If you are looking for a great tattoo place to go, look no further. I went for my very first tattoo yesterday and found the people there personable and great people. I had Paul as my tattooist and he showed me a rendition of what I wanted and it turned out to be the best tattoo that I have ever gotten. I have posted a picture of it in several fb pages and got loads of great responses. One was that is the best thistle tattoo that he has ever seen and others said that is the perfect thistle they have ever seen. I will be definitely going back to Paul for my next tattoo. :) I want to update my review as I have since gotten two more tattoos from Paul and each one turned out way better then what I envisioned. If you ever have an idea talk it out with your tattooist and listen to what they say as they know what works and what doesn't. Compromise is also key. There is one that I wanted as it was the Hermit with the lantern from a Led Zeppelin and he came up with an idea that worked out way better then mine. I just got another tattoo at this shop. Tristan did the consultation as Paul was out of town and Paul did the actual tattoo. Both of them were friendly beyond belief and everything in that shop is clean and well organized. They had to work the tattoo around some self harm scars I have. Tristan told me that they do SH scar cover ups all the time and Paul said that I was definitely not alone. I was nearly brought to tears at how both of them treated me in such a non-judgemental fashion regarding my scars. Those guys are truly there to make your life better no matter what your reason is for getting your tattoo. I will say that no one there is particularly punctual but it is because they are working so hard all the time, not because they are lazy. Just give yourself a little extra time when you go there. I will definitely be coming back to this shop.

So I moved to Ladner 1 year ago with this cover up on my mind, had old ink that was just tired. Walked in and met KC, Ash and a few others all very nice. What I did not expect was the attention that KC and Ash gave me. Once we had that initial talk and basic idea of where we were going to go with the art, I booked. Never an issue with time, always ready and all so friendly. I had easy moments and some tough moments but KC stayed focused on me and helped me through. So bottom line, you need a tatoo?, go see these lovelies and their co workers, a great crew. BTW they are machines not guns. Oh and BFI is next - see you soon !

A quick foreword: I have only been here for piercings, I have no experience with the tattoo artists! Ash is an absolute DELIGHT. Both piercings I have gotten here (double nostril + philtrum) have been nothing short of perfect. Ash takes her time, making sure you're comfortable and informed about the process, piercing, jewelry, aftercare, etc... she tells you everything you need to know and makes sure you're on the exact same page as her. She is one of the most easygoing and professional piercers I've ever had the pleasure of going to. I actually used to live in North Delta (during which I got my double nostril piercing), before moving to Abbotsford, but I have, and will, make the trek out, every time, to see Ash for a piercing. I've brought a friend out as well, and he was incredibly pleased with everything, and looks forward to coming back with me to get another piercing in the future! The other folks at Brass Eagle are wonderful as well - super friendly, hilarious, and genuinely interested in you. Cannot RAVE enough about Ash, and Brass Eagle. Absolutely exceptional in every way!

My daughters ears became very badly infected and we chose to go see Ryan at Brass Eagle as we had heard many wonderful things about him. He is amazing!!! He was so gentle and kind to my daughter (11) and put in a longer post and saw her a couple times ensuring it healed up nicely. His professionalism and kindness was definitely above and beyond what we every could have expected. When she's ready for her second piercing we will definitely see him!!

Great experience! Ryan helped my friend and I get our nostrils pierced and he was extremely thorough in debriefing us on how to take care of our piercing. They wouldn’t pierce my daughter’s ear because my (her mother’s) last name is different than hers and our IDs have different addresses. Due to liability risk. How many kids don’t live with one of their parents and have different last names? A lot. My daughter called them twice beforehand and asked specifically about being a minor and none of this was explained. We’re going back to adrenaline. Such a waste of a day.
