you through everything she is doing and explains everything well. unfortunately felt that mike didn't care much about piercing symmetry or angle. Got my second nostril done by him and he kinda just went "placements up to you and what you want" but didnt really take enough time to try and line it up symmetrically. was expecting him to give more input on placement and didnt realize until after that he had pierced it at a weird angle. i know many ppl who have gotten pierced by him and didn't like the results :/

My artist Jes was lovely, patient, friendly, and accommodating. however the receptionist who greeted us was terribly rude and unfriendly. He snapped at my friend and treated us as though we're annoying despite the fact that we were paying customers. He did not smile once and seemed to really despise all interactions with people. I have no idea why his sole job is to interact with customers if he hates it so much.

I’ve been going to Pitbull for over 4 years now and they’ve always made me feel so comfortable and knowledgeable. A month or so I had to go in to get all my jewelry removed and then put back in the next day. I got autumn for both appointments, she was very lovely, incredibly friendly. I would go back to her in a heartbeat for the customer service but Ever since I came home multiple of my piercings have filled out cause the balls weren’t put back on properly. So now I have to go and get a a bunch of new jewelry and get some holes re pierced.

I did my first Daith piercing with Pitbull Tattoo. Was recommended by a friend. They are amazing and so thoughtful. My earing fell out after a month and I had to have a new one in. It was still healing so it was so painful. I cried my eyes out but the guy who reinserted the new piece was amazingly understanding and patient. For the life of me I cannot remember his name but Thank you. You guys are Amazing and all instructions are easy to follow for the aftercare. Totally worth it... highly recommend them. Autumn was a wonderful piercer! I have a deviated septum so she managed to do my septum piercing so it looked straight which I was super impressed by. She was great, will definitely go to her again for my future piercings. Also got my helix done because they had a 2-for-1 piercing promotion.

I just went and got a couple piercings done by Autumn and she was very patient and attentive to my concerns with making for placement. She redid the marks until i was satisfied. She made sure the area was clean and sterile and made sure on multiple occasions that i was ok and asked whether i had any questions. She walked me through after care and then did one last quality check. Great customer service. Speedy and polite. The jewellery is nice and prices are extremely competitive. Go to place for piercings. They are super clean and thorough when telling you what’ll happen and what you need to know. Mike is the fastest piercer I’ve been too, and is very reassuring. When we walked into the shop we were addressed by the first person who spoke to us with quite a bit of attitude. Our first impression of him was not great and it didn't get any better from that point. We asked to get some piercings done and possibly a few tattoos if they had time and he didn't say much aside from he will ask the artist and let us know about the pricing (a bit steep for what we were looking for) A few mins later the artist came out and asked about what we wanted in which we told him we were not interested in the tattoos anymore and he got annoyed and dismissive. Well after that we were quite uncomfortable but still stuck around for our piercings. After we paid for our piercings he said to wait and our person would be out shortly. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came out to take us in as well as not being told how long it would be. Anyways she came out and didn't really seem to care that we waited so we asked for our money back and left. Overall our experience was terrible. We went into this place on recommendation and our visit was opposite of what we were told it would be. I don't understand why we were "greeted" with attitude and spoken down to. Regardless we will not be going back to pitbull tattoo nor will we recommend it to anyone.

I got two piercings done here today with Autumn and she was amazing. I was really nervous and honestly more nervous about being shirtless to actually get what I wanted done but she was so easy to work with very caring very understanding and made sure I was 100% comfortable the entire time. honestly i have quite a few tattoos from multiple places even on white ave and i’ve never been more uncomfortable in a tattoo parlour in my life. I heard the owners say multiple racial slurs through the appointment even one pointed at another staff member. then during the actual appointment i asked about his tattooed blacked out eyes, if it hurt, and somehow that lead to him telling me about being a cannibal and also inappropriate intimate details about what it’s like and tastes. He even mentioned that he had ate his own skin in the shop before and which station. I’ve been very nervous to say something but i hope i can save someone else the trauma. I’d like to point out he wasn’t the one tattooing me but was supposed to be teaching the apprentice who was tattooing me but instead his focus was educating me on cannibalism.

Can’t recommend enough. I’ve gotten probably like 6 piercings here and they continue to be amazing. They often have a BOGO free sale on piercings that you can share with a friend which makes each piercing like $30 for most standard ones. And what they do after the piercing is what makes them incredible! Front of the jewelry fell off and can’t back on? Go in and they’ll do it! Swelling and need a longer post? They’ll do it! Change jewelry? They’ll do it!

I was nervous upon entering this place as we waited a long time before anyone came out to talk to us. As soon as we were greeted we were met with rude replies to simple questions. Then, we waited over an hour without knowing why or what to do next. No one came out for a long time, but they made sure to take our cash first. Once we finally got to talk to someone we were called into the back room. The piercer did a thorough job of talking me through the procedure and answering any questions I had. I had my daith and tragus pierced on either side of my ears. I have had many piercings throughout my life, and have never had this large of an issue with any of them. Fast forward a month or so and my piercings are not looking so hot. I developed bumps on both of them and they both got infected at various times. I followed the cleaning instructions the piercer gave me but neither piercing was improving. After 8 months or so of battling with the stupid things, I finally got in touch with someone from pitbull to see if there was anything I could do to help them heal. They provided me with a method that the piercer claimed almost always worked. I did as she said, and my piercings got worse. It has now almost been a year and all I want are these piercings taken out as they have caused me extreme discomfort and pain - way more than necessary. I even asked the piercer numerous times what type of metal she'd be using and if it was alright for sensitive skin; she assured me it was. I have tried to take my piercings out since then, but have failed. Now I will have to go back to this dreaded place to get them to do it for me. Needless to say, you get what you pay for! This is a cheap establishment that provides cheap quality and does not care about you once they have your money. Customer service needs serious help too. I will never get another piercing here again.

I came here in February of 2019 to try something new and to see what else is out there, I read reviews on them and wen there to get my navel pierced, everyone was friendly and amazing. I got my piercing and it started to heal, time goes on and it gets worse so I called and told them what was going on, sent them a picture and they told me what to do. It worked for a little then it got worse from that so I went to my normal piercer and she said they pierced my tummy and not my actual navel because of the jewel and how my body is. They used a normal curved jewel like you would for any other navel but instead of piercing my navel they pierced aboved. My normal piercer said I should have had a Jbar for how my body is and the person who pierced me said nothing about it. In all fairness I didn’t know a lot of about navel piercings when I first walked in but I believe I should’ve been told that I needed a Jbar and not a normal curved one. Now I will have an ugly scar above my navel.

Got my industrial pierced over a year ago. I followed the exact aftercare instructions they gave me however it still has not healed. There is a big bump where the piercing is and its extremely painful when touched. After talking to other piercing shops, it turns out that my ear isn't even the right shape for an industrial but they pierced it anyway. They only seem to care about money and not the quality of the services they offer. Go anywhere else. Edit: I called two months ago and explained the situation and they said they would remove the piercing for free. When I went in today, the gentleman helping me was extremely rude and condescending. I walked in and politely said "Hi I was here about a year and a half ago" when he interrupted me to rudely say "oh wow so was i" which I ignored and continued telling him my situation. He then said there would be a charge for getting the piercing out and I explained to them that it was THEIR mistake and I had called about two months ago and was told it would be free to which he again very rudely told me "its the same with all businesses, if you went into a restaurant you would have to pay for food." Not sure why he wouldn't just take it out considering i told him that someone on the phone said they would do it for free. Not to mention it was THEIR mistake that caused my ear to be painful and bumpy with crust every single day. Im not sure if the man at the desk knows this but in case he's reading this - if you go to any other business and they make a mistake, most of the time they will rectify the issue at no additional cost. After he tried to make me pay i ended up telling him I'd rather take my business elsewhere which i recommend to anyone reading this review.

Would not recommend this place to anyone ever. I went in today to get them to look at my Industrial rod that the lady piercer did for me less then a month and half ago, because they messed it up badly. I have a big cut in the middle of my ear (that will most likely scar) because she didn’t look to see if my ear was right for the piercing. I went in to ask for my money back and they straight up said no. She didn’t take the time to do her job so I thought the least they can do was give me my money back, I even asked for just half of my money back but they said I came in too late even though this cut only appeared recently. They told me no refunds because the paper I signed said no refunds for complications but this wasn’t a complication this was just her not doing her job. When I went in I tried to talk to her but she just walked away and wouldn’t ever look at my ear or apologize, she said she had stuff going on in her life so I said sorry about that but at the same time if you can’t do your job then don’t come to work. They also told me they wouldn’t give me a refund because I went to another piercing place even though I went for my friend and they just asked to see my piercings and they told me I needed to take it out right away, and they were kind enough to take it out me right as I got there and they are taking the time to come up with a plan to cover this cut up when it’s healed.

I went in with my friend to get my septum pierced about 45 mins before closing. At first the place seemed odd and the man who greeted us at the front desk wasn’t super talkative and didn’t seem to care for my friend who was asking questions lol. So I paid and filled out my paper work and went into the back... still the place was different but let me just say this. My first piercing experience was AMAZING! Unfortunately I can’t rememberer the name of the guy who pierced me but he made me feel super comfortable. I was so scared going in, but when I met my guy I was so excited to get this done! He was very detailed when going through the procedure with me, super friendly, very nice and HILARIOUS. Needless to say it was an AWESOME first experience, I LOVE my piercing, and I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

I got 2 piercings done here about a week ago (helix and a tragus). My ears are still super swollen and the guy who pierced my tragus completely missed where I had him mark it, so it feels like its on the side of my head. Also, the back part of my helix piercing was too small and I could feel the pressure build up on the top of my ear. I am very unhappy with my piercings and I had to go to another place and pay extra to get them fixed. I got my tragus removed and redone on the other side and i got the jewelry changed for my helix. Very cheap jewelry and I don't recommend this place for piercings. Save your money and go somewhere else.

My friend and I came for piercings here, we loved autumn! She was more then amazing, and overall made us feel super comfortable. The only issue we seen with this place was the guy that is usually at the front desk, so rude wouldn’t let my friend get a word in when she was asking questions about the piercing she wanted. He had a really bad humour was making some weird comments/jokes and was just crazy unprofessional that kinda set us off at first. We were happy with our piercer but this place needs someone else making appointments/greeting customers.

This place seemed pretty legit. My bestie and I went to get our second daith piercings here. Hers came out pretty good. Then I got mine... as soon as she (Bailey) put the ring through she said "it's swelling pretty bad and it's pushing it out. Give it some time and it will heal flat." We left and the pain and burning intensified. When I got home I was able to see that not only was the ring sticking out at a 90 degree angle but she had also pierced me very deep INSIDE my ear canal, quite far from the line she had drawn and I had approved. Swelling during this time was nearly nonexistent. Finally I went to another piercer and removed the earring and confirmed the piercing was botched. To summarize, 50% chance of getting a wonky piercing.

Great deal, extremely clean, and Bailey is always thorough with explaining everything, is professional and accommodating to where you want your piercing and is patient with your decision.
