Its a very simple shop, no fancy stuff here, but the artists know what they are doing, they take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously, professional service, loved them. My artist was Mike, he is a funny man, but at the same time takes his work seriously, loved interacting with him. I am still kind of new to all the tattoo and stuff, Ed saw my struggle and helped me manage my pain and stress, Keep up the good work guys.

I spoke to Ed one and a half months ago, one of his old employees left my tattoo undone. I followed up with Ed sent him picture and we decided we will move forward with finishing and touching up the half sleeve on August 27. I texted Ed and confirmed date and time on July 12th ( I asked Ed if Aug 27 would work he said yup) I was told that we are still a go ahead. I called Ed earlier this week, and confirmed we are still on for Aug 27 at the scheduled time, Ed didn’t remember who I was, so I refreshed him about what I was looking for, he then said oh yeah, and confirm we are good to go on Aug 27th. I received a call today 10-15 minutes ago, it was Ed asking me what time and date we scheduled this appointment for, so I reminded him, Ed says he doesn’t know why he would do that, I wasn’t sure what that meant and Ed goes on to explain, becuz that is the only time he get for one his personal relationships. Cool family and friends are important, but clients aren’t? I work a 9-5 Monday to Friday, I took time off to accommodate (mind you a paid day but that isn’t the principle) I reminded Ed of how many times I confirmed the appointment, and his response and a very unenthusiastic “I guess I’ll come in and do it then” lol like bro it’s cool have ur day off, but don’t project that mess up on to me. I did everything a client should and more to make sure we are good to go, I could have and should have looked else where, I’ve wasted a month and a half, and nothing was offered to me expect maybe we can do on the weekend, no compensation, like a decreased rate, definitely will not be recommending moving forward.

Got my very first tattoo here in 2011 so I decided to go back for another one. Walked in one day to get some ideas on what kind of tattoo would be good for my wrist cover tattoo, searched for months but couldn't put my mind to one, I thought talking to an artist would be a good idea since they have tons of ideas. Seemed to me like this place doesn't really care about customers, I explained what I was looking for, ED (the staff) sounded rude, he said he would need to see some ideas of what I liked and it's best to email him and he would put together some designs for me and we would go from there. I agreed, I emailed him on March 14th, sent him some ideas, he took a look at them and said he would go with a rose (being in tattoo industry he could have told me that while we were at the store because most design on wrists are designs of roses), I was okay with it, he stated that he would come up with the design first and get me to come by and book the time then (this was on March 15th). On March17th, I emailed him asking how to designs were coming along...... today is March 25th, no response, no designs, nothing was sent to me. Simply unprofessional, this place cares about $ more than customers, thought I would go back here since I had an awesome experience with my first tattoo but now I would not recommend this place. Please take your business elsewhere, this place doesn't really care about customers from my recent experience.

Ed the head is an AMAZING artist. Makes you feel comfortable, gives you exactly what you want! You can give him a picture of what you want and it comes out looking even better!! I go to his shop atleast every 2 weeks for a new piece from Ed! 10 stars! Have also had a tat done by Sean both these guys have amazing talent!

I'm giving 2 stars due to the kindness shown to me. Staff were friendly and kind. Place was alright. You feel at home. Hygiene is super important to them. 2 issues were that my tattoo did not turn out that good even with aftercare. This wasn't my first or even 5th tattoo. I'm also supper disappointed in the time it took to actually start and to finish the tattoo. Tons of pissing around at the shop. Wasn't even busy on the day I went. I'm glad other people have had great experiences though and I would recommend going if you're ok with the pissing around. I wasn't though or else I would've given 5 stars.

Extremely disappointed!! I wish I could give a negative rating because I have lost my time, money and expectations from them. I fell for the 4.7 ratings but they failed to live up to them. Had an appointment fixed and walked in right on time but turns out they had themselves overbooked! Was told to wait for 15 mins, then 20 more minutes, then again 30 more minutes, AGAINNN 30-35 minutes and it was over two hours of wait when I finally drove away. I have literally felt humiliated. I asked them for a refund of my deposit and the lady decided to leave me on read. And this experience has been felt by two people, me and my husband. DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL! Its a competitive world. If you cant manage your clients, your business, better shut it!

Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I stood at the front of the store and not a single staff member said a word to me they just looked at me. Then one started up a conversation with other people that came in after me that were just waiting for someone! The shop doesn't look like the pics either!!

I got tattoo done and went to show in for touch ups and the guy sitting at the front didn’t greet or anything was just on phone and when I told him why I’m here he was kinda just ignoring it. And they said for touch up I can come after 3-4 weeks and after that they said gotta wait for 6 weeks. Very unprofessional staff. They should really respect their customers and greet them nicely whoever comes into their shop. Christina is very nice and professional I have spoken to her over phone. She is very polite as well.

I showed up for my 12:00pm appointment only to find that, not only had someone booked a "touch up" at 12:00 and my appointment was now 1:00, and the Artist was in a very very bad mood. Then when the Artist was was talking to myself and the other female client, he was very abrupt and snarly as if we were the entire cause of his bad mood. Due to the angry demeanor, I chose to leave and lose my deposit as I refuse to have someone in that state of mind ink something permanent on my body! Not impressed at all!!!!

I had my fifth tattoo from Sean a little while ago. He has also done two each for my wife, my son, and one of my daughters. He is definitely our family tattoo artist. And artist is the word for Sean. He's been doing it for years, so his skills and knowledge are immense, but it is as an artist that he really shines. When you tell him what you want, and what you have in mind, he comes back with a design that exactly captures what you were trying to say and is a way better image than you even imagined. He's amazing. Its a great shop, it has a really happy, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and I came away with another head-turner from Sean. Perfect day! Wish there were more than 5 stars!
