Would rate -3 if i could.. probably the worst tattoo artist or i should i call Mark Osea an artist? I had my ink last october and yet i haven't had my touch up yet. He's very unprofessional especially when dealing with a complaint.. very childlike, hitting below the belt just because he doesn't like the feedback that i gave.. actually not a feedback but a question he asked. These studio is nice and im pretty sure that other artist are nice too.. but be aware of that person.. you have a ticking bomb there, once triggered he'll explode. Will drag you business down.. should watch out for some violation he might incurred during lockdown.

Brooke is a fantastic artist she has done 3 of my tattoos so far and they are all fantastic. She takes her time there is tons of details throughout the tattoo, and she is understands that different clients have different pain tolerances and tattoos accordingly. Only problem is the location is very hidden but other than that it is a fantastic place to go!

Sara has been my go to Artist since my second tattoo in 2013. Most recently, she gave me my mountain/river scene on my calf, with it's detail and clarity, I absolutely love. She is professional, clean, quick, super friendly, and one of the best artists out there in my opinion. Her attention to detail is remarkable and thorough. Sara will continue to be my go to artist, especially now as I am looking for my next tattoo, a geometric heart on my wrist!

Brooke Erin has been my artist for a few years now, and there's a reason for that! I now have 5 tattoos from her, and I am absolutely in love with them. The portrait of my cat looks exactly like him and it blows me away every time I look at it. From our larger 6 hour tattoo, down to a small half hour tattoo, I am always blown away by how talented she is. She can complete any style that you are looking for but I would definitely say portraits are where she slays the tattoo game. Can't wait to get more work completed by her.

Nothing against the shop as a whole, but I found my experience with @castattoos to be less than professional. Communication and collaboration was spotty at best. She took no responsibility for the very frustrating experience but rather seemed to believe herself justified. It’s strange considering the amount of money I was prepared to spend on the sleeve we booked. Ultimately I took my business elsewhere. ????????‍♂️

Sara tattooed me about three years ago! She is definitely one of the best tattoo artists you can find in Edmonton in my opinion. She nails fine line tattooing which is the style I love most. Sara is super creative, superfast and makes you feel relaxed and at ease! (Awesome for people who are looking for their first tattoo!) The studio is beautiful and bright with separate rooms for privacy which I loved. My tattoo still looks amazing to this day and I healed extremely fast. I'm really looking forward to getting tattooed by her again! I'd love a smaller piece with a fine line style of a elk skull and and its antlers with some wild flowers ???? I wish I could post a current photo of my tattoo of mountains and flowers on this review! Just believe me that's its beautiful!????????

Sara is an incredible artist with a great eye for detail! My tattoo is beyond perfect, she turned the vision in my mind into a beautiful piece. She also made sure I was comfortable before and during my lengthy tattoo session, we had great conversation which helps make the time go by faster! I will be returning for more work soon, smaller scale flower pieces on my arms or maybe some drawings from my son.

I love that she puts her own spin on things when you give her the idea or photo, she takes her time, and she is just hands down amazing. I’ve been thinking about getting a tropical fish (with a quote) for a tattoo in the future and I know it would be unreal.

Sara added some tattoo work to my current sleeve progression and what a breath of fresh air it was to deal with her rather than who I dealt with in the past at another shop. From the very beginning she was quick with responses and working out ideas with me prior to my appointment. Once at my appointment she made sure the setup was completely comfortable and offered me a blanket for warmth, she also lets you put whatever you want on the TV so you enjoy your time there. I love that she does this because it makes the process way more relaxing. Her work is absolutely phenomenal and I think her success speaks for that itself. I have recommended all my friends to her for their future work and I will be returning for my next floral addition on my arm! ☺️

Nothing against the tattoo shop but Back in September I contacted Sara O to get a tattoo done on my ankle. I scheduled to have it done on Fri Sept. 24th. I got a text from her the day before saying she needed to reschedule. I rescheduled on tat-cloud for an open appointment that was on the same day because I thought there was just an issue with the time slot that I has originally chosen but then Sara mentioned that something happened and I had to reschedule that appointment as well. I tried again to reschedule but there was a glitch in tat-cloud and it would not allow me to make another appointment. I then messaged Sara about it and she didn't respond for 10 days, so I messaged her again and when she responded we rescheduled for a few days later. Sara then contacted me again to reschedule that appointment due to a personal emergency. I messaged her to reschedule and she did not respond. I have messaged her multiple times to reschedule and have not had a response from her since Oct. 7th. I messaged the owner on Dec 5th and she said she'd forward my concerns to Sara O but I have not heard a response in two weeks. I understand that life happens and that she is busy but I feel like I was accommodating. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Sara. If your considering this artist, Please consider a different artist and do not waste your time.

She is so nice and seriously cares about the well being of her clients and I love that. She’s extremely fast and efficient but her work is still so flawless...I don’t know how she does it! I want to get a scorpion tattoo done to represent my horoscope on maybe my leg or ankle and I wouldn’t want it done by anyone other than her! She’s an amazing artist and I highly highly recommend her and her studio!

Sara's talent speaks for its self! She is extremely talented, has a great eye for detail and captured my tattoo sleeve perfectly. What stood out right away was how clean she keeps her studio and the whole tattoo process. My sleeve is about 75% done and I can hardly wait between appointments. My next tattoo is going to be wings on the back of my neck around a scar from where I had brain and spinal cord surgery.
