The owner of this shop, Maddy, is so open and communicative and easy to talk to. She works to curate an aesthetic that makes you happy, but has a ton of experience and jewelry options that open up possibilities for you. I’ve had many piercings over the years, and hands down she is the best piercer. Just so thoughtful and fun and smart and creative. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I have to rate the communication as highly unprofessional. I can not speak for all of the artists, as I only reached out to Nari via Instagram. After scheduling an appointment I had several questions for instance about the payment, as I am an exchange student (I therefore was not familiar with etransfer) and as this would have been my first tattoo. However, I was then not only ghosted for almost two days and left alone with my questions ( it had not been discussed with me prior that she had a day off on that day), but the appointment got called off out of no where two days later. I was very disappointed, as I relied on the appointment and therefore cancelled other appointments I made. I would have wished that the artist would have told me that she could not realize my idea/ or simply did not want to, before she got my hopes up and even agreed on a time and date. In regard to this I unfortunately would not recommend this artist.

Got my earlobes pierced here. Bri was super quick and did an amazing job! I was out of there in under 10 min! I am giving 4 stars because I am not pleased with the quality of their jewelry. I never had an active infection but there was still blood coming out of my piercings 2 months later.. I finally had the courage to take the earring off myself and found that the holes were still raw! I put in white gold earrings that I got elsewhere and they healed in 2 days.. I would be willing to pay more for precious metal earrings right from the beginning than having to purchase something that I can't even use. Also the design of their screw-on flat backs collect filth and could increase the risk of infection..they should look into snap-on flat backs. Overall, super friendly staff, decent pricing, very clean and quick service.

i am blown away. the person who pierced my bellybutton yesterday was bri. she was incredibly kind and professional. the shop was beautiful and looked extremely clean. the customer service i received was the absolute best i’ve had in a long time. i am so happy i chose this place!!!! would definitely recommend.

Great business! Best place to get a piercing in the city! Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was very clean and sold some pretty neat products. They carried lots of great options for piercing jewelry. I got my piercing done today by Maddy and she provided a great service and gave great advice!
