He's very good with communication, and he delivers the best work at the best price. Everyone else at the shop is so friendly, too! They go above and beyond, making you feel very welcome and valued. My daughter just had her birthday, and has wanted her ears pierced for quite some time. I told her she had to wait until she was seven. I surprised her today, and took her to see Josh. Everyone was very friendly, cool group of people. They treated my daughter very special, and made her experience awesome. Josh walked her through every step. Her ear piercing came out perfect.
