Me and my 3 sister got our matching tattoo done here, it was a word with a heart written on our forearm for 90$. After it healed my heart is half missing and it’s super faded, my sisters are all faded and one of their tattoos is not straight like unsteady lines. We go back to ask the owner for a free touch up as all my other tattoo shop offered me, especially seeing that it’s incomplete and beyond faded.They say we have to pay 40$. We were unhappy but very calmly said that’s unfair we shouldn’t have to pay seeing other places wouldn’t change for a touch up if that was the end result. The tattoo artist came up to us saying we were being rude and it’s not that he didn’t a bad job it’s that “our skin sucked up all the ink” and then starts raising his voice at us and includes “fuck” in his sentence when we never swore or raised our voices. With terrible behaviour and poor customer service we left. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! Now we have to go else where and pay full price to have the job done properly by a place that will want their customers to be satisfied.
