It was recommended by my friend and also the fact that it took me a long time finding the right tattoo shop and an artist, I was genuinely very exited and had high expectations. However, although the tattoo I got is pretty as it is, it is not something that I wanted originally and the artist did not really take the time to discuss with me and he kind of just went with how he wanted. He also did not really greet me when I first went in to the shop nor say bye when I left, which I found it was a bit off and unprofessional. The whole session I found it was very awkward because he simply just didn’t talk to me nor asked if I was doing okay. Overall I am simply disappointed and not satisfied, with the price that I paid considering how everything was I don’t think it was fair.

UPDATE to ORIGINAL REVIEW*** Thank you to the shop owners for reaching out and offering me the free session. I was able to get a ride almost a month later to get just the original tattoo done. I was quite pleased with the experience and the tattoo Nancy did looked exactly like I had imagined. The studio was very clean and spacious. ORIGINAL REVIEW*** Very very disappointed with this tattoo shop. I was booked an appointment on June 24th at 4:30 from Nancy (@whalyyy on insta), the apprentice, who assured me that the shop was open even though it was a holiday. I traveled two and a half hours for the appointment to find that the shop was locked and no one was answering the phone. One person answered after a couple of calls and just said the shop was closed. The tattoo artist herself did not answer any of my messages either until hours after the scheduled appointment and left me on read. This is extremely unprofessional and I was genuinely very excited to get a tattoo from this shop.

It was on my belly and I was really anxious before I went since I did some research beforehand knowing that belly area is one of the most hurtful areas for tattoo, but it turned out totally acceptable, it could be the Tylenol I took but Yangzi the tattoo artist was really gentle too. I am 120% satisfied with the experience.
