didnt get my deposit back , was told it would go towards my next tattoo even though I never booked another appointment. Tattoo healed well however the lines are done terrible will have to get tattoo redone somewhere else. I told Dinnie about my tattoo and he never replied

I went to get my closed septum piercing pierced again, I was worried it would be crooked or worse due to scar tissue from the previous piercing but the second time actually came out better than the first. They use really good quality jewelry. I healed in 2 weeks and never had any issues. Staff were really respectful and know what they're doing.

Me and my friend attended a tattoo convention in Lethbridge and decided to get work done by this shop. The female artist agreed to do both our tattoos. She proceeded to take about 3.5 hours to do my friend's which should have taken 1.5 tops. She then informed me that she wouldn't have time to do mine, an hour and a half before the conventions closing time. By that time it was too late for me to approach another vendor to try to get the work done. She did a nice job on my friends tattoo, but took way too long. Had I known I could have just walked over to another vendor, the other artist didn't seem to care either, dropping in every now and then but more or less just wandering around socializing. They get stars for the nice work, but horrible time management and seemingly little care for getting me in as agreed.

I trusted D&M with my first tattoo, which was simple roman numerals. Not only were the lines sloppy and uneven , the date was wrong. Once I told Dinnie, he offered me a free consultation and touch up. However, once the touch up was done, the lines were still sloppy and the roman numerals were asymmetrical. 3 years later and this mess is still on my arm, and I have been looking across Edmonton for anyone to cover this disaster up. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have been going to D&M for close to 20 years. The work Dinnie does is always amazing. He's so easy to deal with and is not only willing to turn your ideas into a great piece but genuinely seems more excited about the project sometimes than myself. I have had multiple coverups because of the people I trusted before Dinnie ... Dinnie has re-recovered a cover up and I have never felt more comfortable on trusting someone’s opinion in my entire life. He tells you exactly what would look good, and what wouldn’t. His imagination from the small ideas you give him end up being way beyond expectation of what was in your mind. His detail is phenomenal, he cares about everyone of his clients. He has great chat when you’re with him; and is so aware of the way you feel and gets you through every session. I can truly say I’d never ever go anywhere else, not only because I fall in love with my tattoos the further the sessions go, but because he truly loves his job and will always make sure to do his best. He hires the most professional, and talented apprentices, and they’re so lucky to have him as a mentor. For getting an entire back piece, sleeve and moving onto leg sleeve from him... I can 100 percent vouch that if you choose D and M, you will not be disappointed. I’d give way higher - but 5 stars is the Max. One of the best tattoo artists in Edmonton by far!!!!

I've been going to this shop for a couple years now. Dinnie is awesome! He has a ton of experience and is easy to work with. His colors are bold and his lines straight. His apprentice chantelle is also really good. I find the atmosphere in the shop inviting, I often stop in when I drive by just to say hi and see what work they're banging out. I not only would recommend this shop, but HAVE recommended this shop to friends and family. They have all been very satisfied.

Was looking for a good place to pierce , so I decided to get it done here. I had my helix pierced for over a year and it still hurt. I thought it was normal until I saw two bumps being formed from both sides of the piercing. Turns out it was infected. Had the piercing for 2 years because I thought maybe my ear just took longer to heal. But literally I got another helix done from a different place and it healed super quick and doesn't hurt at all compared to this one. And I also got 2 more piercings( one on each ear above regular piercing) when I got the helix. And it's not even symmetrical. One is higher than the other. Super disappointed but at least I know not to come here again. Going to get it redone once it's all healed . And the girl who did my piercing wasn't as pleasant either.

Well.. i got a tattoo touched up here and since i was paying for the full hour anyway I got another small piece... It was behind my ear.. I didn't realize until now that the ink was waaaay too deep and its absolutely butchered... Some guy named Chris is who I had the appointment with... You would think $120 for 40 minutes of work that you would get a decent tattoo... Especially considering that I was just colored in paw prints... Super disappointed... It was 2 years ago and i had no idea until now how bad it truly is :(

This shop is amazing. The artwork and skill is hands down incredible and the atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dinnie is a fantastic artist and has done all of my work over the last several years. He is skilled at cover up work and designed a couple of killer pieces for me that you would never guess were hiding another piece from when I was younger. He is also great for taking your ideas and collaborating them with his experience and knowledge to create custom pieces that are one of a kind. Can't give this establishment enough praise, if you are looking to have work done this is the place!
