Ive had a few tats done here and have been pretty happy but recently went in for a piece with James & said he would draw up a tattoo for me, the day i went in he told me again he drew up my design for me to find the exact same drawing on pinterest weeks later...thank you for lying and giving me a exact copy of whats already been done when i was looking for something a bit more unique. i wont be trusting this place anymore and have to waste time and more money to find an artist to change it for me, i also had to wait a hour into my appointment for anything to get started cuz he wouldnt stop complaining about personal issues and taking smoke break after smoke break

Got a tattoo done by Verg today and it was such a positive and amazing experience! Excellent artistry for my watercolour succulent, and very knowledgeable in regards to answering any questions I had. The studio itself was quite spacious and sanitary, which I appreciate very much. Will definitely be coming back to get some more work done in the future!

It was a great experience the lady Erica who did my wife and my tattoos had a very light hand, we barely felt it.. she was very friendly and so was everyone else good repartee made it a fun experience, also great prices would defiantly recommend, we came in for a consultation and they had a spot open so they did our tattoos on the same day

James from Adorned Revival is amazing. He does good work and is always polite. I had bad luck in the past with artists and James swooped in and has been fixing my ink and putting new work on me. They always have good deals and their prices are awesome for the quality of work. 10/10 would recommend. I won’t be going to any other shop except Adorned for my ink.

Really disappointed in this shop. Their piercer upgraded my jewellery on two of my piercings without my consent. I assumed I was paying BOGO with basic jewellery included. I nearly had a heart attack when I went to pay. Of course it’s too late to switch them out because they are in my body. I felt sick about it. There is nothing even special about this jewellery. I can find the same quality for a fraction of the cost. I was really upset about this so I went back to talk to the piercer and one of her supervisors. They tried to offer me a free piercing but I just wanted the money back. They said they had to talk to another supervisor but of course he wasn’t in. I persisted to try and get this resolved but all I was ever offered was a free piercing or a free one hour tattoo. Neither of which I want. Furthermore, I was charged a sterilization fee when I went in to downsize and James said it never should have been charged yet I did not get that money back either. The excuses I have gotten for them not getting back to me are because so many people in the shop are having “personal problems.” Totally unprofessional. A total rip off. I have 3 young children and we are a one income family but they don’t seem to care about making things right. I honestly wish I had just gone to a more recognized shop and actually got what I paid for, beautiful jewellery in a piercing I love. Oh and one of the sneaky upgrades popped off in the shower today and now I just have the post sticking out of my helix. Not even going to bother going in about this because who knows what i’ll get charged for next. Stay away from this place. It’s a gong show and their jewellery selection sucks anyway.

Their work looks really good which is why I wanted to book there and I'm hesitant to give 1 star, but I'm not 100% convinced it's not a scam. Talked about a design at the shop and confirmed an appointment over email. They needed a deposit to hold the appointment, so I sent in an etransfer. Immediately after receiving the money, they said my appointment was accidentally double booked and asked if I could do a day earlier which I agreed to. Started driving into the city for the appointment then got an email saying the artist I booked with was actually off and wanted to reschedule me for a different week. At that point I asked for and did get my deposit back, but I have a hard time believing a place can be this disorganized especially when taking money to hold appointments.

Incredible customer service. Extremely knowledgeable staff. I came in wanting to get a tattoo for my grandmother, who is unfortunately very sick with cancer, and not only did they hook me up with a beautiful tattoo, they dropped the cost for me ( I was a little tight on cash) and then proceeded to donate the money from the tattoo to cancer! Amazing group of people here, I will be going back VERY soon !

Stay clear of James! He is amongst the worst tattooers in Edmonton. He is clearly delusional, he talks himself up as having 10 years experience but his work is indicative of someone who has no work ethic to improve over time. His work is terrible, and he has literally ruined countless peoples experiences getting tattooed. He is simply a hack, just look at his work online if you can find any, very little and there is a reason for that, ITS NOT GOOD. Weak line work, shading that makes no sense and distorted stencil placements just to mention a few. He will also drag out day sessions to make more money. This place is only about taking your money and completely lacks the professional standards and ethics that a tattoo shop should have in this industry. Shameful..

Had a tattoo done here was told free touch ups anytime due to covid could not make it back contacted them to.get my touch ups done because their color did not hold and faded was a special tattoo for my daughter and now they want 42.00 fee to touch up and was told they only offer 6 month touch up I do NOT recommend these guys shop around.

I dropped in here spur of the moment while on a business call. The space is open and airy. I noticed they're sure to sterilize everything before and after working with someone, whether it's an awesome Tattoo or a Piercing. Staff make sure to meet the needs of the client and do really nice work. There's a few pieces of interesting Art Work hanging in areas that's available to purchase. A fun Chalk Board Wall to leave a comment. Great Staff! Parking Available!

My daughter and I went to this shop today to get her, her first tattoo. James is our Artist. We were greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Right away he made us feel at home. The atmosphere was relaxing and the shop was very clean. We had been planning a tattoo for my daughter over a year ago when Covid first started. She changed her design a few times and James was very accommodating. He is up beat and super friendly. He ensured my daughter got exactly what she wanted for her first tattoo. He educated her in all areas of care for her new tattoo and also how to care for her health during the session reminding her she needed to eat a big meal and drink some juice. He was very informative and was able to answer every question we had. His skill is top notch! Our entire Family is highly impressed with his work. Our family has finally found a tattoo artist that we plan on staying with for as long as he continues. Thank you James! We are very happy with you, your quality of work and your shop!

James is an amazing tattoo artist. My friend and I decided to drop in last minute and he was very welcoming. It was a first tattoo for both of us, so we had many questions. He was happy to answer all of them. James was not persuasive and gave us his honest advice, therefore making me feel very comfortable. He was kind, easy to connect with, and gave me an amazing deal. He cares very much about his customers. My tattoo is gorgeous, I am not from Edmonton but I may just make a trip back when I am ready for another tattoo.
