Michelle explained everything as to what she was doing to how to keep it cleaned... I've never had a tattoo here but I've had multiple piercings done by Michelle. Even though I always am nervous, Michelle makes me feel more comfortable. I love that she's honest. When I say "be honest with me so I'm ready, how bad will this hurt." She always answers honestly. "Not worse than your medusa." She really does know me. And when I decided to change my own jewelry and after an hour ended up with an earring in my life, she never once made me feel stupid. If someone came to me with that stupidity, I wouldn't have it in me to be nice to them. But she did.

Wonderful first session with Joe. Soft with the needle and very intricate line work. Next session will have watercolors added, will post final results when completed in June. Well its June 25 and tr he two pics I've added are of the stencil from session 2 and final completion of my piece. Joe, thank you for going above and beyond, jumping through hoops to suffice my daughter and I. You've turned out a masterpiece in our eyes. Thought I'd have to go to a female to get the softness, the finesse that I wanted with the water color portion but Joe knocked it out the park. Set my mind at ease and listen to everything my daughter wanted in tr his piece I had done for her. I would not hesitate one sec to go check this studio out. Staff was friendly but piercer messed up on a piercing before me on another girl(had to pierce the girls tongue 3x)...so I was nervous but proceeded to give her a chance. She put the wrong size jewelry after piercing my ear and while trying to switch the jewelry she couldnt put the taper in quick enough and ended up having to repierce my ear as well. only to have put the jewelry upside down after tugging on my ear for a few minutes to get the jewelry on. Not sure if she was just nervous after having to pierce a tongue 3x with a lobby full of people waiting to get a piercing or what but definitely was one of the roughest piercings I've gotten and I have 18 piercings.

One of my coworkers told me that the piercing gun was a horrible and dirty option, so I made the appointment online. I’m not one to normally complain for I work in the service industry. I went in to simply PURCHASE a nose ring, I didn’t need the piercer to put it in, i literally just had to buy a nose ring, and was told i had to wait in line, which I understand to a point. Until I sat there for an hour and a half and then the piercer left for lunch break and there were still 2 people in front of me. Now if I was getting my nose pierced, i would have understood, but all I wanted to do was buy a ring that would have taken 5 min. I had heard nothing but great things about them and so I was disappointed when I came in. The staff was never rude, but I just felt like there should be a better system for buying a piercing so that I don’t have to wait 2 hours to buy one. I ended up leaving cause I had my baby with me assuming i would be in and out.

This shop is arguably the best in the area. All the artists are talented, personable, professional, and highly intellectual. Every artistic/tattoo style is on display at this shop. This shop is also very clean and contemporary and exceptionally inviting. Lastly, they have a great apprenticeship program that keeps aspiring tattoo artists comitted for six to 12 months, give or take, before they go live on actual customers. Give them a try as you wont regret it (pun intended).

The piercers are awesome people! I will miss them terribly; but as long as I have to get through the gatekeeper of a front desk... I won't be back. Since you don't take appointments for piercing, take a number to call back if you can't do it. People will be frustrated if they drive across town to the ONLY piercer in Clarksville and you can't do it. We understand you want to get home in time too, so just tell phone people "no, we can't do it." Do not make fun of people when they're clearly trying to NOT be rude. It's not your fault people walk in, but those arriving will still be aggravated we wasted our time. No "A for effort" for you. Exactly what was said to me when I said I rushed over after calling,"You get an A for effort!".

As diverse as Clarksville is being a military town...I can’t imagine why looking through your ig there are no tattoos on POC and I did a lot of scrolling...I understand our skin isn’t the best at showing off colorful tattoos but really...I just think you all are doing your business a disservice not showing tattoos on other skin tones besides lighter skin tones, Inclusivity is needed in the tattoo world.

Incompetent front desk worker costed me my tattoo artist. When I made several attempts to give my tattoo artist a 10 day notice to reschedule my appointment, she apparently failed to do so and also didn’t make any notes as to why I needed to reschedule. I lost both of my grandparents to COVID-19 within 50 days and my tattoo artist never got the information, therefore he took it as I didn’t respect the contract we made about giving him a notice. Now he refuses to finish the tattoos he started all because the individual at the front desk failed to do their job. They claim there is no record and that this was completely my fault. Even though I have phone records proving that I did call their establishment 10 days prior to the previous appointment and I was reassured there would not be an issue since it was plenty of time. Not to mention the fact I had to leave town for two funerals which I can’t help. Both without notice, and both within 50 days and I can’t help that. All in all the tattoo artist refuses to believe me for what I claim and is in favor of the incompetent worker who is responsible for scheduling the appointments. Anyone who decides to get their ink done at this establishment understand that they will take $100 up front as a deposit and God forbid you have a family emergency and can’t make it, then your just plain out of luck cause no one is gonna have a record or note of your attempting to reschedule an appointment. Strongly recommend you get your ink work done some where more customer friendly and competent.

When I called and asked if you sold jewelry you said yes and I said thank you I’m on my way you said okay I said goodbye and hung up. When I arrived I asked the woman at the front desk where the jewelry was she pointed to the case I go over there look find what I want and I’m just standing there wondering why no one is assisting me. So I walk back to the front desk and ask her can she help me then she says no you would have to wait for the piercer he’s on lunch and it will be another hour before he can help me. I said OMG I just called up here before I drove across town she didn’t say anything. I said you just waisted my time she still didn’t say anything. No apology or i understand your frustration nothing she just looked at me speechless so I just walked out got in my car and since my web browser was on google from me just calling up there before driving across town I left a review before I pulled off.. Even if you scroll down and read passed reviews the main bad reviews you have is about your front desk worker, lack of communication, and your jewelry policy. I went in to get a tongue piercing and 3 days later ended up in the ER with it gushing blood and my tongue grew around it now I have to go to a specialist to get it surgically removed. Piercer told me if I needed a longer bellbar to come back and they can change it for free honestly I’m upset because if he felt I even needed it changed at all to just go ahead and give me a longer one but also the amount of swelling from my tongue isn’t his fault either so I feel like this situation could’ve been prevented in all honesty if he just put a longer bell bar in in the first place. Pretty upset I have to go and get the bar surgically removed. But in general they were all very nice people.

Waste of time. I have never been in a shop so inefficient. Want a tattoo? Better plan to be there 10 hours, you’ll wait 5 hours to even get in a chair. Personal experiences. Simple jewelry purchase? Not so simple. You’ll have to sign in for that too. Then you’ll wait for a piercing artist to even let you see the jewelry in the case. How long does this take? Who knows. I waited 15 minutes after I checked in before I left. And don’t think you’ll ever get there and walk right up to the counter. There’s always a line. Save yourself the headache.

I'm sure these folks are fine people but, my experience was terrible. I scheduled an appointment five months in advance because that was the only available time. When at my consultation, the artist made no eye contact with me or made really any attempt to better understand what I wanted. I even came with an example of the simplistic design I was going for but, it seemed like I was rushed out. Before showing up to this place, I did a lot of homework since I'm about to get permanently inked. The refund policy seemed clear (just to be safe, I neurotically checked over their policies). The artists are talented. The place has a lot of charm to it. All good things! I clearly asked as I was leaving if I would be able to get a rough sketch of the design before showing up, I was given a shrug of an answer and then I was out the door. Over the last five months, I've made a couple calls wanting to know a few things about their process. EVERY TIME, I was greeted with irritation like I was being a huge bother. It irked me but, I didn't think too hard on it. It comes time where the time of my tattoo is a week away and I still haven't seen any kind of design. I understand the artist is busy but just a rough sketch (something I've seen artists do in less than five minutes) would be great just to make me feel comfortable with something permanently being put on my body. When I called to ask about the design, I got a woman who was incredibly short with me and talked to me like I was five. She said there was no way I could see the design until the day of, I acknowledged that, got off the phone and then a few hours later decided it'd be best if I canceled my appointment. Upon cancelling, I got the same woman who was again very patronizing to me and told me there was no way to get my deposit back. All in all, I'm sure my experience with this business is the worst case scenario. Give 'em a go if you feel comfortable! I could not in good faith recommend this business. They have absolutely zero sense of customer service and don't share the same, fair practices as other tattoo businesses I've looked into.

My sister and I arrived for their walk-in hours and only waited about 15 minutes. Our artist was Taylor. She was personable and professional. There were no issues of sterilization. It was my first tattoo, and Taylor was great to calm my nerves. My only complaint is that some parts of my tattoo could have had a little more finesse. Some of the lines aren't perfect, but overall she did a great job. The tattoo I got is simple enough that at first glance, people likely won't notice. I just happen to see it every time I look at my arm.

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my body modification and artwork. For tattoos -- I have seen multiple friends receive multiple tattoos from artists Ben, Ricky, and Fred. I have been tattooed by Matt and have pending work to be done by Cavan. These guys are great at what they do. They make the experience freaking awesome. They are professional and clean and pristine. I've gotten one tattoo from one other shop, and the artwork and my experience don't even begin to compare. These guys are excellent, and they love what they do. For piercings -- Jason, their main piercing artist, gave me my two microdermal hip piercings. He was informative, precise, extremely professional, yet so fun to be pierced by. Anytime I had a question about my piercings he was there to answer quickly and helpfully. I've also seen him pierce a good friend's lip and nose, both of which turned out awesome. If/When I got another tattoo or piercing, I would not even consider going anywhere besides No Egrets

For anyone that doesn't know, this place is over priced and you will most likely get worked on by an apprentice instead of a tattoo artist and it will be at full price. This is so that when you have to come back to get it fixed by an actual artist, they can charge you again. Their work is shady and the money you put into it will not be worth the work you are getting. If you only go here because you don't know of anywhere else I beg you to look around because there are way better artist with much better attitudes and business ethics than at no egrets. I personally will only go to LBI from now on because of their amazing work day in and day out and the atmosphere in which I get worked on by anyone of their amazing artists.

Came in to schedule a consultation. I wasn't picky who the artist was as I reviewed all their work prior to coming in and thought they were all talented. The lady said I needed to pick one (an artist), and when I told her the type of art I was looking for she still wouldn't give me a recommendation and told me to look on FB for myself. Then I went to schedule a consultation and asked if I could do it on the weekend due to my hectic work schedule. She then gave me attitude about trying to schedule it on the weekend and proceeded to tell me plenty of people work and get consultations during the week. Like gee, really? They lie and think it’s funny when you call them on it. Called them and they said yes they would do something and my wife drives a hour and say nope we will not because we don’t have time. I called them back and tell the lady that answered that they lied she didn’t care about that at all. Waste of time. She said well unfortunately that how it is. I said no you said that as long as we was there before 9 it would be taken care of. Nope she went right back to well unfortunately that’s how it is. So don’t waste your time with this place they are useless and lie.

I have had 4 total tattoos at No Egrets and each one has been phenomenal. My artist is Ricky and he is incredibly talented. He's patient and incredibly creative. He goes above and beyond to make an exceptional design! I recently had two done on the outside forearms - one on each. Previously, I've had a small design on my wrist and larger piece on my left forearm. My left, inside forearm healed beautifully. I HIGHLY recommend No Egrets. You will not be disappointed.

I've had 3 tattoos done here. In my experience, the artist tattooing me was always personable while tattooing. However, I get a very condescending air about the some of their people. Example: I explained how I wanted my tattoo to a free artist (no appt.). This artist basically told me that he cant do that and started feeding all his ideas in without any considerations of my input. If you are new to tattoos, I wouldn't recommend, as you will be involved in a few conversations with someone trying to make you seem behind for not knowing basics of tattooing process. Pushy people. Popular shop so I guess their time must be used wisely. Still, customer service needs major improvements

I️ had my tragus pierced. The facility was clean, and the staff professional. The earring I️ purchased was a disappointment. The opal screwed into the top, and it fell out within 2 days. I️ went back, and they put in a cheaper replacement. It also fell out of my ear. I️ would not purchase the jewelry.

I first dealt with Michelle for my navel piercing. She was very patient with me and explained everything and made sure I felt comfortable with everything. She was very professional. She was clean and understanding. She kept making sure o was okay because it was my first piercing and medical issues but not everyone does that and she was AMAZING!.Then I had to got get a longer bar during to swelling and Jason I think his name was he was very professional and polite. He made sure I knew what he was doing and explained what he was doing. All together I would highly recommend this place and either one of the one of these piercers. Thank you No Egrets

Absolutely terrible experience. My girlfriend was able to get her nose pierced. The secretary never once asked me if i wanted a tattoo, also left us sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes, while playing games and texting on her phone. Very unprofessional. As for the artist, they were walking in and out and i would assume did not know we hadnt been helped. Once she realized that we had been waiting almost 40 minutes, she says she thought we left. Very displeasing customer service.

I got pierced by michelle! She was really nice, and I was a nervous wreck. I've never had a piercing besides my ears, so my anxiety was pretty bad. The only issue is the septum ring did not go through so we had to do it again, but that could've been anything, and it happens to even the best of piercers! I will be back if I decide to get another piercing!
