I greeted the drill, who didn't greet me back and didn't show up at all. I wanted to have my septum pierced again but first I wanted to check if my hole was closed before. I also wanted to check if I could get my frenulum linguae pierced, but she cut me off so many times when I tried to explain the situation to her with this mouth piercing that I gave up on the idea. didn't ask me what kind of jewelry I wanted. She took a piece of jewelry that was MUCH bigger than I wanted and also a color that I didn't want. She then stuck the said jewel in my nose without warning me and so hard AND LONG that I had a pain in my nose all day after. I made the wise decision not to pierce my septum at this shop and left with the obligation to pay for a piece of jewelry that I will never use. Thanks Pleasure and Pain! J'ai salué la perceuse, qui ne m'a pas salué en retour et elle ne s'est pas présentée du tout. Je voulais me refaire percer le septum mais je voulais tout d'abord vérifier si mon trou était fermé avant. Je voulais aussi vérifier si je pouvais me faire percer le frenulum linguae, mais elle m'a coupé la parole tellement de fois lorsque que je tentais de lui expliquer la situation avec ce piercing buccal, que j'ai abandonné l'idée.Elle ne m'a pas demandé quelle sorte de bijou je voulais . Elle a pris un bijou qui était BEAUCOUP plus gros que ce que je voulais et aussi d'une couleur que je ne voulais pas. Elle a ensuite enfoncé le dit bijou dans mon nez sans me prévenir et tellement fort ET LONGTEMPS que j'ai eu mal au nez toute la journée après. J'ai pris la sage décision de ne pas me percer le septum à ce shop et je suis partie en étant obligée de payer pour un bijou que je n'utiliserai jamais. Merci Pleasure and Pain! La douleur fut ressentie, le plaisir, beaucoup moins.

Great experience! I went for a walk-in to get my septum pierced and only had to wait 10-15 minutes. They had a special so I was able to get it for half off. The person at the counter was incredibly friendly and the piercer was very quick piercing my septum (I think it took less than 5 minutes). It's very obvious that they have a lot of experience and I would hightly recommend it to others!

Sept.25 I was super glad(and surprised) they took walks-in for piercings! I was searching on the internet hoping one piercing shop in Montreal was taking walk-ins and this one was the one. Loved how organized and clean the studio was, my aunt approved by her little check in the bathroom. My navel piercing experience was pretty smooth, I put my full trust in the piercer to do her job. I just wished she had gone through a count down procedure before the needle when into my skin. Other than that it was quick and easy :) The size and the placement of the jewelry is perfect and it is healing quite well, I was scared at first by how much crust and white discharge would come from the piercing… I guess I forgot how much discharge comes from a healing piercing LOL.

First of all, my girlfriend and I walked into the studio on August 25, 2021 when we were in Montreal to both get our first piercing. The girl at the front desk was kind and welcoming, but I can't say the same for the drill. She barely greeted us and she maintained a cold and silly demeanor from start to finish. She didn't take the time to reassure us, to explain to us what she was doing and she seemed upset when asked questions. In addition, she gave us no choice at all for the jewel. She had preselected a jewel with a pink shine for me and a jewel without shine for my girlfriend, without consulting us and even before checking our anatomy. Now that I'm informed, I see I should have left by then, but we were both very innocent. During my piercing itself, I felt absolutely excruciating pain (and yet I have good pain tolerance) and my piercing immediately began to bleed uncontrollably, to the point where not even the drill knew not what to do. I sat with a tissue on my nose wiping my blood for I don't know how many minutes. Subsequently, she sold us a rather expensive cleansing product, promising us that it would greatly facilitate healing. This is so much of a lie. I developed an infection which I managed to treat but followed by a huge lump of flesh that kept growing. However, I paid a lot of attention to this piercing and I followed all the advice to the letter. I finally consulted a reputable piercing studio in my area who confirmed to me that the piercing was badly drilled, that the jewelry is of poor quality and inappropriate for my anatomy and that the product that was recommended to me is harmful. for healing. In the end, I had to remove the piercing completely and I have to wait and see if the lump of flesh will go away over time, otherwise I will have to see a dermatologist. I implore you not to do business with this studio for your piercings. The prices are sure to be attractive, but you will end up wasting a lot of money, time and energy. Tout d'abord, ma copine et moi sommes rentrées dans le studio le 25 août 2021 lorsque nous étions de passage à Montréal pour nous faire toutes les deux notre premier perçage. La fille à l'accueil était gentille et accueillante, mais je ne peux pas dire le même pour la perceuse. Elle nous a à peine saluées et elle a maintenue un attitude froide et bête du début à la fin. Elle n'a pas pris le temps de nous rassurer, de nous expliquer ce qu'elle faisait et elle semblait déragée lorsqu'on lui posait des questions. De plus, elle nous a pas du tout donné de choix pour le bijou. Elle avait présélectionné un bijou avec un brillant rose pour moi et un bijou sans brillant pour ma copine, sans nous consulter et avant même de vérifier notre anatomie. Maintenant que je suis informée, je vois que j'aurais du quitter à ce moment-là, mais nous étions toutes les deux très innocentes. Lors de mon perçage en tant que tel, j'ai ressenti une douleur absolument atroce (et j'ai pourtant une bonne tolérance à la douleur) et mon perçage s'est immédiatement mis à saigner incontrolablement, au point où même la perceuse ne savait pas quoi faire. Je suis restée avec un kleenex sur le nez à essuyer mon sang pendant je ne sais pas combien de minutes. Par la suite, elle nous a vendu un produit nettoyant assez dispendieux en nous promettant que ce dernier faciliterait grandement la guérison. C'est tellement un mensonge. J'ai développé une infection que j'ai réussi à traiter mais qui s'est suivie d'une énorme boule de chair qui n'arrêtait pas de grandir. J'ai pourtant fait énormément attention à ce piercing et j'ai suivi tous les conseils à la lettre. J'ai finalement consulté un studio de perçage réputé dans ma région qui m'a confirmé que le piercing a été mal percé, que le bijou est de mauvaise qualité et inapproprié pour mon anatomie et que le produit qui m'a été recommandé est néfaste pour la guérison. En fin de compte, j'ai du enlever le piercing complètement et je dois attendre de voir si la boule de chair va partir avec le temps, faute de quoi je devrai consulter un dermatologue. Je vous implore de ne pas faire affaire avec ce studio pour vos perçages. C'est sûr que les prix sont attirants, mais vous allez finir par perdre énormément d'argent, de temps et d'énergie. Investissez votre argent dans un studio réputé, ça en vaut la peine.

The only negative thing I could say is when I got my nose pierced, the clerk didn't have too much delicacy (she didn't try to reassure me or talk to me etc) and it looks like that she really wanted to hurry to get it over with (I was in the studio in all 6 minutes including time to pay, fill out the documents and get pierced), yet we weren't close to closing time and there were no other customers waiting. La seule chose négative que je pourrais dire c’est lorsque je me suis fait piercer le nez, l’employée n’avait pas trop de délicatesse (elle n’a pas essayé de me rassurer ou de me parler, etc) et on dirait qu’elle voulait vraiment se dépêcher pour en finir (J’ai été dans le studio en tout 6 minutes incluant le temps de payer, remplir les documents et me faire piercer), on n’était pourtant pas proche de l’heure de fermeture et il n’y avait pas d’autres clients qui attendaient.

The people working there were very nice, however that is the only positive thing i have to say. Both of the piercings i got done there (tragus and forward helix) were pierced with the wrong type of jewelry (a curved barbell instead of a straight barbell?!?!). This led to improper healing. I developed irritation bumps and had to go to another shop to fix the situation. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE FOR PIERCINGS AND SPEND A LITTLE MORE TO GO TO A QUALITY SHOP.

The people working there were sweet, we had to wait for only 5 minutes, and the place was clean. However, my friend and I both got our conch pierced and they both got infected, the jewelry used being too small, therefore not accommodating for any swelling and getting infected more easily (also making the cleaning harder). My friend had to remove her piercing completely and I had to go to another piercing place where they replaced my jewelry with a bigger one and explained me how to clean it properly (the saline solution recommended at pleasure and pain clearly not being sufficient for me at least). I guess the jewelry size would be fine if the piercing doesn't get infected and so this place is great if you're willing to take the risk. But you never know...

Le lendemain de mon perçage, je sentais que la boucle d'oreille était vraiment trop serrer donc je suis aller voir un autre perceur qui ma dit que la perceuse qui m'a percer l'oreille a pris un trop gros bout de peau et a mis une boucle d'oreille beaucoup trop petite par rapport a ma lobe. Déjà la, j'ai du payer 40$ de plus pour qu'on me remplace la boucle d'oreille avec quelque chose de mieux. Apres quelque mois, quand je pense que c'est enfin le temps de changer mes perçage, je vois que la madame ma percer a un angle, donc maintenant, je ne peux mettre aucun boucle d'oreille a l'intérieur car elles sont tous trop petite pour le trou que j'ai. En conclusion, SVP aller cher un perceur réputer qui ne vous fera pas la même erreur car maintenant je ne peux absolument pas changer ma boucle d'oreille car elles sont tous trop courte. Et la perceuse avait aussi une très mauvaise attitude. **updated** review Will not be going back here for any piercings. Had a navel piercing done - incorrectly. The piercer took too much skin into the piercing as well. Was not placed properly. Jewelry that was used, was way too small for the piercing. Piercing would not heal, would try and heal over the bar due to the amount of swelling. I ended up having to remove the piercing entriely. Upon removing the jewlery by a professional, it was found that the jewel was defective - as well. Will not be referring anyone to go here.

The wonderful people there made getting pierced easy, informational, and fun! I got my nose and ear done and the piercer was so kind, compassionate and safety conscious. He adjusted my friend's piercing no problem! 10/10, we had a great time, the employees made us feel extremely welcome and safe and we will be returning! <3
