Situated right near downtown Carson City, Rice Street Tattoo has amazing artists that take the time to listen to your requests and work with you to create your perfect tattoo. They are the only tattoo shop I trust and I am proud to refer people to them. Since moving to Nevada, Tony Jackson is the only tattoo artist I go to, so it's only natural that I followed him when he opened his own shop.
