First visit today. Owner came out to meet and tell us where could find most anything as well as sales etc. Very knowledgeable about her products. My wife received a piercing and the gentleman was most professional. Crystal selection is good. Make a point to stop by if you're near.

We were very happy with our experience today. My daughter has been asking for a while to get her ears pierced but always chickened out when it came time to book an appointment. Brandy was so professional and explained everything she was going to do. Everything was very clean and she put my daughters nerves at ease with her gentle and funny demeanour. She took plenty of time to explain the aftercare and made sure we knew how to care for her piercing before we left. The whole process was great from the minute we walked through the door to the minute we left. Thanks for a great experience!

I've gotten lots of piercings from hemp 2000, staff are always happy to help you. Brandy is an awesome person to get a piercing from she is very calm and comforting if your nervous she will reduce your nerves.

Not a great place to get you're first peircing done especially if you are scared, the owner has an EXTREMLEY low tolerance. There was no screaming or crying (as your are not aloud to which we understood). Shed a few tears and he walked out of the room.

I took my daughter here for a piercing. They are the best place to get one done. The piercer ( can't remember her name) is the daughter of the owner with 30 years of experience. They are the only ones I trust with my family and friends ????.

The younger girl who works the front is super nice and helpful. Really knows her stuff and nice when helping you pick out jewelry you want. The piercer lady I found to be fairly rude and snappy for no reason.

Friendly staff, nice displays. Nice place to find crystals and stones for yourself or loved ones. Dragons on display were cartoon cute, didn’t notice to many “darker / mature” ones but that’s a personal opinion. Would go back for with wife anytime she was looking for crystals or stones.

I quite enjoy coming here for all my needs in regards to crystals, tapestries, some clothing (on the expensive side) and plenty of other things There was an experience where my friend who is a naturally nervous person got pressured into backing out of a piercing because two of the staff weren’t willing to be patient I’ve been pierced by both Dan and his daughter, Dan is lovely and very kind His daughter does her job quick and well Overall I’ve had mostly positive experiences and they’re incredibly knowledgeable about all their products

I myself have had multiple piercings here, wonderful experience. New piercer recently and brought my 10 year old to get her ears done and what an amazing experience. She was fun, funny, welcoming and put my daughter right at ease. Explained everything before it happened, showing every single thing she would be using. Also happy to change out jewelry I couldn't do myself

*Do not waste your money here* Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! The owner should be ashamed with the way she treats customers but unfortunately she is one of the worst people to deal with there. Trying to get an apology for her terrible behaviour was like pulling teeth. They are unprofessional and roll their eyes when it comes to dealing with customers. They handle body jewelry with unsterile hands and refuse to listen when confronted about their awful customer service. -10/10

My adult daughter came to town for a family event. While in Cranbrook she had a problem with her conch. Based on a quick google search and high ratings online I sent my daughter to this location to have her earring changed as we were unable to assist her. I expected to pay for this service and the issue would be resolved as they advertise piercing. The older women at the counter was aggressive and yelled at her. My daughter left in tears without her earring being changed. It felt appropriate to leave a warning for others in a review of the limited service and verbal abuse provided at this location.
