I've gotten a lot of tattoos at different places over the years, but when Big James (an old college friend) tip me off that his brother Sean was doing tattoos at Sin City, I have not been anywhere since! Sean has done 5 tattoos for me in the past 2 years and he's amazing! I had the honors of going to college with Mel and Angus and they are both stellar artists! Everyone is super friendly and so talented at this studio. Angus is actually doing my next piece! I've also gotten pierced here and it was super great! I highly recommend this place!

I had my Industrial piercing done by John 2 weeks ago. He's very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. He answered all my interrogations (LOL!) About the piercing. The studio is sanitary and my piercing barely hurt and is healing quite nicely. Try to get John if you intend to get a piercing here because he knows what he's doing and charges reasonably unlike many of the over priced and often unfriendly tattoo shops in Montreal.

I got tattooed by the one and only Melissa! She is an amazing and extremely talented tattoo artist. I got tattooed on the foot which foot tattoos have a reputation for not healing well and fading horribly. Some tattoo artists in other shops that I've talk to before going into Sin City cringe at the idea of doing a foot tattoo and won't even give a free touch up because it's like redoing the whole foot tattoo! Not only did Melissa did a great job on my foot tattoo(great shading, composition and colors) she also offered a free touch up if it needed one! It's been over a year since I have my foot tattoo and the colors are still extremely vibrant and I actually don't need a touch up to this day. I am so grateful and happy to be tattooed be Melissa. Overall Sin City has great customer service and I would definitely get tattooed there again! Thank you Sin City!

I came in here for the first time this year, looking to order a new piece for my philtrum. Dan was absolutely phenomenal - wouldn't let me settle for anything less than exactly what I wanted, and had me in 3 times to show me jewelry he had found for me, measure my piece (I have a strangely thick philtrum), and just make sure that I was 110% satisfied. John was also wonderful, who got my new piece in when it arrived. Overall, very impressed by this shop and the folks working in it. One of the most welcoming shops I've been to in Montreal, and really just blown away by Dan's customer service. Y'all rock!

Got tattooed by Cory, for just some really simple black and white things. Not friendly, a lot of waiting and finally my worst tattoo :-( Same for my friend who was inked the same time. Had to go to another tattoo shop with another tattooer (a good one this time) to have something ok (but not great because of the original scraped...) So even for some really simple pieces, my advice is to pass your way! I recommend Tattoomania even if it's a little more expansive...

I went to Adrenaline downtown to get a 20 year old plus tattoo redone, made larger by expanding and adding on design and also added colour, and looks great. I had always wanted a Pin Up tattoo in colour and they said for that it was not possible for any of the staff. They steered me in the direction of Melissa at Sin City. The one tattoo turned into 3 large Pin Ups which took place in 3 sessions over a year. I found the staff excellent from start to finish. I dealt with Daniel and John in bookings and they are both awesome and helpful. Corey was great to get ideas from and helpful too. Melissa does outstanding work and is everything a first rate tattoo artist should be. Awesome work and her portfolio speaks for itself. The studio is extremely clean and well run in all aspects. Adrenaline is a good studio to meet I think more main stream tattoos ( black and whites they are excellent for faces and custom too but not so much with colour) but if you are looking for really sharp tattoos I would easily give this studio a 5 out of 5!
