Had the itch to get a quick tattoo and Sink the Ink fit me in that afternoon. The shop felt clean and organized. I was tattooed by Kyle who was friendly and did a decent job! The front desk guy and the other artist Dan were also friendly and greeted me with a smile. Prices were on par with the other shops around.

I highly recommend this tattoo shop. Although they weren't my first choice, I had emailed into another shop and they never got back to me, so when I emailed this shop and someone actually replied and booked the next available appointment for a consultation I was down. So I go to the shop and the person who wanted to do my tattoo for me was Angie, and I'm telling you she is amazing at what she does. Super friendly, very patient and considerate of you and what you need. She definitely takes pride in her work and I am extremely happy with the piece I got done by her. It was over the span of a couple of months to finish it up but I am very happy with how it turned out. Very professional, clean, and welcoming establishment and I would 100% recommend anyone I know to this shop and to Angie. I will definitely be coming back to this shop for any future tattoos I plan on having.

Worked with Angela and got a nice piece done. She was patient and listened to what I wanted......then totally delivered. Great experience from initial consultation thru sketch and final application. Shop is clean and professional.Very talented artist and super fair on price. Already booked for some other work......

Updated Review Nov 2020. This place is great. Everyone that works there is friendly, funny and talented. They make you feel welcome and in my eyes that goes a long way. Dave is very good at what he does. Great job on my lich king. Plan on getting more done there, hopefully something by the other artists as well. He doesn't rush and great at detail. I highly recommend this place. Every Artist there is good at what they specialize in. You won't leave disappointed.

I am currently getting a memorial portrait done by Dave. Not only is he very respectful but his talent is amazing. The shop is super clean, professional and the other staff and artists are extremely friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. I am beyond happy with the work he's done so far and can't wait to see the finished product. I will definitely be going back to him for much more. Thanks Dave :)

I've had a fair bit of work done at Sink the Ink and it's always been a great experience. Dave Seguyn is a super talented artist - he doesn't mess around (fast!) and not as heavy handed as others I've experienced (elbow = no issue!). Justin Albrice also did a great tattoo on me - detailed and neat! Great studio > great crew > highly recommended

the artist used was angie and she kept cancelling the appointments but wouldn't tell me, i would go for my tattoo only for them to say she wasn't in and she cancelled her appointments she take 3x longer than any other artist I've used and she charged more than what was quoted for a tattoo she didn't finish i spent 4 hours in the chair for a small-medium size tattoo that didn't get finished i also have blowouts from her and she made other mistakes i am not happy with. she also tried to charge me a extra sanitation fee which is not right.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! They booked my appointment and took my deposit. On the day of my appointment the wanted to cancel because my small addition to a previous tattoo wasn't drawn. I asked for my deposit back and they refused. I have a lot of tattoos and want many more. They threw away a large amount of potential business over $100. Poor practice I say. Don't trust these guys to treat you fairly. The care more about money than customers.

Not the best experience. I felt my tattoo was rushed even though it was a walk in. I just feel the quality could be better for the price I paid. I just felt they wanted me in and out the door and make a quick buck. I just wanted more. Meh

Kyle tattooed my girlfriends arm and did an absolutely horrible job with the colour and lines. She did not feel comfortable with him touching it up and asked for a small refund from her very generous tip but was shut down. I would not recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible customer service. For the first time i wanted to get some information getting a tattoo walked in to this store, one guy was working that day he advised me to grab Angela business card to contact her. The next day emailed her asked for information, she said to book and appointment for consultation, she refused to book an appointment for me thru email she asked to call. I called their store, reception lady looked at her schedule said Angela will be on holiday until Dec 28. She booked me for Dec 28. The next day received very cold email from Angela not even saying hello : I am on vacation until Jan. Thanks. What kind of customer service is this? wow ! I will not recommend this place specially Angela to anyone i know. I also will share my experience with my friends& family .

This place is so unbelievably disrespectful of your time and completely unprofessional. I made an appointment over a week ago with Justin to have an old tattoo touched up. He didn't look overly confident when I spoke with him but I figured it was just going over what was already there and adding some white into areas that already had white in them. How hard is that? Apparently it was too hard because I show up for my appointment 10 minutes early and he comes out all mopey. Then he tells me he's not confident he has the experience to do my touch up. That's all fine and dandy but I've had this appointment booked for a week. A WEEK. How unprofessional and disrespectful of people's time is it to do that? I am crazy busy at work and have a heap of responsibility I left early from to get this done. Would have been common courtesy to have had a phone call before hand. I would not recommend this place and quite frankly, I would be embarrassed at the conduct of this employee if I was the manager there. The only good thing is they gave me my deposit back. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't want someone who doesn't know what they are doing tattooing me anyways. I came there to get a professional to complete my touch up from a different artist who turned out to not have as much experience in the style of tattoo that I wanted as I had hoped. You just don't wait until people show up to cancel on them. It's bad business.

Atmosphere is everything. I waited about 10 mins before I was even acknowledged when I came in to ask some questions. I’m a newbie and have never got a tattoo before. The person I spoke to quickly dismissed my ideas without any reasoning or education. Like I said, I’m a newbie. I was told to go somewhere else. Well lucky I am and took a look through their portfolios and just not for me anyways. But you should treat every customer politely
