Arrogant, belittling and unprofessional
Avoid! Completely unprofessional and rude. I had an upcoming appt and wanted to speak with her to clarify a few things. A lot had changed from when the appt was first made months ago and now with Covid in the midst, naturally I had concerns and questions. I'm new to cosmetic tattooing and I was a new customer. I was curious about sanitation, use of needles, freezing, etc..and wanted to clarify my treatment as well. After reaching out to her via text and FB which is the only way you can contact her, she did not reply to me initially. Had to text again 4 days later, I finally got a response. She does not reply to any phone messages which indicates only her time matters not yours. And l have requested to speak over the phone on several occasions since March. When she finally replied to my text 4 days later, there was no apology for the delay. No mention of setting up a time to speak over the phone. Very inconsiderate. So I proceeded to text and ask about the use of needles. Wasn't sure if needles were new for each customer or a similar scenario like dentists where they sanitize tools between use. We are in the middle of a pandemic and these questions are not uncommon. She was completely offended. Her response was "Are you kidding me?" When I asked how long she had been in business she called me within seconds. From the moment I picked up the phone she immediately went on the attack. "Why are you asking these questions now? " "I am a professional!" "All the answers you need are on my website." Completely inappropriate way to respond to a customer. It shouldn't matter on the timing of questions or nature of them as it pertains to services being offered. Answering questions comes with owning a business. She was agitated, abrupt, and extremely unprofessional in her approach to invalidate my questions. After I told her I didn't like her tone she changed her demeanor somewhat. She lacks any listening skills, cuts you off when trying to speak, and certainly didn't value me as human let alone a new customer. I requested my money back which she did refund. No longer felt comfortable having an unstable, crazy person treat me with a needle.
I work in the customer service industry and anyone would have been fired immediately with that kind of attitude. Sad part is I was visiting my 84 yr old mother at the time of the call and had Anita on speaker phone. My mother couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate she was.
I don't care how long someone has been in business or how many positive reviews they have. It means nothing if you don't treat everyone with respect and appreciation.
Avoid this stuck up, rude and extremely unprofessional woman who clearly lacks customer service.
