Great experience! I was really nervous to get my dermal piercing done on my cheek bone, but the piercer was very friendly, answered all of my questions and walked me through every step, before during and after. He really made sure I was calm and comfortable before he started. Wouldn't go anywhere else for a piercing now. Also he is the cheapest in the city but does not sacrifice the quality of his jewelry or service. Thank you again once!

I can't say enough good things about Once! I took my daughter here today to get her ears pierced; she did not end up going through with the piercing but the staff were all so great! Milad was so professional and great with my daughter despite her fear. He worked hard to calm her and tried to explain every step of the process to her. Over a month ago I had micro blading done and it went fantastically! Very comfortable and professional. Went in today for retouch since I’m fully healed from the first time. Once again was just relaxing and great service! Did an amazing job! Also a couple weeks ago I got two dermal piercings done which was done very professionally. Minimal pain and a great job done!! Will be going in for a few more dermal piercings soon!! Can’t wait!

First time piercer here and it was the best experience ever ! It was a spur of the moment decision and both receptionist and the piercer were so welcoming and helpful. Milad was so professional and kind, very experienced and knows what he’s doing and really gave me his honest opinion and what kind of earring to get and put my mind at ease during the process of the piercing. Barely felt anything, I was expecting it to hurt a lot but it didnt, the process so easy and everything he used was clean and Sanitized, very clean and professional, will definitely be back here. I’m from winnipeg and I can honestly say when I come visit here again I will only be going to him for any future piercings so one more reason to visit Edmonton. Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed, easy, welcoming experience for my first time. Thank you guys! Such a kind receptionist as well and Milad was wonderful!

My experience at Once Piercing was amazing! I went in to get my nose re-pierced by Milad. I was a bit nervous as my previous piercing was not aligned properly. But Milad made me feel comfortable and the piercing turned out great! You can just tell that he enjoys what he does and wants to give the best service to his clients. I was so pleased that I brought my sister to get her nose pierced. The shop is also really nice and clean with friendly staff. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience being pierced by Milad! It was super easy to get in as they do take walk-ins, and they have great jewellery quality. Milad hands down is the best piercer I have ever had. He was very professional, informative and relatively painless.It has been two weeks since my tragus piercing and it has greatly healed, and I have not had any issues. I have never been to a place that is so knowledgeable in piercing and ear mapping. I came in having a general concept of what I wanted to do with the jewelry on my ear and the people there gave me their input and advice of what I should do with my price point in mind and discussed different options with me for AN HOUR , and were lovely. Very clean, professional and accommodating. But unfortunately, two out of four piercings fell out a month later. It is expensive jewelry and I've expected much higher quality from it and reliability from its locking mechanism. Quite disappointed.

Did a walk in today just for a jewellery change. Originally got pierced at a different shop and felt uncomfortable going back. Once was fantastic about making sure I got what I wanted and being very professional and clean! Everything was individually wrapped and the piercer had gloves on the entire time I was with him. Asked If they had a spike for a snake bite piercing, they did not. Asked if I could pick one up and they can pierce me with it which they directed me to a stand that could help. Paid $30 and called a day or 2 after for appointment and they told me they won't pierce me with my spikes and that they would only pierce me if I buy "their" jewelry.. disappointed they didn't better explain and make me waste time and money.

I had a tragus done a month ago, my piercer Milad done an incredible job. Went back 2 days ago for a downsize and I had the best experience ever. I've been to two other establishments but none can compare. Good job guys.????????

He is honest about what will work with your ears (because who knew everyones ears are so unique). He won't do a piercing just to make money, he makes sure it is the right fit and explains exactly why something may or may not work for you. He is amazing at his job and truly has a passion for it. This place is my go-to for piercings! Milad is honestly an artist and helped me decide on my piercings too. The establishment has excellent sanitary practices and Milad has great technique. I got my tragus piercing from him and this one, if done even slightly wrong, hurts terribly - but Milad’s technique was so great that I barely felt anything. Not only are the staff patient and knowledgeable, Milad does a great job describing aftercare and answers questions very patiently ensuring the person getting pierced understands.
