I have absolutely LOVED all of my experiences at Knux Studio! I've had tattoos done by Josh (cedar trees) and Sebastien (Sunflowers) and they are both so friendly, gentle, professional and incredibly talented!!!! My boyfriend's had a tattoo done by Steve as well that he loves and has another one booked for next week. We both couldn't be happier with the entire process at Knux. The atmosphere in the shop is great, everyone is friendly and welcoming and all of the artists are insanely talented and up for anything you give them! Just a great experience overall! Definitely highly recommend!!

I had a rose done on my arm by Sebastian, and it is one of my favourite tattoos to date. The studio is located very centrally on Bank street and is incredibly easy to find. It is clean and friendly - all of the staff greeted me when I came in, and there was a great vibe in the store. Sebastian was so professional and kind and provided great insight and ideas for what I wanted. He freestyled my rose and the line work is incredibly smooth and beautiful - I get compliments on how well done it is daily! All of the artists are incredibly talented and kind, and I will definitely be returning for more work.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Knux Studio! Staff was very friendly and tons of fun, they have a great team of very capable artists who can answer the questions you have about tattoos and healing if you need help. Sebastian did a beautiful neo-traditional/geometric tattoo on my arm that I'm absolutely in love with. Definitely see myself going back to Knux tattoos to see Sebastian for my next tattoo.

I came to this studio as my artist, Sebastian, had moved here from another tattoo studio. I absolutely love his work, and my wife and I have each gotten 2 tattoos done by him. He is an amazing artist and person. The shop is clean and professional, and the staff are friendly and great artists. The location is great as well. Close to coffee shops and restaurants if you are waiting for any reason. Great experience and can't wait to go back for another piece of art!

I have never had a tattoo in my life and decided to get one after being referred to Sebastian by one of my co-worker. I provided Sebastian with two pictures of what I wanted to have and asked if he could do a mix of both. When I arrived, he showed me his sketch and it was exactly what I wanted and beyond. I am in love with my tattoo and keep getting nice compliments about it almost every day.

I have been burned in the past by many tattoo artists. I have been searching for an artist that is open minded, kind, has fair prices and makes me feel comfortable. I can now say that I have found that at Knux studio. ???? JOSH has been AMAZING listening to all my wants and needs, stepping outside his comfort zone, working around my busy schedule. Sitting down with him for a 6 hour session felt like only minutes, he was good to my skin, didn’t hurt me, and was a blast to have conversation with. 10/10 stars! PLEASE GO SEE JOSH.

I went into the studio less than a month ago with little to no solid design behind the idea I had. Josh put together custom piece for me and had it done with and throughout the course of the design he communicated with me as much as was necessary until I was more than satisfied with the result. He is just as talented in executing his design as he is in putting the together. The final product was astonishing and he took the utmost care to ensure every detail was pristine. The atmosphere of the shop is both professional and comfortable and I will most assuredly be returning for more work in the future.

Went to Knux because I had seen a lot of Sebastian’s work and I knew he could take on a challenge. He’s a great guy and a real master tattoo artist, though he’s far too modest. His colleagues are friendly and the shop has a really nice vibe. Sebastian’s shading is amazing, but all his work is phenomenal, whether it’s black and grey or full colour. His photo realism will take your breath away: he did a gorgeous black and grey full sleeve on me with a large and difficult cover up and boy is it sick. He’s so attentive but also nice to talk to. I recommend him wholeheartedly - I would qualify him as one of Ottawa’s best kept secrets and I’ll definitely be getting some more ink from him!

As soon as we met I felt comfortable and we clicked right away . He was patient and somehow from my many requests and ideas came up with the most amazing design for me that was everything I wanted and so much more . To watch him tattoo was almost a zen like experience . I am so incredibly happy with my tattoo I have already contacted Seb for the next one ! As for the shop , it is extremely clean and bright , tastefully decorated and great music ( they also take requests ! ) The Tattoo Artists are extremely personable and incredibly talented. Absolutely love the aesthetic and overall vibe of this place. Easily the best studio I have ever had the pleasure of being tattooed in. Artists are warm and conversational. As well as extremely knowledgable about their craft. The studio is extremely clean, as well as bursting with personality and style. The environment is also extremely welcoming, without those usual cliches that make getting a first tattoo so intimidating or the dismissive personalities you might find at other dt locations. Knux is honestly my favourite place in Ottawa for ink and I plan on returning continually for as long as I'm in the city.
