Had a great experience here today with Candice. There was a bit of a wait, but they were operating with reduced staff. We took our 6 year old to have her lobes pierced, with a 4 year old and 2 year old in tow. Candice let a customer who arrived after us go first, but explained that by doing so she would have more time with us. I'm glad she did so, she did an excellent job on the piercings, and an even better job making our children feel at home. By the time we left, she received several hugs from all kids. We will come back to this shop, or wherever Candice works, when the other kids are ready to get their ears pierced.

I went in there in February to get my second tattoo. It was a memorial piece for my great grandparents as I'd lost my grandfather a couple of months previous to my tattoo. I didn't have a consult with the woman tattooing me which is not normal. I had a consult instead with the piercer. The tattoo artist came up with some beautiful art, a bit too big but I had budgeted a bit of extra money just in case. I loved it right off the bat, had no problems or anything that I wanted changed. However after a while of tattooing I became confused about why it's taking so long as it's not a large tattoo. My dad tells me that she's just starting the shading. There was no shading in the original drawing, and the artist didn't tell me she would be adding shading. I loved the outline and am not a big fan of really dark tattoos. The shading added an extra two hours to the tattoo which I was charged for. It also involved some white ink which is more painful due to it being thicker than black ink, and therefore harder to get into the skin. Adding the shading made it a lot darker than I had wanted, the shading isn't even everywhere, and it added a huge chunk to the cost which I had previously been quoted and had saved up out of my own money. I wound up having to borrow money from my parents to cover the whole thing. I also found that the staff weren't particularly professional, another artist came into my room while I was being tattooed and started complaining about another artist (I believe the other artist was from a different shop) and a bunch of clients to my family and me. I honestly would not go back to Embedded which is disappointing because I had a great experience there when I got my nose pierced a few years ago, and when I had to get my piercing changed the September before my tattoo. I had planned on making it my regular tattoo shop, as I have many more to go, however after having this experience I refuse to get any more ink from there.

I called in the morning about a nose piercing and they had time right away for me to pop in! Candice was amazing! She helped me pick my jewelry and did the piercing within 15 minutes of me walking in the door. She was super easy to get along with and explained the whole process super well. All I can say is if you can't take pride in every piece you do you shouldn't be a tattoo artist.. Since I wanted a simple tattoo done by someone who does more realist tattoos cause I knew she would be able to handle it she couldn't have cared less how it turned out I got it checked out by other professional artists and they said that it was scarred now I have to pay for someone else to fix what she could have easily have done to begin with especially from seeing some of the other works that's been produced.. I really wish I could have enjoyed my tattoo getting experience there more but I guess this means that they won't be getting anymore of my business

I paid $75 to have a colored stencil made up about 4 weeks before my tattoo. It was supposee to be done in about 2 weeks prior and emailed for me to see. After 2 weeks, I called to inquire about the the drawing. I called and emailed them roughly 4 times before the tattoo and none of my calls were returned. When I went for the tatto, I waited more then a hour for her (Autumn Fawcett) to "get prepared. The drawing was not even started. She apologized and said I would recieve the credit after the tattoo was done. I got the tattoo. Took way too long for $175 an hour. Tattoo looked terrible. I have a lot of tattoos and this was the only one that has ever got infected. I am currently getting it fixed. Avoid Embedded. Very unprofessional and they don't know what they're doing

I received a tattoo in April 2017 from artist Ryan Federko. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the studio and artist. It was a very relaxed atmosphere which made the process much easier. As for the the tattoo I am extremely happy with the outcome, quality of work, and extreme detail taken. No time was wasted and was even happier with the total cost. I was given proper aftercare instructions and less than a week later am healing very nicely and my piece is looking excellent! Highly recommended

Getting a memorial price done by Ken on my rib cage, have had a couple sessions done so far and it's turning out amazing better then I had expected too! Still have a couple more sessions to go but it's turning into a piece that everyone has said nothing but amazing things about, he keeps the mood up as some spots are super painful but is able to keep you upbeat to get your mind off that part! The shop is super clean and everyone there is super friendly and easy to talk with! Would defiantly recomend this shop to everyone I know! Ken does super clean work definitely have him at the top of my list and will go back to see him for all of my future tattoos!!!!! ????????

Horrible. I was in with my cousin while she got a tattoo (that seemed to take forever!) and the owner and staff kept taking breaks to go out back and smoke weed and drink beer. I don't know if it was the overwhelming smell of weed in that place that made everyone suck at customer service, but I will definitely not let anyone I know go there for any reason.

Nothing good to say about Ken. The other people at the shop seem great, but not Ken. He doesn't care about what he does at all, and it shows in his work. My first appointment with him he didn't even know he had an appointment and wasn't there. Then he pushed the next appointment back an hour and a half and didn't even have the tattoo drawn up. You could tell how little he cared about what he was drawing and I was so unhappy with the tattoo. It took him two sessions to barely get anything done. I went to another shop to get it finished, paid less, took less time, and was sooo much happier. Didn't have to listen to Ken complain about his life problems and the fact that he can never keep employees (wonder why) I would recommend others at this shop. But do not waste your time and money on Ken.

Got $1000 in gift cards towards my tattoo. Booked a time and after my one session was done I was told when I went to pay for it that I couldn't use all my gift cards towards my tattoo. All I was able to use was 25% of the cost in gift cards and the other hand to be paid via cash/debit/credit. Now as far as I'm concerned, a gift card means that the business already has the cash in hand. So there is no reason why I couldn't use my gift card to pay for the whole thing. Seems kind of crooked to me. Is it a way to get people to come back and spend more money?

Shevy has been my artist for just over 3 years now. He is an amazing artist and manages to take any design I bring to him and bring it to life in a piece that I love. this is an amazing place. The first time I went here was to get a tattoo of mine fixed. I got it at the tattoo convention from some guy at a different shop. My first impression was wow is place is super clean. There were private rooms that make you feel more comfortable . Shevy was the one who fixed it for me and did such an amazing job that he was the first person I called to do my chest piece. I showed him a concept that I wanted and he made it a dream!!! Anytime someone sees my hand tatto that he fixed , I get major compliments and I recommend him. I love the conversation I love the perscision . It's high quality art wok that they are pumping out at that shop!
