Disrespectful staff that assume you don't know about tattoos and pricing. Try to over charge on walkins and become defensive when you ask any sort of question. This is coming from a person who has multiple tattoos from different shops. I have never had such a bad experience, definitely will not be returning to Bodkin.

I went to Bodkin to have a really small and easy tattoo but the lady who responded to me told me she was unable to do it because it was too small and that it had to be bigger. (?) Also, she was pushy, arrogant and had an attitude. She told me I could just go back to the same place I had my other tattoo that I showed her. I walked in and nobody welcomed me properly, I had no hello and I didn't feel comfortable. I do not recommend this place at all!!

I have been following the work done by this shop for a long time, and I can't stress how on point their needles are. Love, LOVE the tattoos Yann did on me, and I can't wait to go back for one by Val. If you are looking for a place to get a piece done, definitely go to this one!! People complaining that those tattoo artist couldn't take them as clients need to understand that it's because those guys are pros, knowing exactly what they can, and cannot do. That's the most professional thing anyone can do: not bullshiting you or working for you against their internal compass.

The place is super clean and coozy. I went there with my friend to get his first tattoo (walk-in) and the artist was very kind and professional explaining him the different aspects of tattoos and helping him find exactly what he wanted and respecting his budget.needless to say my friend is very satisfied with his piece and experience there little to no blowout. I will definitely be back to get tattooed by the same artist some day!

I get up on sunday, smoke a doobie and decide to get a tattoo. I google tattoo in maps.. like freakin' 35 tattoo shops pop up in a 3km radius but only a few are open on sunday including Bodkin.....Helllzyeah. so, call em up, show up with my friend an hour later. Tattoo salon is chill, my artist Karl, not only was he hot, the guy knew exactly what he was doing. Details and fine lines done within an hour. He also tattooed my friend... LOVE THE WORK. Destiny led us to this place.. we will be back.

Love this place! Was visiting Montreal and heard about this place so I stopped in for a tattoo and I love it! Vinny was awesome. Super professional, was always asking if I was doing ok during the tattoo. He took as much time as needed before the tattoo to sketch something out and made sure that the font was good and that I was 100% happy. Definitely going back there when I visit again ????

The reason I did not give a good review: they did not give me any advice on how to take care of my tattoo. So i got an infection that i had to take care of. I'm good now I'm upset they did not take time to make it better. The tattooist who tattooed me was nice and fast but I find some features of my tattoo imprecise. I think I'll see another tattoo artist (I do not live in montreal) to see if he can correct some lines. The main reason for the mediocre note that I put: I have not received any indication of hygiene or care for my tattoo (the tattoo is on the foot) except the explanatory paper they give to everything the world. I left without specific directions to the location of the tattoo and I had an infection that I took care of. It's over but it's pretty pissed off because I think with good explanations and by doing the right care, I could have avoided it. Je suis partie sans directives spécifiques à l'emplacement du tattoo et j'ai eu une infection dont je me suis occupée. Elle est terminée mais ça m'a pas mal énervée car je pense qu'avec de bonnes explications et en faisant les bons soin, j'aurai pu l'éviter.
