if you want to spend way too much on your cannabis then shop here. This establishment will raise prices of product that they know the other stores are out of. The manager is incredibly rude and the overall vibe just isn’t great. Definitely check out the other two cannabis stores in town first. And if price is what wins you over, then check out the Herbary! I have yet to find better pricing or customer service yet in Whitehorse.

One thing I will say about this place is thank you to Jamie for giving me a very significant tattoo. However through the grapevine I heard you hate doing "tourist" tattoos like mine. If the people here weren't so full of themselves maybe I might go back but honestly everything about triple js that I've heard just doesn't make the new girl in town want to deal with them at all.

Clean comfortable space to get tattooed or pierced! Would definitely recommend. Knowledgeable staff can assist with any questions you may have, and the jewelry they use is high quality. Make sure you eat before any tattoo or piercing!

Had problems more than once with getting insufficient products that ended up having to buy extra pieces that we were not informed about at the beginning of the first sale. In the end we were told it was our fault. Lots of frustration!!!!!!

Really I'm happy we have a record shop. There's a well curated selection of new vinyl, and a used selection that I'd guess is limited by the supply of used vinyl up here. They seem cool.

The service is great, got an industrial pierced and after a small scare (don’t trust any other piercer than the one that pierced you!) it is perfect! Would recommend their piercing service.

I went in to get jewelry for my lip piercing and had them mess up on sizing 4 times! I drove back and forth trying to get a bead that fix the stud I had bought. After the forth time I asked if I could have a discount on the cleaning spay they sold and I was told no. I've also had issues with workers telling me I was making a poor decision getting my septum pierced because I wasn't 16 yet. (I had my guardian to sign the form). overall I found my experience as horrible and the people who helped me did not take my feeling or business seriously.

Bought a $30 L shape nose stud that was just a straight stick. The ladies were very helpful in picking it out. Brought it home and bent and trimmed it but now it's too short and i can't wear it :( .... what a waste of $30 bucks I guess. Should have gotten them to do it for me.

I had a tattoo consultation this morning with Jamie Law (I believe his name is) and it was the worst experience I have ever had with anyone in the tattoo and piercing industry! He was incredibly rude when asking about what I wanted to tattoo. I nervously tried explain that I wanted to finish my left sleeve and get my right arm sleeved but he rudely responded once again. Within 2 minutes of conversing with him, I walked out. I am not going to pay someone a lot of money to tattoo me who is THAT rude and unwelcoming. I would like to say that the guy working downstairs, who directed me upstairs and the lady working at the front were very welcoming and kind. Also, the store renovations are very nice.

I’ve been getting pierced by them since they’re previous location I believe where Panda Noodles is (?) now years ago. Started getting pierced here more frequently nowadays and always had a good experience. The piercers are always so friendly and welcoming. Had two tattoos done here by Jamie and Bree and absolutely loved the artwork. Enjoyed all the other services they offer too!

One of the most professional and welcoming places to be in! The staff are all extremely kind and knowledgeable. Even when it comes to aftercare and questions about healing, the piercers and tattoo artist always do their absolute to help you. I have never left feeling disappointed! Poor service. The workers do great work. The owner wanted to charge money for getting jewellery changed that was pierced at that store when they already made over $90 off of the ear being pierced and the jewellery.
