I went to Adrenaline for 2 tattoos over the weekend.It wasn't the first time I had been there and it has always been A+ service and quality. Abbie was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable!! The artist, Doug, did an amazing job.

I truly do not recommend this parlour (for tattoos) and I especially do not recommend walk-ins. The artist did not disclose that he was an untrained apprentice, he blew out a line and pressed way too hard while tattooing, which led to severe bleeding for almost 24 hours. This artist also took advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding tattoos. I asked for a very fine lined tattoo done with a thin single needle and he assured me that was what I was getting, but as you can see, that is not what I got. Montreal is full of amazing artists, but the person who tattooed me definitely wasn't one of them. Just a reminder to always do your research and speak up when you feel uncomfortable.

Two Reviews This was the first time that I went to Adrenalin in the West Island , and was so happy to be pierced by Chris. He did a AntiTragus, Forward Helix and another helix. He made me feel at ease and answered any questions I had for him, I also think he must have hands of an angel because the piercings went so smoothly. The shop is very clean, and Organized. The staff are fantastic, very polite, and the apprentice Megan was super sweet and Knowledgeable, I see that she will be a great addition to this shop. This is a place I would recommend to my friends and family. Thanks so much guys ...... So since u guys may have noticed this will be my second review for Adrenalin in the West Island, This one will be for the GREAT work that Steve did on re coloring my 10 year old four leaf ☘clover tattoo, and adding a beautiful delicate dove on my right wrist (in memory of my beloved mother who has passed)???????? There are to many amazing words to describe how honest, gentle, and friendly he is. He made this experience memorable and gratifying. Being able to look at this new peace of art work on my wrist and think of my mother, is something that I will never be able to describe in words, ???? so thank u so very much Steve for letting me have a part of my mother with me always. Also Happy belated Birthday ???????????? I recommend everyone to book an apt this that guy!!!!!! ???? (tattoo office was very Sterile, he opened up all his instruments and poured his paint into little containers right front of me and he also wore a mask throughout the apt.

My experience with Adrenaline was okay. It was not my first tattoo. The outcome of my small tattoo was nice but I felt like my artist rushed to get it done as soon as possible. They also pressed too hard at some points. The price was also a little high for how small it was.

Walked in and was immediately accommodated and greeted. Staff is super nice. The shop is not too intimidating and it is very clean. The girl that pierced my nose explained everything super well and really made sure I understood the process. I almost fainted afterwards and they took great care of me. They brought me a glass of water and made sure I was ok before I left. I felt cared for. Thank you so much I had a great experience and recommend this place 100% .

My big brother Dwayne works here. Anywhere he works gets my stamp of approval. He paints, draws, 3D sculpts, sings dances, etc. Oh, and he tattoos. A real artist. He's also my hero, but don't tell him or I'll get all bashful next time I see him. And for the ladies, he's married but he's still nice to look at while he works on your exposed skin. You can stare. I called a Friday night with a piercing emergency, during a pandemic with a legal curfew in place, while they were fully-booked, and they squeezed me in between two appointments. The piercer was clearly knowledgeable, and he was professional, efficient, and actually very nice, too! Thank you to Jimmy for saving my microdermal :) My previous piercer has retired and I would go back to see him for future piercings!

Extremely friendly and clean professional environment. I went to get my 3rd lobe piercing and received useful advice on which earrings to pick and on placement. They also offer free checkups a few weeks after the piercing to make sure everything is healing well. The girl who pierced my ears, Megan, was super sweet and I didn’t even feel her pierce them and they healed perfectly without any pain at all. I’ll be going back for my next piercing for sure !

Just got my first tattoo here with Ron and it was amazing. They have great customer service and helpful as well. The artist were friendly, accomodating and very knowledgable with their craft. Note(For Walk-Ins): i was booked the same day i got my tattoo, remember! you have to call them for booking an appointment to check if there are any available artist at that time. It makes it easier for both sides. Check your artist portfolio as well to make sure you're getting what you want, it's permanent.

When I went to the tattoo parlour, the tattoo artist did not have a variety of inspiring tattoo ideas prepared for the clients and once I got the tattoo done, some part of the ink on my skin faded away within two weeks. The tattoo artist did a poor job and it was not worth the value I paid for it.

I got my nose pierced for my 16th birthday and they were amazing!! Very clean, everything used to pierce my nose was new in packaging. They also give you cleaning solution and instructions on how to clean! With the stud piercing and all the cleaning supplies it was $70! The staff is also very nice and calmed me down when I was anxious!

Staff was very personable and informative, and the piercing was quick and painless. The store was very clean and had plenty of jewelry options to choose from. My friend went to get 3 earlobes piercings, his first ones, and unfortunately he didnt know much about piercings so im not blaming him. You guys pierced him with a piercing gun/cartridge. It’s extremely well known that piercing guns and cartridges are some of the worst to pierce with. So you didn’t use a sterile piercing needle, you pierced him with the blunt point of the earring. And everyone knows you shouldnt pierce with the earring. Thats mainly why piercing cartridges are so bad. The earring is not made to pierce with, its a jewelry, its way too blunt and causes trauma to the wound making it more painful and more difficult to heal. Plus, piercing guns are very much not sterile. I hope this isn’t how all your piercings are done

Walked in to get my daughter's ears pierced (6 mths). I was conflicted because I read on online it could be traumatizing for babies.. I worried. First we met Chris. He explained everything to us. He was very nice, reassuring, informative and straight forward. Then we met Jimmy whom my daughter was very comfortable with. He was very nice, also informative. I really appreciated him giving her the time she needed to adjust before proceeding. Everything was quick, clean and believe or not, it took my daughter about 5 seconds to move on. Literally! Felt great about the entire experience.I know it's a long review but as a parent: all details are important. I'll be seeing them again for sure!

Take my review with a grain of salt, because I feel like my experience was the exception. Everyone was extremely polite and courteous when I called, then scheduled an appointment. The lady on the phone was superb, and the tattoo artist I met with was well reviewed and pretty cool when we met. I presented my idea for my tattoo and the artist (who I'm not naming because I don't want to hurt their business, again they're really nice people) told me to send them my idea by email. I asked if the artist could confirm that they received the email since the attachment was large. I also indicated my time frame was within 3-4 weeks as I wanted it done before my child was born. I sent the email over, parroting my request for confirmation. I waited a few days with no confirmation of receipt. I called the shop and the same polite lady picked up the phone. She was super enthusiastic and professional, saying that the artist was in the middle of a session but she would have them send me a confirmation within 1 day. I could even hear the artist acknowledge her ask. Unfortunately, that was the last time I heard from the shop. Since my timeline was reasonable but firm (again baby was to be born soon) I waited a week for a return call but never received one. So in all I - called for a consultation - got one the same day, met with an artist - presented my idea - confirmed I'd hear back within a couple days - Would have an appointment within a couple weeks - Followed up by email - Followed up by phone - Never heard back, and shop did not meet agreed upon dates Ultimately I had the tattoo done a few weeks later at XS across the street and if I were asked to give a recommendation, I would recommend the shop across St-Jean near Mr. Puffs.

I went to this Tattoo parlour to discuss a project. I was told that Chris P. Was the guy I needed. They instructed me to contact him because his books were full and appointments would be taken as of August 24th.. I tired contacting said Artist who didn't even have the decency to message me back.. No professionalism what so ever. He may have been a good artist, but young and knows nothing about treating clients properly.. I don't recommend this place.... Both e-mail, and messenger were used in attempt to contact said Artist... Nothing.

Let me start by saying that I am very easy going and easy to please. My gf and I walked into the empty store and when the staff noticed we didn’t have face masks, their attitudes changed really quickly. I was shopping for a belly ting for my gf for her birthday. I didn’t get the feeling that the staff cared about us and wanted to help us. We ended up going across the street at XS where we were served like champions and left very satisfied

Terrible experience! I went in wanting a simple tattoo. ONE WORD. Regular font. It has been over a year and I hate it. The writing is thick when I asked for thin and even showed a picture of what I wanted. Letters arent even straight. What a disappointment to think i have to look at this everyday.

I went in today to get my 6 month old baby’s ears pierced. I was super hesitant to get them done in the first place because of how young she is and also because of Covid, I try not to expose her to public places unless absolutely necessary. However, the place was incredibly clean, the staff at reception was friendly and courteous and made us feel at ease. The whole process took less than 7 minutes. They pierced both ears at the same time (Chris and Abby - both so professional) and my baby cried for maybe a minute and it was over. Ultimately, I am leaving this review to put other parents at ease since I know it could be a difficult decision to make. Amazing shop, thanks for the great service!

La séance c'est très bien passée, j'ai eu aucun peur et aucune douleur. J'ai regardé le travail de Steven tout au long sans cligner des yeux tant j'étais fascinée.
