Tiffany is an amazing artist. My tattoo was a large piece and it looks absolutely beautiful. Her receptionist was super friendly and I believe that this is the best place in all of Ottawa and Quebec to go to for your tattoo needs!

Our meeting with the "artist" was extremely uneasy and awkward. She seam frustrated and aggressive from the get go, I figured it was a bad day or something. However upon leaving she mumbled something under her voice in regards to get back in touch with us and the front desk clerk laughed out loud. For a clean looking shot, there is a lack of professionalism and customer service. She may be a good "artist", but you'll have to put up with being judge and talked to in a condescending manner if you end up on the bad end of the stick with her. Which I am puzzled how we ended there.... The questions she asked us were abrasive, aggressively delivered and laced with sassy judgement. They never called us back, despite being told we were going to be for sure. My last attempt at an Ottawa shop, just go to Montreal.

Had an amazing experience getting a large piece tattooed by Tiffany. She is a very warm, friendly, patient, and respectful artist. I sent in a design that I wanted her to modify for me. She modified many aspects of the design with what I asked/wanted and went back to the "drawing board" two or three times - with no annoyance or irritation - until we were both happy with the design. The shop is the cleanest I have EVER seen. The other employees were also very friendly, and funny. I definitely recommend this artist and this shop. I really don't understand what others are complaining about in their reviews - I've dealt with "diva artists" in the past (impatient, condescending, disrespectful, etc.), and Tiffany is definitely the opposite of all this! The only "downside" would be the wait time to get an appointment, but that only speaks about how talented and in demand she is - good things come to those who wait. Looking forward to going back to Tiffany for another one!

I've been tattooed by multiple artists in multiple shops, and Hellbound was by far my best experience. Great ambiance, clean shop, friendly staff, and Tiffany has outstanding bedside manner. Most importantly, she does killer tattoos! If you're looking for a realism tattoo, there is no one better. She also does outstanding work on dark skin. Hellbound should definitely be your first choice when looking for an artist to do your tattoo, whether it be realism or another style.

My experience at Hellbound Tattoos was wonderful. What began as an idea and a concept that I held onto for four years came to life after I met with Tiffany and Matt at Hellbound. Firstly, their shop is very welcoming and my first conversation with Matt about my idea over the phone proved to be incredibly helpful. After meeting with Tiffany and having a very real conversation about what my concept was, the reality of my idea and my options, we agreed on a customs piece. I can say whole heartedly that Tiffany epitomizes and defines everything a tattoo artist is. She is real, gives the best advice, does not beat around the bush, she takes an extreme amount of pride and ownership of her tattooing. To me, she defines the word artist. This shop is very very clean and Tiffany is very methodical in how she tattoos. I will not go anywhere else for my tattooing. If you see Tiffany for your tattoo, do yourself a favour and listen to her advice. After all, she is the artist. Thank you Tiffany and Matt! See you again in September.

I got excited to see the artists work online and so I called to ask for an appointment. The person who answered asked me to send an email of the design I would like. I then asked how long it would take to get a response to my email and she said one week. One week, to me, is not acceptable to get a response so that’s the reason for my low score. I would have loved a consult but now I’ll have to move onto another artist.

From their receptionist, Pat, who was very accomodating and polite, may it be in email or in person. And Tiffany, the artist, I am hands down with how great and fast she did my tat. I f-ing LOVE it❤❤! Her demeanor and approach is very nice which is very suitable especially for those who'll have their 1st tat! I got small and feminine tattoos and she nailed it! ???????????? You won't regret it! Very nice people and does an amazing job! Super recommended!! And also abides in COVID policies for safety and protection.
