I had a great experience with my first laser hair removal appointment with FRESH laser last year. I had my second appointment booked for this afternoon but woke up with a sore throat so decided to keep everyone at FRESH laser safe from COVID and cancel my appointment. Unfortunately, FRESH decided to still charge me a $50 cancellation fee despite my best intentions to keep their staff safe.

I came here twice to remove a facial vein with laser. Don't get me wrong, the staff is very nice but the results are close to zero. I feel it actually made it worse. The veins are still visible and I spent $170. And it takes 3 weeks to "heal". I would advice to not waste money over this because it's not really worth it. The staff should be honest and not try to sell more treatment as this is not doing anything. Choose a more radical procedure.

I went to fresh laser for help with my acne after my Mom recommended them to me. I received great service and my final results were amazing. I changed my skin care line and have repurchased all the products because they are amazing, I would never go back to using my old products again. The staff are all great at what they do, so kind and caring. They truly want to help and won't let you leave unless you are satisfied. If you need any kind of skin treatment try them out. They also have great hours for people that work during the week.

I've been to a lot of laser places and this by far is the best. The staff and service is absolutely amazing! Everytime I walk in I've been met with different receptionists, all have been very kind and welcoming. I have Amanda who does my laser removal (facial hair) and she is an absolute peach! She creates a very "going out with the girls" vibe. She always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. She constantly is joking around with me which helps me forget about the pain associated with laser. I actually really enjoy coming to my appointment not just for the results but for her customer service. I've never experienced such a fun loving environment like this one. As for the results of my laser it's been INCREDIBLE!! I've been coming since 2019 and I have a lot of unwanted facial I've been struggling since my youth (if you're a brown girl, then girl you know ;) ). I've tried everything to get rid of it and nothing worked. The type of hair you would have to shave once to twice a day, everyday. I was recommended here by a friend and decided to check it out. I was nervous first because I'm a plain low maintenance type a gal and the place is very fancy. I thought I would be judged by them but anything like that is far from here! The girls who work here are very kind, enjoy their jobs and care of their clients. If you are debating of trying laser hair removal here I say DO IT. Today I came in after two months and I only had to shave once in that time. Once in two months from twice a day, yeah if that's not magic then I don't know what is!

If you have been thinking about having laser hair removal done, just go here and you will not be disappointed. I started looking for a laser hair removal place a few years ago because I was just starting to transition. I believe I saw a fellow trans woman on Reddit suggest Fresh Laser Skin Studio, and after reading the positive Google Reviews, I decided to book a consultation. (Hopefully, this review can help other trans women out there looking for a good laser place.) I was super nervous at the consultation because I had only told two people that I was trans at the time, and I was nervous about explaining who I was and what I would like. However, the intake form was inclusive, and Brittany, who did the consultation with me, was super kind, respectful, and professional. She mentioned that they had treated many trans women before me, so I was in good hands. The laser sessions themselves took place in private rooms that were always clean and inviting. Most of my sessions were done by Anastasia and Amanda, although Brittany did a few as well, and maybe other people I may be forgetting. (Sorry!) Everyone was careful to explain what they were doing and check in with me regularly to see how I was feeling. Laser is painful, but bearable, especially when the people performing the treatment are so courteous and friendly. The results have been excellent as well. I used to have a lot of facial and body hair, more than anyone I knew, and now I have almost none. (I have less facial hair than many of the cis women I know, and some have asked me where I went for laser as a result. ????) My facial and body hair has been a source of discomfort and embarrassment for most of my life, and it is wonderful to be mostly rid of it. I cannot commend the team at Fresh Laser Skin Studio enough for helping me feel so much better about myself. ????

I had no idea it would be so chill having someone use a laser to zap hair off my body... but it totally is! Brittany is amazing, very professional while also making you feel super comfortable. The clinic is super clean, has a relaxing vibe and all of the staff are wonderful. I've been coming to Fresh Laser since it opened in 2010. I've had tattoo removal, acne treatment, those annoying skin tags removed, sun damage treatment and I've even been under the hair growing laser (they call it hair rejuvenation). They are friendly, quick, the treatments are relatively painless and I've always had positive results. Coral is a stickler for details and customer care and makes sure the people that work there are the same. Coral, the owner, is my wife so I've been coming in since she first opened and I wouldn't go anywhere else - because if I did, I'd get my ass kicked!

I had my first consultation with Coral at the end of this past summer. I have had terrible skin since my teens due to bad acne (which I still struggle with) that has left me scarred and with much hyper pigmentation. I have not left the house without makeup on since I was 13. When I see others with flawless skin, I do get a bit of skin envy :). In the last year, I noticed a few brown spots, on top of my already problematic skin and thought that I would go get them "zapped" at Fresh since it didn't seem that expensive, compared to so many other skin treatments. Coral was and is simply AWESOME! Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but she is warm and genuine - an absolute sweetheart. She suggested a longer skincare regiment treatment. She was upfront saying it might seem to cost a little bit more but that I would be happier with the results to my overall face. It's been 3 months since my daily skin regiment began and she was right - I am happy with the results so far. While I am not ready to face the world au natural, I do feel as though I am on my way. Brown spots have faded, and overall face has a better texture and appearance. Is good skin care inexpensive? NO, but the caring professionals at Fresh such as Coral will do their best to work with your budget, which I so appreciate. Thank you Coral and thank you Fresh!

This is absolutely the best laser treatment salon I have ever been treated at. I have been in treatment in a different salon for the past 2 years for hair removal and I never felt so good after leaving (meaning not a burning sensation due to my dark skin type) the salon. I was treated yesterday by Coral she was incredible! She was very knowledgeable about the procedure and was also very respectful, and super friendly. I told her what was my main concern and she automatically adjusted the settings of the machine to improve results. The process was a breeze and painless makes me want to laser my entire body… Other than that, the entire staff is really friendly, and professional. They know what they're doing. Very professional, friendly and welcoming. The place is neat and clean. Was going here a little while back and purchased a package, but was unable to continue for medical reasons. I was able to return October 2020 and they still honoured my package. Been going consistently for the last 7 months working with Amanda Bot and I am more than happy with my results. She is always professional and knowledgeable and relatable. Many years ago Fresh Laser was one of the only places that I could find who worked on black skin. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get rid of unwanted hair. So thankful that Amanda has been able to relieve me of have uncomfortable ingrown hairs. I discovered fresh laser in August, after doing some googlin'! I went in for a consultation, it was one of the best consultations I have had anywhere. The staff is welcoming, pleasant, professional and VERY knowledgeable and helpful, and they do not pressure you into anything. I paid for all my treatments up front because I had such a good vibe about this place, and I was not wrong :) I have finished my treatments, and am happy with the results. I loved this place so much that I plan on continuing maintenance treatments every now and then. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I recently attended Fresh Laser Skin Studio to have a very "sensitive" tattoo removed. I was extremely embarrassed by my tattoo and it was starting to effect my personal life. I was set up for an appointment with the actual owner of the studio Coral. Coral was very kind and understanding about my situation and agreed to remove my tattoo personally. She even set me up an emergency appointment after hours and stayed late to help me deal with my situation. After one 45 minute session my tattoo was 80% removed! I am very happy with the results of the treatment. It wasn't too painful and the staff was very helpful in seeing me through the pain. Minimal scarring and post laser treatment was needed. I will 100% be booking a follow up appointment to remove the rest of the remaining tattoo. Extremely satisfied with the results, choose Fresh Laser Skin Studio for your tattoo removal needs!

Best Laser Treatment Center in Calgary. Two things that really stand out are the very friendly staff and the affordable pricing. Been for 3 tattoo removal treatments now and they are very diligent about how they do their work. The ice roller that they use to numb the area is something I've never seen done at any of the previous 3 tattoo removal places I've been. It makes a night and day difference in minimizing the pain. I used to get treatments done at skinpossible which is 5 mins away from my home, however, after my experience at Fresh Laser I am more than willing to make the 40 min drive to and from southeast Calgary. Regardless of the commute I will certainly be returning until treatment is no longer needed!! -Tyler

They say the results of hair growth start showing up after 6-8 months. Mine showed up at 3. This program absolutely saved my life. I have very bad receding hairline. It has ruined my self confidence. Wish I knew about this program years back. I could have avoided all the name callings and crappy photos lol. I also have severe psoriasis in my scalp. So this treatment actually killed two birds with one stone!! I must say though, if you really want this treatment to work, you MUST be very consistent with it and the products they send you home with. The serum does make your scalp red but it will fade after a good 15 minutes. So overall I give this program a 5 star. Very pleased and the staff are amazing. I enjoy going in there.

I had my first appointment at Fresh Laser almost a month ago for tattoo removal. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly and made to feel at home. The girl at the desk (wish I had gotten her name) noticed my nervousness and procceded to bring me water to help soothe me. Brittany, my technician, was absolutely incredible and put me at ease throughout the whole tattoo removal process. She explained what she was going to do before she began my treatment, and again during my treatment so I knew what was taking place in the moment. She answered my million questions patiently and encouraged me to ask as many more as I needed to feel comfortable. During the session, Brittany checked on me and my comfort regularly as she lasered my tattoo, and stopped to cool it down whenever I felt like the pain was intensifying. Given that it’s a laser- it does hurt a bit, but Brittany made it super bearable. My appointment in turn, felt like it was over within seconds. I have my second treatment in a month, and am quite excited for it as that means that I’m a step closer to having my tattoos gone. And now that I know that the removal CAN be a COMFORTABLE EXPERIANCE (never thought these words could go together), there is no nervousness for my upcoming appointment. For anyone who is in search of getting a tattoo or two removed, I HIGHLY recommend Fresh Laser. You will not be disappointed! Thank you, Fresh Laser for having such incredible and talented staff! I've been to Fresh 3x to get the laser vein removal and the laser genesis pro treatments and I've seen a huge improvement on my skin. I am very prone to skin tags and had dozens of little ones on the insides of my elbows, on my neck, under my breasts and in the underarm area. I was so pleased to find Fresh. I had a consultation with Brittany and the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and like a valued client. I was extremely pleased that my skin tags could be removed at a very reasonable cost. Also, there is no pressure to purchase treatments. I had my treatment with Brittany yesterday and she was stellar. Friendly, professional, experienced and skillful. The treatment was far more comfortable than the one time I had it done elsewhere. I didn't get all the areas done, but I will return without hesitation to complete the treatment, and will likely look at their other services. It is a clean, attractive space as well.

I had the Tempsure full face treatment today! The owner performed the treatment and it was amazing. The Tempsure treatment is the only facial treatment I’ve ever had that is relaxing and pain free! You can see the results quickly! My “crepey” skin is vastly improved with these treatments! I highly recommend Fresh Skin Laser Studio. It is one of the few places that offer Tempsure in Calgary!

I had RF treatment for skin tag removal. I initially tried to get my skin tags removed at Sante Medical, and had the worst professional experience with their "Doctor Bobby", and ended up not getting it done. My experience at Fresh Laser on the other hand was the exact opposite. Coral is the consummate professional. She is very thorough, and did a fabulous job with my skin tags and they also carry a range of other products for other issues you might have. Best of all, they don't try to price gouge you, which was part of what happened to me at Sante Medical. I highly recommend Fresh Laser Skin Studio

I would rather not use my name for this review. My daughter had told me to go for a consultation regarding hair removal. The kind receptionist sat me in one of their (beautifully set up) rooms to wait for the skin technician, I had waited for about 10 minutes and started to get a bit ancy as to when she would be showing up. When she came in to the room she introduced herself as Anastasia and was very vague about the way she answered my questions. Im not entirely sure if she knew how to answer them in depth. This was concerning. I'm a 50 year old woman and felt like she was talking to me like I was a child. I am sorry but the way this worker comes off is very irritating and I feel like she had a robot-like response to everything including the way she greeted me. It did not seem sincere! I have taken my business elsewhere as the workers seem like they do not have passion for what they do - rather they just want to earn a paycheck and go home. I run a business myself and this would not fly with me. I am giving 3 star's because they clinic looks very professional and clean.

I used to love going here until I had a pretty bad experience. I had booked an appointment to get a treatment done on a Saturday. I arrived to my appointment on time and had to wait a bit for my room to be set up. I had gotten this treatment before so I was aware of which machine was going to be used and I knew it took a bit of time to turn it on. When they put me in my room I realized the wrong machine was on... Coral was just finishing with her previous patient and when she came to start my treatment I told her that the wrong machine was on and that I was getting a different treatment. She got annoyed and told me that she wasn't going to have time to do my treatment because the machine takes a while to get ready. I was obviously frustrated, but I decided to reschedule. Her son (at least I think it was her son) was taking care of the reception. She asked him to reschedule my appointment asap to which he replied "fine but that means you are going to be working next Saturday". This turned me off and I stopped going. The staff is really friendly and I really liked going there, but I didn't appreciate them wasting my time and the way they communicated with each other

I am from Toronto and businesses that are in the beauty industry related to skin, are all about money, and not about spending time with the client. When I went here to Fresh Laser Skin Studio, I was blown away by the time and effort they put towards me. The owner Coral is amazing, and passionate about what she does, and she is very knowledgeable and experienced. I would highly recommend going here to anyone. I have actually traveled from Toronto to Calgary just to get my next procedure done. Such an amazing experience. I wish I could find a place with this kind of customer service in Toronto.

Life changing is all I can say! I had chin hair and it was so embarrassing. Waxing and threading irritated my skin and was time consuming since I had to do it every 3 weeks. My initial consultation was very informative, and I was guided through everything I needed to know about the laser treatment that was selected for my skin type. I was very surprised to see such great results after only 3 laser hair removal treatments, and by the end of a total of 6 treatments, I could not have asked for a better result overall. I have been to Fresh twice in the past few months and am so pleased with the treatments and results I've received! Coral has done two treatments with the Cuter Excel V laser for small spider veins on my legs and tiny cherry angiomas all over my body (lucky me...). All my angiomas disappeared with one treatment, and my spider veins are looking much improved with two. The Excel V is basically like a magic eraser, especially in Coral's hands as she is extremely thorough. The last time, I also asked her about removing a skin tag on my back that I've had my entire life. She numbed it and used radiofrequency to remove it. It now just looks like a very faint beauty mark. Thank you, Coral!! I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I had appointments at a few different salons that did the Picosure tattoo removal to get information and to get reassurance, I guess, that this was the best way forward....., I was unsure, nervous and full of questions..... all of the other salons either appeared not to care or were in it for the $$, I had given up hope and almost didn't go in the Laser Skin Studio, but I am soooooo glad I did! I waited to write a review because I had done some hair removal in the past and after 6 months saw very little improvements and ultimately full regrowth.
