I gave these guys a basic idea of what I was looking for and they both hit it out of the park! I could not be more pleased! Very professional, knowledgeable, and artistic staff. Over all an awesome place to get a tattoo. Other points : free WiFi, lots of coffee shops nearby. Parking can be a challenge (as it always is in Steveston). Last point, don't forget this place is cash only.

Beware: I missed a tattoo appointment and was told that they would not reschedule and the artist didn't want too tattoo me anymore. Before my consult I must have received 3-4 reminder calls but I didn't hear anything before the actual appointment. Also when I paid my deposit I was told i would receive a sketch of the tattoo in advance but never received anything despite following up with the artist via email. When I tried to resolve the issue with the shop they said they couldn't help and my $100 deposit was gone. This was going to be my second tattoo at the store which makes their lack of willingness to help me out even worse. i guess loyal customers don't mean much to them at Steveston tattoo. Great art but not great service.

Got a piece done by horichou and it's by far my favourite tattoo. I'm quite a quiet person but the people there were super friendly and made me feel comfortable. I'm so glad they are in Richmond too! Now I don't have to travel more than an hour to get quality tattoo down in vancouver :) Super happy with my new haku tattoo. Will definitely return in the near future. Thank you ~

Got my first tattoo here the other day. Solid experience and will definitely return. Some comment it's overpriced. Not at all. I wouldn't try to save money on something I will wear for life. All artists have incredibly developed styles as seen in portfolios. I ended up going with Logan for some lettering and left with a tattoo that looked better than I imagined it in the first place. Artist was exceptional, spent the time to hear my ideas and create. The shop didn't rush or criticize my inexperience of the process. Polite, professional, knowledgeable. Very chill experience. Worth every dollar. Tattoo also healed quite well.

My girl has gotten most of, if not all if her sleeve done here. A floral theme consisting of different flowers with some different colours. I must admit all of the artists there do great work however, I find them to be somewhat over priced. I guess you pay for quality but I've seen many other places equally as good but for cheaper. That being said ... If you don't mind spending a little bit more, you're at least guaranteed a great tattoo. All the artists are super nice and friendly and obviously have their own unique styles. I think my GF's sleeve looks beautiful.
