I have found that right when you walk in you know that this place is 100% clean and all the ladies who work there are very polite and professional. I recently got my industrial done about 4 days ago and the lady who did it was amazing. She talked me through everything that she was doing and made sure that i was comfortable with the placement of the piercing. She even used a ruler to make sure all the measurements were right! she changed her gloves every time she did something different and she made me feel completely calm and comfortable. The jewellery they used was high quality so i didn't mind paying a little extra. I also went for a tattoo consult that same day with Eleni and she was equally as amazing as the piercer (sorry can't remember name). She was very detailed and asked a lot of questions and wrote everything down to make sure it was exactly what i wanted. I can't wait to get my tattoos done in June! This is by far the best Tattoo/Piercing studio i've been to and i highly recommend it to everyone who asks me on where they should go! I also loved that fact that the studio is run by all girls, you don't see that often in this type of industry.

Got my tongue pierced today by Selene. Prior to this I had been told my tongue was not able to be done due to veins and placement elsewhere. She took her time and made sure to reassure me it was Infact doable and explained how and why. The room was super clean, the instructions and directions were super clear and I felt like I was treated professionally and friendly. She made sure to use a light to check veins, made sure I was comfortable and I'm now 10 hours post poke and my tongue feels great, the swelling is manageable and receading already. No pain. It looks great. 10/10. This is my 7th peircing. 1st at metamorphosis. I would definitely recommend.

I have been going here for years. I have also been to many, many other piercing shops in America, Canada and Europe. Metamorphosis is by far the BEST. Their attention to detail and quality control is superb. A few other places I've been to are good, some have been...not as great. Not horrible but not as diligent or perfect as this place. I highly recommend this shop not only for Winnipeg but for Canada and beyond as well. Also, while the shops were closed I had to get an MRI. I needed to get my jewelry out and called Metamorphosis to see if they could help. Unfortunately, they couldn't physically see or help me because we were in code red. But I appreciated that they called me back (after hearing my voicemail) to try and guide me in taking out my jewelry. I had called another shop in the city and they didn't do this. It really just shows how above and beyond Metamorphosis goes. Went there again today to get some jewellery back in and ace quality again. Very nice staff. One apologized for it taking a bit longer than expected to get my pieces back in but I'm just grateful they got them in! And they were extremely friendly. Thanks again!

Called metamorphosis today and got an appointment as I’ve been wanting my rook down for a while now and was able to get in same day! Joleen did my piercing and she was extremely professional and so friendly! She had her apprentice India with her who was so easy to chat with and really made my experience extra special. I have had piercings done here in the past and it’s the only place in winnipeg I will go to. The staff here really take their time explaining procedures and making sure the piercing is correct and that the client is happy. With my experience, piercings here have always healed up perfectly and have given me no trouble. I highly recommend metamorphosis to anyone! They also have awesome jewelry which makes it easier when you don’t have to downsize and want a nice piece☺️

The only place I go to get my piercings, and is always my recommendation. They are all so nice and have made every experience great! I’ve gotten my conch and 3rd holes done here, and both my sisters and my mom have gotten piercings done here. I was a crier with my conch, as it was a first for a cartilage piercing . And Selene was great, gave me a tissue to dry my tear, and I felt no judgement! I like how clean the place is, how experienced the piercers are (like Selene), and bonus is that there is parking right in front of the building and a little parking lot in front too! Will always be coming back for more.

I originally went in to look at the lovely selection of body jewelry that Metamorphosis carries and ended up deciding on a new piercing. I must say that it was the best experience in a body modification studio that I've ever had. The staff were all very friendly, inviting and knowledgeable, the studio was clean and sanitary and the jewelry selection was of quality and easily out-shined other studios that I have been to. I got my very first piercing done (nose) and they were great! I didn't book an appointment and they were closing in half an hour and they were nice enough to squeeze me in. morgan was superb! She was very informative about the piercing and was funny which made me more comfortable. The pain level for me was legit 2/10 like I felt it but it wasn't bad at all I didn't even tear up! It didn't even sting or get infected! Today I came with my best friend to choose a hoop and she ended up getting a septum piercing which she loves! Definitely the go to place to get a piercing. You get your money's worth for sure! Will be coming back again to get a second nose piercing done just because the one I got is too low for my liking, but it was my fault for telling her I wanted it there haha. Love this place and the vibe!!!

I got my nostril pierced at Metamorphosis around 7 years ago and recall having a good experience. Today, I decided it was time to change up my look and upgrade my jewelry from an l-shaped stud to a hoop ring. The staff helped me to pick out a beautiful rose gold hoop that I liked and there were lots of options for jewelry. After a short wait, one of the piercers took out my stud for me and put in the new hoop. She tried two different sizes and I chose the larger one. She was gentle and friendly. The prices were reasonable for jewelry. I love my new hoop! Thanks for another good experience! I will come back for any future jewelry or piercing needs.

I saw Fernann for a tattoo design and he was extremely difficult to work with. He was unwilling to allow a collaborative design process to take place. It mattered more to him that he was happy and satisfied with the design than if I was happy and satisfied. He was difficult to talk to, rude, and condescending. DO NOT see Fernann (@fernann.ink on Instagram) for a tattoo. He does beautiful work. But he is a huge pain to work with. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. There are plenty of tattoo artists out there as good and better than him who are much easier to work with. This was way too stressful (and scary because you’re trusting him to permanently alter your body). 10/10 do not recommend Fernann. UPDATE: After giving honest reviews of Fernann and his work and of Metamorphosis I was blocked on all social media platforms by both. They apparently don’t like honesty.

I’ve been to Metamorphosis a couple times for piercings now, and I absolutely love it there (ear and body)! The shop is very clean, welcoming, and relaxing. All the workers I’ve met have been very helpful and informative. It just happens both times I have gone to get pierced I’ve ended up with Candice! She was phenomenal the first time around, to the point where I remembered her clearly a few years later. My second booking was made as soon as they opened up after the Covid-19 lockdown, and since I was excited to get pierced and I trust all of the piercers (I’ve done considerable research and internet snooping) I booked the soonest available appointment. I was very pleased to get Candice again, since I knew she would be able to help relieve some of my nerves. I appreciated that the staff took the pandemic seriously, ensuring that when they re-opened they had measures in place to maintain a safe and clean environment (entry only at appointment time, screening for clients upon entry, and mandatory masks and sanitizer)! I’d go back in a heart-beat. 11/10

For someone that has over 20 piercings, I was highly impressed with how informative she was! I had NEVER had a breakdown in terms of piercing information like that in my life. Also, I was super impressed with how she did the piercings free-handed. I have never had that done either. We joked, shared personal tidbits about each others lives, and when it came time to do the piercing, she talked me through the whole thing and made me feel completely comfortable. Even afterwards, when we had to re-pierce (anyone reading this, do not panic. This is common. She made my measurements even but turns out, one nostril is higher then the other, making her even measurements look crocked, so we had to go a second round to make it look straight) she was patient and so lovely and so committed to making sure I wasn't in pain and I left feeling wonderful about my new edition. This was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back for my next lil stabbing ;). Go to Metamorphosis. Ask for Candice. You won't regret it!

My cousin recommended Metamorphosis to me when I asked her where the best place to get a nose piercing was. She suggested the place because of the owner, apparently used to be a nurse and so she knew how to keep the building very clean and sanitary. So I booked an appointment and was ready to go. I ended up having to be a little late for the appointment, but called ahead to warn them. In the end we were 30 minutes late, but they were very nice about it all and said that they were still able to do my piercing. The wait ended up being a bit, but since they could have turned us away, we were happy to wait. In the end the the piercing went smoothly, and the piercer(Peetch), definitely knew what she was doing. She was very informative and very helpful with all my questions. The place was also like my cousin said it would be. VERY clean. I would highly recommend Metamorphosis for getting a piercing. If I plan on getting another piercing in the future, I'm definitely going back!

We got to metamorphosis a little bit early for our appointment which was okay because we needed time to fill out forms for my daughter because she was under 18. We also needed to show ID and our Manitoba Health Card that had both our names on it. We were greeted by a lady I don't even know her name and she seemed fairly nice. A few people came in after us and it did get a little bit busier which maybe is why the lady seemed to not be as nice as when we first walked in. It's hard to decide what you're going to put in as a nose piercing, so my daughter wanted to see a few things out of the jewelry case. It seemed like it was a bother. However the piercer named Justine came and took my daughter in and she was just amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything in detail what she was going to do. Put my daughter very much at ease and throughout the whole process. My daughter was very happy with Justine and I was as well for her. She seemed excited for my daughter as well. She talked to her, not me, which I liked because I'm not the customer my daughter is. We will recommend anyone to go see Justine for a piercing. Justine deserves 5 out of 5 but because of the lady at the front counter making my daughter feel uncomfortable about asking to see the beads... we are only giving Metamorphosis 4 out of 5. This is my go to shop! I've gone a couple times for piercings and all the ladies are absolutely lovely! Very clean and hygienic shop with quality products. I'm supposed to be getting a tattoo done at this location but it is taking absolutely AGES to hear back from my artist. Edit Jan 11, 2019: I keep calling the shop to find out what is going on with my artist. I went for a consultation and paid a deposit over a year ago. They keep saying they will let the artist know and they never call me back. My next call will be demanding a refund for the work I didnt receive. And as good of an artist they are, I feel like if they do ever call me back I wouldn't be comfortable getting a tattoo from them in case they are spiteful or something. Still good place for piercings though.

I've been here a couple of times. I'm really happy with my piercings expect for my rook. My piercer did it to deep and I had to get it taken out. I didn't mind but I have to pay to get it redone which I wasn't thrilled about. Other then that, my good experiences definitely outway the not so good one. They are extremely friendly and helpful! Easy 5/5 stars. Went there for some piercing maintenance. I dealt with Candace and she was an absolute gem. Very professional and kind. A couple things I noticed about the shop: They are all business and very professional. Lady at the front helping me pick out a nose piece was EXTREMELY knowledagle and helpful. Definitely knew her stuff. The shop is spotless. No shoes allowed. I looked into every room as I walked down the hall and every room had a sink. Saw their bathroom and it was spotless also. Organized shop and a wide variety of pieces to choose from. My only criticism is it's a bit more expensive than other shops around the city. Although, you get what you pay for. Location is AWFUL as it's not navigated well through Google Maps. Looking forward to going back for a tattoo or piercing.

Metamorphosis has the widest selection of jewlery I have seen so far and they also can order you custom jewlery, the only downside is parking is hard to find unless you want to pay $15 dollars for a 20 minute appointment and thier jewlery pricing is some of the most expensive in the city.

I had my my nose pierced by Andrea several years ago and she was amazing. very friendly and made me feel very much at ease. HOWEVER i recently booked a tattoo consultation with Metamorphosis. my appointment was at 5:30 and i was made to wait a half an hour to hear nothing but disappointing news. As soon as the artist walked into the room i knew that i was going to hear bad news, so i don't know why she just didn't get to the point. she went on and on about why she wouldn't do the tattoo for me. bottom line, i got rejected by all three artists simply because none of them WANTED to do script. i was told it was just a trend and not creative enough. i was also told to go home and think of something that would symbolize the words i wanted on my body and that if i had my heart set on script that there were plenty of other places in Winnipeg that would do it for me. that is NOT the mark of a professional setting. i shall not be going back there again. you may be artists, but you still have a business to run. you do not get to reject potential clients (and potential repeat clients) on the basis that you just didn't feel like to do what they wanted. its not your body its theirs. they're paying the hundreds of dollars not you. at least TRY to listen to what they want instead of thinking its all about you. nobody wants something on their body that was someone else's idea.

Today, I got my lip pierced by Candice. And it was the best piercing experience I’ve ever received. I have had quite a few and I’ve never been treated this way before. I always always always tell my piercers that I tend to almost faint like a limp noodle every time and also that I swell abnormally. She is the first one who’s actually listened AND not only started with a larger post, but as she sat and talked with me to make sure I wouldn’t faint, she changed it to an even larger one because she was paying attention to how it was swelling already and knew id need a larger one. If I had the cash, I would’ve tipped her more cause she deserves it.

I had a consultation at Metamorphosis in March with Ivy. We decided on a day in July for her to tattoo me. It was booked on a Monday which is a day Ivy doesn't work in the summer. At the consultation I told her that I work shift work and I don't live in Winnipeg so there are only certain days that it would work. We decided on a day and I was told that I would get a call about 3 weeks to a month out to come in and confirm the drawing and make any changes needed. When I didn't hear from anyone a week out from my tattoo, I called and asked if that was normal or not. The girl on the phone (not Ivy) told me she couldn't find my appointment on the books and said she would call me back after she gets a hold of Ivy. The girl called me back the next day and said she found my folder and saw the date for the Monday coming written down but it didn't get moved into the books. She explained Ivy doesn't work Monday's in the summer and wanted to re schedule me for later in the week. I reminded her that Ivy and I decided on the Monday due to my shift work and living outside Winnipeg. She said she would remind Ivy of that and call me back once again. The next day I had a call stating Ivy would come in and honor the original appointment. I went in on the Monday and Ivy just explained that she forgot about the conversation since it was 4 months earlier. Ivy did a great job and made me feel extremely comfortable. Her work is amazing. I didn't appreciate my appointment not being put into the books since I did put a deposit down just like everyone else. If I didn't call a week prior I would have shown up and Ivy wouldn't have been there. That to me is unprofessional and inexcusable but in the end it worked out and I have an amazing piece.

I wish I could give this place negative one. First of all we walked in to make an appointment, were charged 75 dollars each for the artist rendering that the tattoo artist stated we would receive in advance, we didn’t. When we showed up for our scheduled appointment a week later, after paying well over 500 hundred dollars in advance of our tattoo appointment, they hadn’t even booked our appointment properly! We waited an hour outside a closed shop, paid for parking only to be told that the artist forgot about us. Real professional. When we spoke to the artist on the phone she stated that the artwork was “half done” and she could “squeeze us in” for the afternoon. No thanks - way to make this non-tattoo memorable due to this horrible experience. Go to Kapala instead!

I'm not a body modifier or tattoo enthusiast (even though I have tattoos) by any means, so it was especially comforting to me that Metamorphosis staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience fun and inviting. I'm a very spontaneous person who acts without much thought or planning. I came to get my nipple pierced with little to no thought about it before hand, so you can imagine the fear I had when I was finally sitting down in that chair with no shirt staring at the needle. Seline (Sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly!) did my piercing, and my two friends, and was fabulous. She was professional, funny, and extremely knowledgeable. She talks to you the whole way thorough to distract from the pain and ensured follow up to make sure we all healed properly. My friend did have to go back to fix a nose piercing, only because the ball size was too small (nothing to do with the actual piercing or process itself) and Seline saw us right away and changed the ball out for a better fitting size with ease and no charge. Would absolutely visit again.

To me it was over priced (70$ incl tax) and I was unsatisfied with the service & job she did on my lip piercing. The place is very sanitary, it's open 7 days a week, and they take very careful precautions. This was my 3rd time getting my lip re pierced and the woman missed the spot, not including it was the most painful piercing i ever had because she was going extremely slow, and later on blamed me for making her go faster. lol. And for the first time during the 3 times I had my lip pierced it was bleeding like crazy afterwards. I also said "what the hell." and she tried lecturing like a little child telling me not to swear in her office like it was elementary class. On the flip side she told me she would re do it, but i declined because of her attitude and i didn't trust her because i believed she was inexperienced and i didn't feel like expanding my pre existent scar. I believe her name was Amanda, and I will never be coming back.

slightly hard to find. the street side has a sign but once you get in there's no signage to confirm you're the right place. otherwise great. there was a sign to take off shoes, and it was summer when I went so that caught me off guard but I complied anyway. none of the staff mentioned it. the atmosphere is very open, clean, tall ceilings, spare, with very modern furniture and set up. the reason for my visit is to get a nipple bar replacement. everything went great, they measured me, let me pick out my new bar, and put the jewelry in for me. I was taken care of in a private room with a dentist-like chair where I could lie down, very comfortable. I wasn't charged for the service too which is great. other than the location being far from me, I'd definitely return and recommend for a piercing or tattoo!

After a couple months I has a slight issue, called in and was immediately seen and treated with respect and dignity. While waiting both times I came in here I had the pleasure of conversing with Peetch, and can I just say that she is awesome. I never felt like I wasn't a friend while I visited. I got a navel piercing with Jacki today and I had a great experience! I had it pierced somewhere else a long time ago, and it rejected twice because at that time, that particular place would only put in a hoop ring which didn’t move with my body. I was excited to learn that I could try it again with a barbell. The lady who helped me over the phone was super nice and very easy to talk to. She got me in right away with Jacki. Jacki was so personable and lovely! Very upbeat and professional. I was really nervous and she made me feel so comfortable. I felt like one of my friends were piercing me. First she took a look to make sure we could re-pierce the area. She sat down and really took her time to talk to me explaining everything, throughly marking me and showing me to make sure it was perfect and that I was happy. Went in there today with my girlfriend who was getting a tongue piercing. We waited 45 minutes after signing in before we were told that they were going for lunch and even though the appointment was 1230 we would have to wait till 230. We had changed the appointment the day before too 1230 and they confirmed this but she said the woman we talked too never wrote it down and because of that would have to wait two hours. very nice inside but horrible customer service. if we were told when we got there that we would have to wait till 230 it wouldnt have been as bad but instead we had been waiting 45 minutes before we were told anything. Never will go back

Over the phone making my appointment all they said was that I needed someone over 18 To sign for me. When we got there the person who helped us very rudely explained how I needed a legal guardian with me and when I asked if I could FaceTime my mom they very rudely again said I could not and that she had to be on the premises. Even after explaining my mom lives 4 hours away she didn’t makeshift for me or make any arrangements to let me get my piercing. After making the trouble to get there and not getting anything they made me very disappointed with my experience

I can understand why people speak so highly of this place. I went to get my forward helix and daith pierced and really enjoyed the experience. The staff was kind and the shop very clean and sterile (as it should be). When piercing me ear she explained what she was doing and why. You can see the experience they have as after having pierced my daith she then saked if she could straighten it because it wasn't perfect but just acceptable. You can see the pride that they take in their work. Very satisfied, I plan on going back again!

Very nice, clean, and knowledgeable. Plenty of options for jewellery. Selene did an anti-helix and a lobe piercing for me and she took the time to make sure they were in good positions before piercing. It was quick and easy. One day later, the lobe piercing doesn't hurt at all and the anti-helix isn't bad at all either. It was a little more pricey than other places, but worth it. I will definitely return!

I have gotten 2 piercings from metamorphosis, both were done by Alexis. Everyone at the shop was super friendly and they had great COVID-19 protocols in place. They even make you take your shoes off at the door so that goes to show how important cleanliness is to them! Alexis did a great job with both my piercings and took care to make sure the placement was perfect, as my ears had unique and slightly challenging anatomy for both piercings. She was also super friendly and definitely knew a lot about what she was doing. They carry only high quality jewelry and use single-use sterile needles and sterile equipment. Their jewelry ranges in price so pretty much everyone can find something to suit their budget. My piercings were relatively painless even though they were cartilage piercings so I was pleasantly surprised. Went yesterday to get my daughter snake bites for her Christmas present. Peaches was fantastic and took her time to make my daughter comfortable, she is only 12 and was very nervous. Had my lobes pierced here. The whole procedure and communications were so comfortable that I didn't want to leave (no joking). The initial idea was to stretch the tunnels, but my case was complicated by lobe piercing assymetry (done elsewhere) and lack of ear meat. After contacting their boss and authorities in the field, Justine and Selene suggested possible options, with pros and cons, and eventually we chose the safest one, benefitial in the long run, and suitable for me. Everything was done neatly, quickly, and with humour. Perfect attitude and high professionalism, would love to visit the place again and again.

My friend and I went to get our piercings done together for a Galentine’s treat to ourselves. We were lucky enough to be booked with Selene but to have a student piercer, Alexis, work with us. She was very professional but fun, informative and made the experience a great one. The cleanliness of this shop is outstanding - there is pride in not only the shop, but the work being done and high quality of jewellery, artwork and lotions (try the maple bacon scent) We were educated about what jewellery we would be interested in using and pros and cons of each selection so we could make an informed decision. I definitely would recommend Metamorphosis for any piercing and plan to go back for another in the near future.

Came in for my appointment to have my ears pierced. I had uneven piercings and the piercer provided me with a lot of good information on how to accommodate the repiercing. I am also prone to fainting and the piercer walked me through the piercing process and made sure to check in with me regularly. I did get a bit light headed but everything was fine. When I made the call the receptionist was thorough and professional and very helpful. The day of my appointment I thought I was getting someone who had been piercing for years, but instead I got Alexis who is in training and to be honest I was a little scared. However, I gave her and chance and she gave me a chance and boy what a great appointment we had. She was very good, gentle, knowledgeable and funny, just what I needed. I then booked an appointment for more piercings and ended up with Jackie. Jackie walked helped with understand the jewelry pros and cons about my piercing, she also was gentle, professional and extremely knowledgeable. She followed up with the aftercare, the reduction of posts size once my piercing healed (never knew about this before), and the draw for a free piercing and where they are located on Social Medical. We also chatted about the inception of Metamorphosis and the people who have worked there in the past and present, which tells me she is very aware of her workplace and very proud of it as well. Only reason I knocked off stars is because a friend and I made a double appointment for some piercing related things and we were on a tight schedule and waited another 40 minutes in the empty lobby. We were then late for another appointment in the city. Nobody came out to explain to us what was taking so long which was what made us the most annoyed, we kind of expected if we made an appointment that we would be taken care of in a reasonable manner. Expensive. I had a lobe piercing done on my left ear which costed $80 after tax. The stud that was put in they said is a longer stud used for swelling that they have to put in so it can heal. They mentioned I could come back after 8 weeks and pay an additional $35 for the smaller piece that screws into the stud and makes it a tighter fit. For a lobe piercing on one ear priced at $80 after tax, they should really just include that smaller screw in piece as part of the $65 stud you purchase for the piercing. Not that its a huge deal but if I bought that $35 screw in piece after the fact, I'd be paying more than $100 for a lobe piercing on one ear. There are other professional shops in the city that will get this type of piercing done for less than $100 and include all the parts to the earring you buy at no extra cost so it fits properly once its healed. Because of this I probably won't go back in the future. Great staff though and clean environment.

This was my first experience with Professional piercing. When I was a teenager I had my ears pierced with a sewing needle and potato and they were uneven and crooked but I was terrified to have them redone. After many years of struggling with the piercing and hearing from my grand daughter the high regard she and her friends held for Metamorphosis, I spontaneously, after much thought, ????, made an appointment. I was very impressed with the Building, the Professionalism, the Staff, the Cleanliness, and the Atmosphere. The procedure was not at all rushed which made me feel relaxed, and, I barely felt it, it hurt more to put earrings in my existing holes than this piercing. My ears are healing amazing, not a drop of crust or blood or pain, I feel like I could have put in earrings right away and certainly now I am holding back.

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the shop and the wonderful service when I arrived. I had a tragus piercing that I had pierced elsewhere and it was not healing properly. Morgan helped me pick out the perfect black gold piece and Selena changed it for me and gave me awsome advice on how to get it healing properly. I was so impressed with the experience that I made an appointment to have my septum done this past Friday and change out my nose stud to the matching black gold Piece in my tragus. Morgan was wonderful and made my septum experience a pleasant one and also took the time in her busy schedule to change out my daughters snug piercing. Metamorphosis is the place to go for all your piercing needs. Clean and well organized shop. Front receptionist was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The jewelry they offer is the highest of quality and oh so beautiful, but be prepared to spend a couple hundred on a gorgoues piece (they use BVLA and other high quality jewelry). Jackie did two helix piercings on me (even though I was only scheduled in for one, when she discovered I wanted two she was all for it) and let me just say she is amazing. Jackie explains everything in simple terms, double checks placement to make sure you love it (bring pictures for reference if you have any), and handled the needle with such confidence. The first attempt was crooked. So we did it a second time. They rushed us out the door. It’s still not straight. Honestly, I would go back for anything! Got a piercing around 2 years ago. Still not healed, the piercing is crooked, I cant put it on without someone helping me. I once had to go back for the same reason, my nose stud wouldnt go in and their store was closed due to the long weekend or something. So the piercing ended up healing. What the artist did was she jabbed the stud in my nose, without using a needle. Its messed up my nose. Also, $60 for your surgical steel stud? Not worth it. Regret reading the reviews and coming down. Editing my original review 3 years since I got my piercing, I have finally taken the decision to take out my stud and let it finally heal and close up forever. Couldn't even get a simple nose piercing done right you guys....

The first time I went to Metamorphosis was in 2009 when I went with my friend to get her lip pierced. I was so impressed by the professionalism and cleanliness of the staff and business that I decided that if I ever went to get a piercing for myself, I would go back there. In the past year, I have gotten three piercings at Metamorphosis: a tragus by Charise, a second lobe piercing by Arielle, and most recently a helix by Patricia. Every time I visited I was greeted with a warm welcome and treated with respect and timely service. The staff make sure you are comfortable while you are getting your piercing and keep you informed about everything they are going to do and invite you to ask any questions you may have. Patricia especially treated my friend and I to some good laughs so we were relaxed during our visit. I would encourage anyone who is thinking about getting body modification done to consider going to Metamorphosis...they provide you with aftercare instructions and invite you to return should you require any further assistance. I got my first tattoo over a year ago, and everyone was very understanding and helpful! Ivy, the artist, was very informative and had great ideas. During the consultation, she went over the pros and cons of the placement and the general tattoo, being mindful of my wishes the whole time. I also got my ears re-pierced there. Ariel was absolutely amazing and wonderful. The receptionist (didnt get her name) was so supportive and friendly. The only bad part of my experience there was that it took a while to get in for touch ups. Even with that in mind, I wouldnt go anywhere else. totally recommend it to all my friends!!!

First and foremost thank you Selene. The place is big and clean. I get my septum piercing October 20. They're nice and friendly. Selene is so knowledgeable she told me everything that I need to know before getting it done she even gave me a copy of instructions on how to clean it and some sea salt. She sanitized the table when she's finished and fixed my moms monroe piercing. If I'm gonna rate the pain from 1 to 10, I'm gonna rate it 1 or 0 because (maybe I have a high intolerance in pain) it didn't hurt and i don't even feel nothing even today I can touched it and I flip it up and down every day because of my work. I definitely recommend coming here for any piercings you want to get. Everything there is very presentable, and sanitary. I got my belly button pierced a couple days ago. Charise was my piercer. She's very nice and lively. It really helped that she explained everything prior to the piercing; and re-explained as she went through the process. i went in as part of a larger group (4). each of us got a piercing. Peetch was so thorough and professional, yet also warm and tried her best to put us at ease (we were a pretty quiet group). we were all very impressed with how careful and confident she was. she had so much time for us, explained everything she did, and did a great job explaining after care as well. the shop is clean, and really well kept and the jewellery is beautiful. had a chance to look at some of the tattoos/art on instagram and in the photo albums up front, and it is truly incredible. would recommend this place to anyone. thanks!

I went to Metamorphosis for the first time the other day to get some piercings done. The shop is so nice and clean and my piercer Justine was super cool and friendly. Everything was prepared with good sterile technique and the pericings weren’t painful at all! Justine was very knowledgeable in explaining how to properly care for my piercings. Overall, it was a great experience and if I plan on getting more piercings/tattoos done, I know where I will be back! Its been a few days since my piercings were done and there are absolutely no signs of infection, and they hardly hurt, which is an added bonus. I love my piercings, thank you!

My six-year-old had her ears pierced by Jolene and I was so impressed with the experience! Jolene explained everything to her (and me) in a way that made sense to my daughter and made her so comfortable. I had been here years ago for a tattoo but recently went in for a nose piercing. The girl at the reception (I forgot to ask her name :( ) was so nice and very helpful in picking out my piece. Joleen, who did the piercing, was also amazing. She was super friendly, very informative, and made the experience super awesome and it went so quick. On July 30, 2016 I decided to go to Metamorphosis and ask about the Daith piercing. The person behind the counter was so helpful and patient with me. After about 45 minutes of questions and talking about how nervous I was, I finally decided to get the piercing done and picked out my jewellery. Peetch did my piercing. She was absolutely fantastic and knowledgable. Peetch very much calms you down and makes you feel at ease. Before I knew it the piercing was done. I highly recommend Peetch!! I can also say that the Daith piercing has already been a blessing as I suffer from horrible migraines. This piercing WORKS!!

I’ve gotten all of my piercings done there and they do such a great job. I just went in for a check up for cartilage ones that were giving me some trouble and Candice was so so nice and helpful. Metamorphosis is the only place I ever get pierced. I recently went to get my 3rd lobes done and either a helix or conch, I couldn't decide. After talking with Peetch who was doing my piercings & extremely knowledgeable about them, we decided to go with the conch (which hurt less than the lobes... who knew?!).
